• Li Yu met Qin Xiu at a ruined temple, killed Guo Yanzhi and Cui Jingui, and helped Qin Xiu escape her pursuers.
• Gao Jingzong tasked Li Yu with destroying Mantuo Manor, but Li Yu discovered that the Fish-Dragon Gang had been driven from its territory and accepted its members’ request to lead them.
• Li Yu recruited Fu Rong as his deputy, promised to help her take revenge on Deng Baichuan, and obtained an exceptional jar of plum wine from the Li Family Winery.
• Li Yu learned Zhang Hengye planned to draw out the Fish-Dragon Gang at a Flower-Honoring Banquet, then set out to win allies among the Seventy-Two Peaks.
• Yan Ruhua tried to recruit Li Yu as a guest retainer and attacked him when he refused, but Abi helped him escape her ship.
• Li Yu fought Zhang Hengye at the banquet, where Qin Xiu secretly used a Divine Crow Crossbow and the Wine Worm’s power helped Li Yu overcome his opponent.
• Fu Rong and Lin Mang arrived with two hundred allies, Zhang Hengye surrendered and died, and Li Yu took in the remaining gang members and founded the Divine Dragon Cult.
• Qin Xiu left for an assassination, and after Abi described Aunt Wang’s birthday and secluded cabin, Li Yu suspected Qin Xiu was heading to Mantuo Manor.

Li Yu absorbed the Red Flower Society’s holdings, clashed with the West Canal Gate, and gained new martial arts after rescuing Mu Wanqing at Mantuo Manor. He accepted Ge Zhixiong’s challenge at Apricot Grove and prepared to cultivate further as his conflict with the Beggars’ Sect deepened.

• Li Yu defeated Yang Le’s forces, promoted Guo Xie, and seized the Red Flower Society’s treasury and a lightness skill manual.
• Li Yu mastered Cloud-Piercing Step Shadow with liquor and wounded Ge Zhixiong during a joint raid by the Divine Dragon Cult and Wolf Head Stronghold.
• Li Yu rescued Mu Wanqing at Mantuo Manor, where they hid and witnessed Yan Ruhua threaten Wang Yuyan and poison Chen Ping.
• Li Yu and Mu Wanqing killed Yan Ruhua, entered the sealed Langhuan Jade Grotto with Wang Yuyan, and escaped with a bronze mirror and her annotated Soul-Losing Finger manual.
• Qin Hongmian and Mu Wanqing escaped a Beggars' Sect ambush, and Chen Youchun planned to implicate the Divine Dragon Cult in the disciples’ deaths.
• Li Yu discovered the Minor Formless Skill in the bronze mirror’s moonlight projection and used wine to increase his internal cultivation.
