Deep beneath the dark lake, an invisible barrier keeps the water at bay.
At the center of the barrier, a massive, silver-white dragon lay silently on the ground. Its slender body was covered with crystal-like silver scales, and even without any outward display of power, each scale still shimmered with a faint iridescent light. Its enormous wings were folded to its sides, and its silver horns extended backward, making it both majestic and beautiful.
However, on this near-perfect dragon body, there was an extremely gruesome scar.
