It was as peaceful and serene as ever.

Quite a few researchers were conducting academic studies around specific Pokemon.

The Pokemon seemed accustomed to this as well. They ate and drank as they pleased, and when they were in the mood, they would even play around with the researchers.

"Yo, Tetsuya, you're here."

A female researcher looked up, spotted Tetsuya, and casually greeted him.

"Good afternoon, Sister Hamana. I came to check on the Pokemon being kept here."

The latter smiled in reply. "I thought you'd gone back to Sinnoh with Professor Rowan."

"It'll be a while. The research has just reached a critical point." Hamana spoke dismissively. "Besides, there's no way the laboratory over at our teacher's place will be finished that quickly. We can't exactly go back with no equipment at all, can we?"

That was right.

Professor Rowan had previously returned to Sinnoh together with Cynthia.

Part of the reason was that the latter was preparing to challenge the regional Champion.

The other reason was that the Sinnoh League had once again extended an invitation to Professor Rowan, hoping that he could return and serve as the regional professor of the Sinnoh Region.

After considering it for a period of time, Professor Rowan, who had already been planning to do so, did not refuse. He merely put forward a few requests that were not particularly difficult.

The Sinnoh League was naturally overjoyed and immediately agreed.

After all, Professor Rowan represented far more than just himself. He also represented his many assistants and students.

Every one of them was an incredibly scarce talent.
