Captain Moria!
In a semi-conscious state, Moria heard someone calling him.
He recognized these voices; they were those of his companions and his crew.
Hearing their shouts, Moria forced himself to slowly open his eyes.
"Here it is?"
He slowly opened his eyes and saw that the crew members were all there.
He found himself surrounded by a prison cell, and his hands were shackled.
What's even more troublesome is that these are Seastone Handcuffs.
At that moment, he remembered what had happened before he lost consciousness.

" The Azure Emperor said that Wano Country does not support idlers.
