Torchic had thought it would finally be free after finishing its reaction training, but upon hearing its trainer's arrangements, it nearly cried without tears.

This really was hell. Its trainer was a great demon king.

At that very instant, five more Bouncy Balls came flying from different directions at intervals, targeting Combusken's Limbs and torso.

Combusken reacted with astonishing speed, leaping into the air and using Scratch with one hand and Fire Punch with the other to deflect and knock away the two Bouncy Balls above it.

It followed up with an aerial spin, evading the Bouncy Ball that had originally been aimed at its torso.

At this point, the two lowest Bouncy Balls were Close At Hand. Combusken straightened its waist and abdomen, then sent both Bouncy Balls flying with a Double Kick.

"Quick Attack."

Tetsuya's voice was never late.

The moment Combusken landed, it bent its legs and exerted force, immediately using Quick Attack. Another wooden stake stood ahead.

Combusken did not panic in the slightest, controlling its body at high speed as it brushed past the wooden stake.

"Okay, complete." Watching the timer, Tetsuya called a halt to the training.

Combusken steadied its breathing and slowly walked to Tetsuya's side.
