Jiu You is Tian Huang's daughter and the Nine Nether Sparrow Clan's most exceptional bloodline in a thousand years. While seeking to break through her shackles, Jiu You encountered Liu Bai, who possessed Divine Beast Blood Essence capable of aiding her evolution. Liu Bai proposed a Bloodline Link, offering its benefits while threatening enslavement if she refused. Jiu You accepted after weighing both the threat and the opportunity; the completed link bound their lives and deaths together. 121 122

After consuming Northern Abyss Dragon Kun essence blood, Jiu You faced a Heavenly Tribulation. Rather than merely enduring it, she repeatedly charged into the Black God Thunder to awaken the power contained in her body.
