Group Meeting (II)
Seeing a group of people looking at him, Yang Gong, without blushing or skipping a beat, shook his head and said:
"Ningyan, you are Half-Step Martial God, so you know your own condition best."
"Logically, you should know how to get promoted."
What he meant was that every cultivator has some degree of judgment about their First Rank.
For example, Fifth Rank Golden Core Daoist Order knows that their next step is to incubate a Nascent Soul, Fifth-Rank Virtue Realm in Confucian School knows that their next step is to condense Vast Righteous Qi.
Even if you don't know the specific methods of cultivation, you can still have a general sense of the direction you're heading.
Xu Qi'an is currently Half-Step Martial God, and he should know how to proceed on the other half.
With the exception of a few individuals, everyone present was at the Transcendent Realm. They instantly understood Yang Gong's meaning and immediately looked at Xu Qi'an.
After a moment's thought, Xu Qi'an explained in detail to everyone the changes he had experienced after advancing to the Half-Step Martial God, as well as Shenshu's analysis.
"Therefore, as long as you replenish the Spiritual Essence within your body and make it a unified whole, you can advance to the Martial God."
Wei Yuan spoke first, and after he finished speaking, he habitually took a sip of tea, giving the others a chance to speak.
"Since it's a formation, let's let Senior Brother Sun take a look and hear his opinion."
As the Superintendent, Chu Caiwei held Great Feng and wielded great power in Da Feng, hence her eagerness to speak.
The Transcendent individuals exchanged glances, but it was meaningless.
Sun Xuanji nodded, silently stepped forward, walked to the large table covered with yellow silk, and hooked two fingers around Xu Qi'an's outstretched wrist.
He closed his eyes and examined the condition within the body of the Half-Step Martial God.
Judging from his pulse, this man must also have kidney deficiency. Li Lingsu looked at this scene and, putting herself in his shoes, couldn't help but think to herself, "What's wrong with him?"
Sun Xuanji opened his eyes, his gaze puzzled, and shook his head.
Seeing this, everyone except the Gu Race leader looked at Protector Yuan.
Protector Yuan bore pressure beyond what was expected of someone of his rank, silently reading minds:
"Senior Brother Sun said that Silver Gong Xu has no array patterns in his body."
No?!
Xu Qi'an was stunned, staring at Sun Xuanji:
"Can't you see?"
Senior Brother Sun, dressed in flowing white robes, nodded.
"This is impossible. Those patterns are imprinted in my genes, like fireflies in the dark, so clear and so conspicuous." Xu Qi'an frowned, and then he felt a soft, warm hand on his pulse.
Take your hand away. Li Miaozhen couldn't stand this kind of opportunistic behavior, and it definitely wasn't because she was jealous.
Luo Yuheng frowned.
Huaiqing closed his eyes, sensed for a moment, and then said in a serious tone:
"There are indeed no array patterns!"
She paused, then gave her definitive assessment:
"It seems only Xu Ningyan himself can see this."
Asuro picked up the conversation, his deep voice analyzing:
"Rather than array patterns, his situation is more like divine and demonic spiritual essence, a gift from heaven and earth. However, even divine and demonic spiritual essence can show patterns, so why can't his?"
Daoist Jinlian phrased it as follows:
"I believe that discussing whether something is visible or not is meaningless, but its significance is extremely important."
"Xu Ningyan has already said that the martial arts system is a world of its own and cannot replace the Dao of Heaven. Therefore, although the 'array patterns' in his body are a gift from Heaven and Earth, they are not divine or demonic spiritual essences."
"Could it be the Gatekeeper's credentials?"
These words jolted everyone awake, and Wang Zhenwen pondered for a moment before saying:
"Assuming Daoist Jinlian is correct, how can this certificate be completed?"
"Amitabha!" Master Hengyuan interjected, seizing the opportunity to offer his opinion.
"Since it is a gift from heaven and earth, it must also be made complete by heaven and earth."
Seeing that the Gu Race leader hadn't spoken for a long time, the Heart Gu Master Chun Yan had no choice but to speak up, showing a willingness to participate, and asked:
"Then how can we get Heaven and Earth to make amends for Xu Qi'an?"
"Amitabha Buddha, this humble monk does not know; it depends on the opportune moment." This question stumped Master Hengyuan.
Your statement is tantamount to saying nothing at all, which is what everyone is thinking.
Luo Yuheng looked at Xu Qi'an:
"Was there anything unusual when you advanced to the Half-Step Martial God?"
Xu Qi'an shook his head:
"Following the Superintendent's instructions, I swallowed the remains of an ancient Gods and Devils, seizing his power. Other than that, nothing unusual occurred."
Seeing that the discussion had yielded no results, Wei Yuan tapped the tea table and shifted the focus elsewhere:
You've all overlooked one thing.
When everyone looked over, Wei Yuan said calmly:
Where does the name "God of Martial God" come from?
The hall fell silent for a moment, and the Transcendent Rank the strongest Human Race, the Sage who founded the Confucian School System, involuntarily came to mind.
The name "God of Martial God" was defined by the Confucian Sage.
As the old saying goes, there are no bad nicknames, only bad names.
When the Confucian Sage chose the name "Martial God," was it simply a matter of bestowing upon him the title of "god," like the titles of Shaman God Gu God? Or did he have a thorough understanding of the Martial Warrior System?
Instantly, everyone's eyes turned to Zhao Shou.
Zhao Shou paused, then shook his head without hesitation.
"The Confucian Sage left no information about the God of Martial God."
He was well-read, and the classics and ancient books of the academy were already worn out from repeated reading.
Moreover, what the Confucian Sage left behind must be of paramount importance, and as the dean, he must be fully aware of it.
Yang Gong sighed:
"The dean is right. Think about it, the matter of the God of Martial God is of great importance. If the Confucian Sage knew about it, he would have left some words about it long ago."
"No means no."
At this moment, Heaven Gu Granny laughed:
Just because you younger folks don't know doesn't mean the old folks and things don't know.
The Carving Knife and the Confucian Crown. The crowd looked at each other, then their spirits lifted.
Yes, the Carving Knife and the Confucian Crown were ritual implements from the same period. The former accompanied the Confucian Sage throughout his life, while the latter was the ritual implement of the Confucian Sage's chief disciple. However, the Confucian School school was short-lived, and the Confucian Sage must have still been alive when the Confucian Crown was given sentience.
The two periods were not too long apart.
The Extreme Abyss.
The long-awaited Bodhisattva Liuli finally heard the voice of the Gu God once again:
"I see, I see."
"I see?" The Bodhisattva Liuli narrowed her eyes, her voice still cold, but she stared intently at the Extreme Abyss, asking:
What did you see?
"Tianji cannot be revealed!" the Gu God replied.
Those who pry into the Tianji will surely Heavenly Retribution for revealing them.
This is the rule of heaven and earth.
The Bodhisattva Liuli remained silent, for even the Buddha of today could not foresee the future.
Foreseeing the future involves extremely profound rules; only by completely replacing the Heavenly Dao and becoming the will of the Nine Provinces can one truly control the Tianji.
By then, it will be pointless to peek into the future.
The Gu God continued:
Throughout history, only two people have known the path to becoming a Martial God.
"One man is Confucian Sage. There has never been Martial God in the world, but he knows how to advance to the level of Martial God. He also knows that First Rank Martial Warrior is the foundation of Martial God, belonging to the initial stage of the Martial God realm, therefore he has not given him a title."
The Bodhisattva Liuli nodded slightly.
If Confucian Sage did not understand the origins of the Martial Warrior System, they could not have categorized it so clearly.
P. S.: This chapter is a bit short. I'll continue writing the next one. I suggest reading it tomorrow morning.
