"Yes! That's Zhuxin's car." Mother Jiang looked in the direction Song Shiwei pointed. Panic gripped her, and she quickly chimed in, "Driver, stop the car. Let's go see what's happening."

If Father Jiang and Mother Jiang rushed over like this, how could they possibly fight so many thugs? Besides, the male lead was here now, and she had no idea how powerful his protagonist halo was. And they absolutely could not let these people get away today.

Song Shiwei's eyes darted as she quickly told them, "Jiang Ye, once we get over there, we'll both lie straight down. Mom, you call the police. Dad, you take pictures and call the bodyguards over. Whatever you do, don't fight them."

[Jiang Zhuxin, why aren't you getting out? What are you still standing around for? Your brother and I can barely hold on!]

As Song Shiwei silently grumbled to herself, Jiang Zhuxin sat inside the car looking bewildered. She seemed to have heard someone's inner voice.

[You're not still feeling moved by that dumbass Gu Xiujin, are you? Rushing up to hand him a kill? Girl, you're throwing yourself at him-what am I supposed to say to you?]

Jiang Zhuxin was utterly confused. She had been driving perfectly normally when someone suddenly darted out from the roadside. She had not even touched him. Just as she was about to get out and explain, a group of burly men suddenly surrounded them and began smashing the doors.

Everyone in the car was terrified. Huddling together, they silently prayed for someone to save them. They had never expected someone to actually descend from the heavens to rescue them right then.

At that moment, in her eyes, this man who had descended from the heavens was nothing short of a god.

When the noise outside the window suddenly stopped, she heard someone's inner voice. At first, she thought something was wrong with her ears, but everything the woman said afterward matched up, one thing after another.

Had she been telling her to get out of the car?

She hurried out and saw her second brother and a beautiful, exquisitely featured woman lying on the ground. Her father stood to one side taking pictures, while her mother anxiously made a phone call nearby.

"We never touched you. Don't stand here twisting the truth." The men surrounded Song Shiwei and Jiang Ye, who were sitting on the ground, and spoke without a shred of courtesy.
