Ye Mo's hand was still pressed against the ground, the Vibranium fragments burning against his palm. He didn't move, his eyes fixed on Abomination. That guy had just laughed, a laugh that didn't seem like a monster's, but more like a human who knew their trump card had been seen through.

The image of bloodshot veins on Emma Frost's forehead flashed through his mind. She was about to collapse.

He immediately activated his Regeneration ability to the maximum, placed his palm on the ground, and the current flowed backward along the Vibranium fragment. This wasn't something the system taught him; it was a trick he figured out himself—using bioelectricity as a signal Anchor to directly connect to Emma Frost's mental channel.

Emma Frost's body jolted, and her breathing steadied.

A sentence echoed in her mind, "It... is afraid."

Ye Mo narrowed his eyes. Fear? Not arrogance, not violence, but fear?

He understood. That smile wasn't provocation, it was panic. The other side had realized they had touched the control node and was starting to panic.

" Tony!" he growled, "Don't wait any longer, hit the lump on the back of its neck, frequency locked at 3.7 Hz! That's the signal receiver!"

Tony reacted incredibly fast, his palm cannon charging rapidly, and his radar instantly scanned the location of the heat source. In that instant, Abomination roared and turned to pounce on him. His movements were swift, but his joints were stiff, like a puppet being forcibly pulled along.

Emma Frost seized the opportunity and pressed down with her mental energy again. This time, she didn't put in fear, but despair—a wave of emotion that said, "You've already lost."

Abomination steps faltered, and his muscles twitched.

Tony makes his move!

A beam of blue light shot out from his palm, precisely striking the lump on the back of the neck. The EMP pulse pierced the skin, emitting a piercing alarm. Abomination clutched his head, his internal fluids churning, clearly indicating a signal breakdown.

Without waiting for orders, Ye Mo leaped into the air. His Steel Bone Body activated, Wall Phasing Technique kicked in simultaneously. He pierced through the semi-solidified concrete from below and appeared behind Abomination's right knee. His fist slammed into the marked weak spot.

With a muffled "crack," the supporting structure broke.

He knelt down in Abomination, stirring up a cloud of dust.

The three worked together seamlessly, like gears meshing. A system notification sounded, "Complete suppression successful. Gene Spiral Tower energy reached peak."

Ye Mo landed and caught his breath. Regeneration was still in progress, but he couldn't suppress his nerve fatigue. He leaned against a broken pillar, the Vibranium shard in his hand only had 1% charge left.

Tony hovered in the air, his armor emitting wisps of smoke. The EMP attack had overloaded him. The data panel showed 96% structural integrity; how many more rounds could he withstand?

"How's it going on your end?" Tony asked.

"I won't die," Ye Mo replied.

"Then let's continue."

Emma Frost remained seated cross-legged with her eyes closed, but the mental connection remained intact. She could sense the external signal struggling, like someone failing to switch channels, constantly hopping frequencies.

In the command vehicle in the distance, General Ross stared at the screen, his face pale.

He saw his weapon kneeling on the ground, its limbs twitching, the fierce light in its eyes gradually fading.

He slammed his fist on the table and roared, "Reboot! Reboot it for me!"

No matter what I do, I can't get a signal.

Ye Mo stood on a high point of the ruins, took off his glasses, wiped the lenses, and put them back on.

He looked in the direction of the monitor and said, "Tell your general—his pieces are no longer moving."

No one responded to that, but everyone understood.

Emma Frost simultaneously released a mental image: the image was a map of the brain activity of Abomination, with the central control area dark and only a faint pulsation at the edges, like the beating of a dying heart.

She projected the video onto the remaining surveillance terminals at the base. Those cameras were still working.

Ten kilometers away, Thaddeus Ross stared at the screen, his fingers trembling.

His most powerful weapon is crippled. The monster he forged with his own hands can no longer even stand.

"Useless!" he smashed the control panel. "All of it is useless!"

The adjutant whispered a reminder: "General, the Scavenger Unit hasn't responded yet. We might need to..."

"Shut up!" Thaddeus Ross interrupted. "Try the signal injection again! I want it to stand up!"

On the screen, however, Abomination merely twitches.

The outcome is decided.

Tony slowly landed next to Ye Mo, removed some of his armor modules, revealing a tired face.

"What you just said," he said, "Is enough to make the headlines."

Ye Mo shrugged. "That's what the system told me to say."

An internal notification sounded, "Lying proficiency +1."

The dark clouds dispersed, and sunlight shone down. The battlefield was still a scene of devastation, but the atmosphere had changed. It was no longer a matter of life and death, but the quiet before the dust settled.

Ye Mo stood on high ground, looking at the kneeling Abomination. He knew this wasn't over yet. Thaddeus Ross wouldn't admit defeat; there were still people behind the scenes. But now, they held the initiative.

Tony looked down to inspect the damage to his armor and casually asked, "What's the next step? Just wait for it to explode?"

"No." Ye Mo shook his head, "The device inside its body isn't destroyed, but it's at risk of self-destruction. We have to dismantle it manually."

Who's going?

"I."

"Are you crazy? It can still move."

"But it's lame now, and its reactions are a beat slower. As long as Emma Frost keeps it under control, and you cover me as I get closer, I can pull the receiver out of the back of its neck."

Tony paused for two seconds, then nodded. "Okay. But I'll only give you thirty seconds."

That's enough.

Emma Frost opened her eyes, her voice weak. "I can hold it off, but I can only maintain a stable connection for twenty seconds."

"Twenty seconds is enough," Ye Mo said. "Give me the signal, and I'll make my move."

Tony restarted his Palm Cannon, locking onto Abomination's chest. Emma Frost closed her eyes, her mental energy spreading out once more.

Ye Mo walked to the center of the battlefield, clutching the last piece of Vibranium fragment tightly in his hand.

He knew the danger. If Emma Frost made a mistake, or Tony couldn't keep up, he would be smashed to pieces on the spot.

But he had to go.

He stopped fifteen meters away from the Abomination. The Abomination turned its head slightly, its eyes were cloudy, but it was still conscious.

Emma Frost suddenly opened her eyes. "Now!"

Ye Mo rushed out.

Tony unleashed a Shockwave from his palm, forcing Abomination to raise its arm in defense. Emma Frost simultaneously released a mental suppression, locking onto the nerves in Abomination's neck.

Taking advantage of the opportunity Ye Mo rushed forward and circled around to the back. He saw that the bulge was still throbbing, and a crack had appeared in its surface, revealing a metal connector.

He reached out to grab it.

Just then, Abomination suddenly jerked his shoulder, swung his left arm out, and slammed it into his back with a whoosh.

Tony yelled, "Watch out!"

Ye Mo didn't have time to dodge and could only activate his Force Field Shield. The shield was hit as soon as it formed, making a piercing cracking sound. He was sent flying and crashed into a pile of rubble.

But he was still clutching the Vibranium fragment in his hand.

He lay on the ground, coughing up blood. His Regeneration abilities immediately activated, and a dull pain came from his ribs, which slowly subsided.

"Is he still alive?" Tony asked.

"I'm perfectly fine." Ye Mo got up, wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth. "Could you remind me earlier next time?"

You rushed too fast.

I thought she could control it.

"She's got it under control, but there are remnants of its own reflexes."

Emma Frost sat there, blood seeping from her forehead again. Gasping for breath, she said, "One more time... I can increase the pressure."

"No need," Ye Mo shook his head. "I'll try another way."

He inserted the Vibranium fragment into the ground and pressed his hands on it. The electric current spread along the soil, forming a miniature resonant field.

"I used debris as bait to let it reveal its receiving point," he said. "Once it senses the frequency, the interface will automatically amplify signal absorption—that's when I'll know the exact location."

Tony raised an eyebrow. "When did you learn that move?"

"I just thought of it."

Is it reliable?

"The system didn't issue any warnings, so he shouldn't die."

Tony smiled, "Good luck then."

Emma Frost took a deep breath and closed her eyes again. Her mental energy spread out like a net.

Ye Mo squatted down, staring at the Vibranium fragments on the ground. Electricity coursed through the soil, emitting a soft hum.

Five seconds later, the bump on the back of Abomination's neck suddenly lit up.

"Now!" Ye Mo leaped up.

Tony unleashed an EMP jamming grenade from his palm, striking the target area directly. Emma Frost simultaneously applied pressure, blocking its nerve conduction.

Ye Mo rushed behind him, ripped open the skin, grabbed the metal connector, and pulled hard.

With a soft "beep," the device detached.

The Abomination convulsed violently, then slowly collapsed to the ground, where he remained motionless.

Ye Mo held the small box, panting.

"Done."

Tony landed beside him and glanced at the device. "Can this thing track signal sources?"

"Yes." Ye Mo nodded. "Go back and have Tony take it apart."

"I'll dismantle it?"

"You're skilled."

Don't give me that.

Emma Frost finally collapsed onto the rubble. Ye Mo quickly went over to help her up.

"It's alright," he said. "It's over."

Emma Frost shook her head. "It's not over... Thaddeus Ross still has a backup plan."

"I know," Ye Mo said, "But we've already won this round."

Tony looked up at the northern mountains. "There's residual signal over there, and the frequency matches this device."

" The Scavenger Unit," Ye Mo said, "They're coming."

"Can you still fight?" Tony asked.

Even if we can't win, we have to fight.

"Then let's go."

Ye Mo gently put Emma Frost down and stood up. He looked at the distant mountain shadows and gripped the Vibranium fragment tightly in his hand.

The sunlight shone on his face, and sweat dripped down his chin.

He lifted his foot and took a step forward.
