The main hall is divided into nine levels, and the palace has thirty-three buildings, exuding an ethereal aura and hidden in the clouds and mist.
The hall is nine zhang, nine chi, and nine cun high, which secretly corresponds to the numbers of heaven.
The inner hall is built on a nine-tiered white jade Sumeru pedestal, with layers stacked on top of each other, carved with lotus scrolls and inlaid with 100,000 luminous pearls, which at night resemble the Milky Way falling from the clouds. The outer hall is made of vermilion bricks and tiles, drawing down the sweet spring water of heaven and earth, with golden rays rolling red rainbows and auspicious clouds spraying purple mist.
Golden nails adorn the jade doors, colorful phoenixes dance at the vermilion gates, covered walkways and winding corridors, every detail exquisite and translucent; three eaves and four clusters, layer upon layer of dragons and phoenixes soaring.
Compared to the Ten Palaces of Youdu, which are divided among the Ten Halls of the Nether Capital to govern the Netherworld, this massive palace complex stands atop the Thirty-Three Heavens and the Nine Heavens. The Heaven of the Four Heavenly Kings are its four directions, with four gates in the east, south, west, and north.
Twelve massive pillars guard the four main halls, adorned with dragon and phoenix motifs as well as Taotie and cloud patterns.
Among them, the Southern Heavenly Gate faces the Jade Capital Heaven directly, with Demon-Revealing Mirror hanging high above, illuminating all the heavens of the Three Realms and understanding the creation of the universe.
Upon closer inspection, one sees auspicious clouds, purple mist, golden light, and layers of rosy clouds.
From afar, it resembles a black jade cauldron swallowing the sun and holding the moon, locking down the central hub of the nine heavens. Mortals cannot approach it, and even Gods and Devils look up to it.
From this day forward, whoever Numinous Firmament Treasure Hall shall be called the "Heavenly Emperor"!
