Chen Feng led the Heavenly Dao Battle Team through a string of victories while giving Xiao Wu and Ye Lingling powerful Soul Bones and preparing the team for political upheaval. After the team defeated the Azure Radiance Battle Team through a strange attack that left its members mad, Xue Ye agreed to investigate Chen Feng and consider disqualifying his team.

• Chen Feng revealed that he knew Xue Qinghe was from Spirit Hall, warned him about trusting the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect and Tang San, then led Heavenly Dao Academy to a win over Blazing Academy.
• Chen Feng followed Tang San after Shrek’s match and watched him kill Shi Nian, then took the Rainbow Left Arm Soul Bone from Shi Nian’s ashes and gave it to Ye Lingling.
• Chen Feng gave Xiao Wu a Hundred Thousand Year Soul Bone, which raised her Soul Power and granted her two powerful skills, while Ye Lingling gained mental abilities from her Soul Bone.
• Chen Feng defeated Feng Xiaotian and Godwind Academy, then refused to stop Shui Binger and Shui Yuer from representing Heavenly Dao Academy when Shui Xinrou confronted him.
• Xiao Wu’s Firmament Meteor Slash helped Heavenly Dao Academy overcome the Elephant Armor Battle Team, and Chen Feng appointed Shui Binger as the team’s commander.
• Under Shui Binger’s command, Heavenly Dao Academy defeated Thunder Academy, completed twenty consecutive victories, and then faced Blue Sunshine Academy, whose members revealed Gem Martial Souls.
• Blue Sunshine Academy trapped Chen Feng and his teammates in the Seven Asura Illusion Realm, but Chen Feng manifested the Rebellion Quelling Sword Art and broke the illusions, leaving the opposing team screaming and attacking others.
• Ning Fengzhi urged Xue Ye to investigate Chen Feng and pressure the competition committee to disqualify Heavenly Dao Academy, and Xue Ye agreed that the incident required investigation.

Chen Feng led the Heavenly Dao Battle Team through the Promotion Tournament and into Spirit Hall’s finals, defeating powerful rivals and rallying allies against Tang Hao. After crushing Spirit Hall’s Golden Generation, he began the final match against Shrek Academy and overwhelmed Tang San’s team.

• Chen Feng exposed Yu Xiaogang’s misuse of the Pope Token, ended the investigation into Heavenly Dao Academy, and refused Xue Qinghe’s offer of a National Preceptor position.
• Chen Feng released Liu Erlong to return to the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, then led his team through the Promotion Tournament, defeating Blazing Academy and Shrek Academy while reaching Soul Power Level forty-nine.
• Chen Feng secured Xue Qinghe’s support in a chess wager, then helped repel Spirit Hall attackers during an ambush and refused to let Ghost Douluo take Tang San.
• Chen Feng defeated the Star Luo Royal Team and told Zhu Zhuqing she could choose her own future, then gathered his allies and declared his plan to kill Tang Hao before Tang San became a greater threat.
• At the finals, Chen Feng refused to kneel to Bibi Dong and led the Heavenly Dao Battle Team against Spirit Hall’s Golden Generation, defeating them with his sword techniques.
• After Shrek Academy defeated the New God Wind Battle Team, Chen Feng faced Tang San in the final and swiftly defeated Ma Hongjun, Tai Long, Jing Ling, Oscar, and Ning Rongrong.
• Tang San charged Chen Feng with his Eight Spider Lances, and Chen Feng announced that he would sever the Demon Spider Leg.

Chen Feng killed Tang Hao, defeated those who challenged him, and helped Xue Qinghe take the Heaven Dou throne. He then traveled with Zhu Zhuqing to the Star Luo Empire, where he confronted her family’s marriage rules and defended Zhu Zhu Yun’s right to choose.

• Chen Feng killed Tang Hao after defeating him, then won the Soul Master Competition and gave its Soul Bone prizes to Shui Binger, Zhu Zhuqing, and Xiao Wu.
• Chen Feng and his allies fought off the Seven God's Envoys and captured the Three Saint Pillars Douluo, while Chen Feng claimed the Phoenix Goddess Envoy's reborn egg for Heavenly Dao Academy.
• After returning to Heaven Dou City, Chen Feng killed Xue Ye and the five Clear Sky Sect elders, defeated Yu Yuanzhen and Yu Luomian, and helped Xue Qinghe become Emperor Qinghe.
• Chen Feng agreed to accompany Zhu Zhuqing to the Star Luo Empire, where he drove off Xu Daiyin and his companions after they harassed her.
• Zhu Zhuqing told the Zhu Family she loved Chen Feng and would not marry Dai Mubai, while Chen Feng promised to end the marriage arrangement and challenge the family's rules.
• Chen Feng asked to see Zhu Zhu Yun, and when Old Matriarch Zhu Yan explained her confinement and expected marriage to Dai Weisi, Chen Feng insisted she could choose for herself.

Chen Feng rallied the Seven Kill Sword Sect against Spirit Hall, defeated Tang Chen, and forced the hostile sects to submit. Though the battle left his meridians severed, he returned to Heaven Dou City and began assigning the captured factions to serve the kingdom, while Ning Rongrong begged for his forgiveness.

• Chen Feng defeated Xu Wanshan and Song Changfeng, secured the Zhu Family's support, and left with Zhu Zhuqing and Zhu Zhuyun after Dai Mubai turned against him.
• Chen Feng learned Spirit Hall was preparing to attack the major sects and the Star Dou Great Forest, so he led the Seven Kill Sword Sect to protect Xiao Wu, Da Ming, and Er Ming.
• Chen Feng's allies defeated Spirit Hall's forces at the Lake of Life, captured several of its experts, and brought them to Spirit City as leverage against Bibi Dong.
• At the Seven Great Sects Re-election, Chen Feng defeated the opposing sect masters, captured them, and assigned their factions work that would serve the people.
• The King of Slaughter attacked Chen Feng's allies, but Chen Feng shattered his Slaughter Domain and awakened Tang Chen, who then turned on Chen Feng after learning Tang Hao was dead and Tang Xiao imprisoned.
• Chen Feng drew on his allies' Soul Power and defeated Tang Chen with the Heavenly Dao Sword, then demanded Bibi Dong join forces against the City of Slaughter.
• Chen Feng learned the battle had severed his meridians, refused Xiao Wu's offer to sacrifice herself, and insisted the group would go to the City of Slaughter after he recuperated.
• Chen Feng returned to Heaven Dou City to a cheering crowd, assigned the captured factions to serve the kingdom, and heard Ning Rongrong weep and offer to do whatever he asked.
