Scene 1: An Uninvited Guest in the Office and a "Friendly" Exchange
Allen was in his towering office, trying to use the Power of Zhulong to stabilize a rare plant that was constantly cycling between blooming and withering due to a spacetime experiment error. There was a knock on the door.
"Go in." Allen didn't even look up, focusing on freezing the poor flower in its full bloom state.
The door opened, and a tall figure, reeking of blood (probably from a recent mission) and sporting a nonchalant smile, strode in. "Foohoo... This is the new ' Guardian of Spacetime's ' office? Pretty unique, huh?" Donquixote Doflamingo casually sat on the sofa, crossing his legs.
Allen finally raised his head, his deep purple vertical pupils sweeping over him indifferently. " Doflamingo. Your parole period does not include this area." (After the war, some former Shichibukai, such as Doflamingo and Mihawk, were placed under some form of restricted parole or observation period.)
"Don't be so cold, fufufu." Doflamingo grinned. "Just passing by, popped in to see an old friend... well, actually I wanted to ask, what are the new rules for 'business' in this new era? Doesn't the order of the Underworld also need 'protection'?" His words were loaded with meaning, testing the limits of Allen and the new government.
Allen flicked his finger slightly, and the sofa Doflamingo was sitting on suddenly warped slightly in spacetime, almost causing him to slip and fall to the ground. "Rules are the law," Allen said calmly. "Your String-String Fruit ability doesn't include space-time jumps. If there's a next time, your parole is revoked, and you'll be sent to the new Impel Down Impel Down site for 'labor reform'."
Doflamingo steadied himself, his smile unchanged, but his eyes sharpened slightly. "Fuck... that's harsh. Alright, alright, I'll go do my business 'legally' now." He stood up, walked to the door, then turned back, "Oh, and give my regards to Straw Hat Kid. I heard he's having a great time as the 'Symbol of Liberty'? Fuck..."
He laughed and left. Allen shook his head and continued tending to the potted plant as if he had merely swatted away a noisy fly. A few minutes later, he received an encrypted communication from Sabo: " Doflamingo just tried to spy on your office with his ability? Should we increase security there?" Allen: "No need. He was just testing the waters. A sofa warning is enough."
Scenario 2: The Science Department's "Dangerous" Visitor and Unexpected Collaboration
Ace was overseeing the stability testing of the PX-0 pancake robot in the lab ( Sentomaru insisted this was of great significance to people's livelihood) when a man carrying a long sword and with sharp eyes walked in. Jora Mihawk.
The laboratory fell silent instantly. Mihawk's aura clashed with the scientific atmosphere here.
" Hawk Eyes?" Ace was somewhat surprised. "What are you doing here? Buying pancakes?" (Pointing to PX-0) Mihawk ignored the pancake robot, his gaze sweeping over the various strange energy weapons and materials in the laboratory. "I heard you have collected the world's best forging materials and energy cores here."
Ace raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, what's up? You want to forge a new kitchen knife?" (Teasingly)
Mihawk remained expressionless. "My Black Blade, Night, needs maintenance. Ordinary whetstones are no longer effective. I need materials that can withstand its sharpness, and... perhaps a method to infuse it with a trace of special energy." He actually came seeking technical support!
Ace became interested. "Oh? How about an alloy tempered with the ' Flame of World Purification '? Absolutely pure and tough! Or try crystals diffracted by the ' Primordial Light '? They're a bit unstable though..." He pulled Mihawk to the materials warehouse, and the two began to discuss the properties of various materials, one from a scientific perspective and the other from a swordsman's perspective, and they actually got quite engrossed in the conversation.
Sentomaru watched in disbelief, whispering to PX-0, "This world has really changed... Hawk Eyes actually came to us to fix his sword..." PX-0: "♪~Maintenance~Blade~Sharpness~♪" (Starts drawing a small sword pattern with a pancake)
Scene 3: The Intelligence Department's "Help Call"
Sabo was frantically dealing with a report about an incident where the " New World Gourmet Alliance " and the " Traditional Ingredient Preservation Association " almost got into a large-scale brawl over "whether or not cheese should be added to meatballs" (he thought it was even more difficult than dealing with pirates) when the encrypted Den Den Mushi rang.
He answered irritably, "Hello? Who is this? If Luffy's in trouble again, call Sanji!" A lazy, slightly embarrassed female voice came from the other end of the Den Den Mushi: "... It's me, Boa Hancock." Sabo sat up straight instantly. " Empress Hancock? What can I do for you?" (After all, it's about Luffy, so he had to be polite.)
Hancock (flustered): "Um... has Lord Luffy mentioned me recently? Or... what color does he like..." Sabo (interrupting expressionlessly): " Empress, this is the Intelligence Coordination Headquarters, not the Straw Hat Kid's emotional hotline. He's busy, eating meat and adventuring." Hancock (immediately changing her expression): "How rude! How dare you speak to me like that! Even if you are Luffy's brother..." Sabo (interrupting directly): "If you don't have any intelligence related to world security, I'm hanging up. Very busy." Click. Hang up.
Koala poked her head in. " Sabo, that was just now..." Sabo: "A trivial call. Next time Empress Hancock calls, just say I'm in a meeting... an important meeting about 'meatballs and cheese'!"
Scene 4: The Freedom Ark and the Archaeologists' Surprise
Luffy was idly bouncing around with the memory foam, knocking over several parts that Franky had just repaired. Robin walked over with a newly received encrypted package, her face flushed with rare excitement.
" Luffy, everyone! Look!" Robin carefully opened the package. Inside was a tattered ancient scroll, seemingly made of some kind of animal hide and metal foil. " Sabo's men just found this in some deep-sea ruin! The writing on it... is an Ancient Script that has never been discovered before, predating the Poneglyph!"
Everyone gathered around (except Zoro, who was still asleep). Usopp: "Even earlier than the Poneglyph? What does it say? The ultimate treasure?" Robin (examining closely): "Not entirely... but it seems to record something like... 'The First Feast'? It describes the scene of various races gathering together for the first time in ancient times, sharing food and dancing... Look at this picture, doesn't it look like Luffy?" She pointed to a simple line drawing of a dancing figure.
Luffy's eyes lit up instantly. "An ancient banquet?! Wow! That's amazing! We need to have one too!" He immediately snatched the scroll (his action startled Robin and Chopper ), treating it like a menu. "Giant roast meat! Ice cream as big as a mountain! And dancing mushroom soup! Franky! Brook! Come help!"
Thus, on the deck of Pluton, a farce attempting to "recreate an ancient feast" began. Sanji tried to replicate the "ancient cuisine" based on the blurry patterns, resulting in a stew emitting eerie green smoke. Brook tried to play "ancient music" improvised based on the symbols on the scroll, which sounded like dinosaurs fighting. Luffy and Chopper, on the other hand, imitated the little figures on the patterns, dancing and stomping loudly on the deck.
Zoro was finally woken up and stormed off, yelling, "You bunch of bastards! Can't a person get any sleep?!" Then he accidentally stepped on the pot of green-smoked stew, slipped, and bumped right into Luffy. The two of them tumbled into the "Cola-Powered Ancient Rotating Grill" ( Franky Franky just brought out) and got covered in soot and cola stains.
Looking at the chaos before him, and contrasting it with the peaceful and joyful ancient murals on the scroll, Robin couldn't help but chuckle softly, rubbing his forehead. "It seems... 'restoring history' is indeed not an easy task."
The new world was bustling about amidst the probing of these important figures, the constant minor troubles, and the playful banter of the companions. Every day seemed to be filled with new "surprises."
