The local, simple, indigenous inhabitants—a gentle, intelligent life form resembling upright-walking seaweed—held a grand celebration to thank the " Starry Sky Watcher " for dispelling the spatial whispers (the faint influence of Otherworldly Resonance ) that had long troubled them.
At the banquet, a dazzling array of delicacies made from bioluminescent algae were on display. Although the tastes were somewhat peculiar to humans, they were full of alien charm. "It's been so long since I've felt this relaxed." Nami stretched, enjoying the tranquility brought by the lingering ripples of harmony.
"Hmm." Allen nodded, looking at the peace that had been protected, his heart filled with satisfaction. The World Seed within him seemed to be particularly active, resonating faintly with this vibrant land.
However, the Straw Hat Pirates's journey seems to be forever devoid of "peace".
Just as the celebration was at its most exciting, the Domain Compass suddenly emitted a more urgent and piercing alarm than before, indicating the detection of Otherworldly Resonance!
"What's going on?" Nami sprang up instantly, pulling out her compass. The compass needle wasn't pointing to a weak point in space; instead, after swinging violently, it locked onto an object from normal space that was rapidly approaching Green Algae Planet!
"Not Otherworldly Demons... it's a spaceship! A type never before recorded, and it's incredibly fast!" Nami reported quickly.
Everyone became alert. Zoro's hand rested on the hilt of his sword, and Sanji extinguished his cigarette.
Soon, a small, sleek, silver-gray spaceship without any obvious markings silently broke through the atmosphere of Green Algae Planet, hovering above the celebration plaza. It did not launch an attack; it simply remained there quietly, its hatch slowly opening.
A figure emerged from within. He wore well-tailored dark clothing and a hooded cloak, obscuring his face, but his posture was upright, and his aura was restrained and profound. He slowly landed in the center of the plaza, ignoring the wary gazes around him. His eyes, hidden beneath the hood, seemed to sweep over every member of the Straw Hat Pirates, finally settling on Allen.
"My name is ' Observers ' Zero," a calm, unwavering voice rang out, not through the air but through some kind of telepathic connection. "I am here on the orders of the ' Sea of Stars Council ' to observe and assess the behavior of the 'Anomalous Individual' Allen and his associated team, the ' Straw Hat Pirates,' and their impact on the current progress of cosmic civilization and the stability of its rules."
Sea of Stars Council? Abnormal Individuals? Assessment?
These unfamiliar terms startled everyone. They sounded like a high-level organization they had never encountered before.
"Who are you? What do you want?" Luffy forward and asked without fear.
Observer Zero turned slightly to Luffy: "' The Sea of Stars Council ' is a loose alliance composed of several ancient beings that have reached the supercluster level of civilization. Its aim is to observe and maintain the macroscopic balance and developmental order of the known universe. We usually do not interfere in the internal affairs of lower-level civilizations, but the 'abnormal individual' Allen, with his ' World Seed ' origin and ' Definition ' rule abilities, has touched upon the level of the fundamental rules of the universe. His gaze returned to Allen: "'Abnormal Individual' Allen, your power and growth trajectory are the focus of this observation. Please continue your journey, and do not worry about my presence. I will only record, not interfere—unless your actions cross the 'forbidden red line'."
After speaking, Observer Zero's figure faded slowly as if merging into the air, eventually disappearing completely. The silver spaceship also rose silently, accelerated instantly, and vanished into the depths of space, as if it had never existed.

That being said, everyone understands that their stage seems to be much broader than they imagined. Their actions are not only about their hometown and the otherworld they encountered, but may even have entered the vision of some cosmic beings.
On future voyages, in addition to known enemies and friends, we may encounter even more gazes from the depths of space, like " Observers."
