Just as he had thrown a punch at Feiluo, Youpi had suddenly felt a terrifying sense of danger envelop him.
He had felt that if his fist advanced even a fraction farther, he might be the one to die.
So he had forcibly stopped his fist.
Youpi slowly looked back, only to see someone standing behind him, though he had no idea when the man had arrived.
When did this man appear?
How did he appear?
He had noticed absolutely nothing beforehand.
"Who is that?"
"Did you see how he appeared?"
"No, it was like he appeared there in an instant!"
"To slip past our eyes, this man is no ordinary person!"
Lampkin and Jason exchanged looks, speaking in surprise.
Youpi glanced back at the newcomer, then turned around again.
Then a savage grin spread across his face once more, and he slammed his fist toward Feiluo again.
But the moment his fist moved, he felt a terrifying force strike his head.
Then his entire body shot away like a rocket igniting.
His head struck a building like an arrowhead, punching straight through it in an instant.
Lampkin and Jason both gaped, unable to close their mouths for a long time.
"Did you see him move just now?"
"Not at all. I still haven't figured out how Youpi was sent flying."
"So he's a powerful fighter beyond even our reach?"
"How is that possible? How could a tiny merchant family have someone that strong?"
"Then the most likely explanation is that he's also a Devil Fruit User and used an ability we don't know about!"
Lampkin and Jason looked at each other as they spoke.
"Looks like you took quite a beating! How are you doing? Still holding up?"
The newcomer was none other than Zesi. Smiling, he asked Feiluo, who lay on the ground.
"Hmph!" Feiluo gave no answer, merely snorting coldly.
But that snort aggravated his injuries, making him grimace involuntarily in pain.
"A few of you, come help carry the second young master back."
Zesi called out.
Some people immediately came running with a stretcher and carried Feiluo away.
"All right, how should I deal with you next?" Zesi asked, looking at Lampkin and Jason.
"To think an obscure Brunei Family would have someone like you!"
"But no matter how strong you are, if you dare oppose the World Government, you're doomed to a bad end!"
Lampkin and Jason spoke flatly.
At the same time, they kept observing Zesi, hoping to discover something and work out what kind of ability he had.
"Heh, if robbers came to rob you, wouldn't you fight back?" Zesi asked mockingly.
"What do you mean?"
"You dare compare the World Government to robbers? That's an insult to justice!" Lampkin and Jason said coldly.
"The World Government may proclaim itself just, but what it does is really no different from what pirates do. There's nothing wrong with calling you robbers!"
"You're not wrong to put it that way. The World Government is the World's Strongest armed force to begin with. Overwhelming military power naturally brings hegemony. But people who dare call the World Government robbers never come to a good end!" At that moment, Youpi, who had just been sent flying, slowly walked toward them.
"Youpi!"
"Was Youpi's Tekkai defense broken?"
"He actually broke through Youpi's Tekkai defense? How is that possible?"
"What kind of Devil Fruit ability gives him such incredible speed and strength?"
Seeing Youpi approach, Lampkin and Jason both looked astonished.
They could see blood seeping from several places on Youpi's body, as well as blood at the corner of his mouth. Youpi had wiped it away, but had not wiped it clean.
"Oh, you're not dead? I have to give you some credit. You must be members of CP9. If you've reached this level, it looks like the World Government's current CP9 lineup is pretty good!"
Zesi spoke with a smile.
Zesi was not wrong. Take Youpi, whom he had just sent flying.
He had trained his Tekkai to its utmost limit.
Not only did he possess formidable defense and hard-hitting attacks, but he could also move freely.
The fact that he had survived a blow from Zesi showed just how strong his Tekkai defense was.
The other two each had their own skills as well.
That much was clear from their movements earlier.
One was proficient in Soru and Kami-e. Judging by the long sword at his waist, he was probably skilled in swordsmanship as well.
The other was proficient in Soru and Shigan, and was particularly skilled in assassination.
All three were quite strong, each on the level of the future Rob Lucci.

Zesi spoke calmly, beckoning to the three of them.
"Attack together!"
"Careful, he's an expert!"
"One hit and it's all over!"
"Go all out!"
All three moved at once, charging swiftly at Zesi.
