The deepest part of the Nine Hells is a forbidden zone that even demons dare not mention.
There are no flames, no Lava, no Endless tortures and wails as Legend has it. Here there is only—nothingness.
A void older than death, more desolate than the Abyss.
It is called "the Silence of Hell". Since the establishment of the Nine Hells, for countless years, no life has dared to set foot here, because here, even the will of the gods is diluted, and even the laws lose their meaning.
However, at this moment, this timeless silence is being torn apart.
The dome of the Nine Hells trembled.
From bottom to top, the demons of each level of Hell stopped what they were doing and looked up at the ever-spreading cracks. These cracks did not appear on the rocks or the dome, but were directly manifested in space itself—like an invisible giant mouth chewing on the texture of reality.
The first level Hell of Betrayal. The chains of the guards snapped on their own, and countless imprisoned souls were horrified to discover that their shackles were falling off automatically.
The second level Hell of Deceit. For the first time, the devils who had been deceiving each other spoke the truth—because they felt a call from their deepest depths, an unquestionable, primal instinct of submission.
The third level Hell of Gluttony. The ever-burning fire of the stomach is extinguished in an instant, and the gluttons vomit up everything they have devoured over the millennia, staring blankly at their feet.
The fourth level Hell of Greed. Gold coins rain down, gems shatter on their own, and all souls dominated by possessiveness tremble.
The fifth level, the Hell of Wrath. The ceaseless fighting came to an abrupt halt, and every weapon slipped from its master's hand.
The sixth level, the Hell of Envy. The mirrored maze shattered like glass.
The seventh level, the Hell of Lust. The psychedelic mist was torn apart by an invisible hand, revealing the true Void below.
The eighth level, the Hell of Heresy. For the first time, those sinners who would be eternally burned felt an existence hotter than flames.
The ninth level, the Hell of Rebellion. The ancient ice, frozen for eternity, began to melt, not because of rising temperatures, but because some power was surging forth from its deepest depths, enough to melt everything. The Gate of Myriad Worlds standing there trembled violently, bursting forth with boundless spatial radiance, as if in response to something.
At the very bottom of the Nine Hells, in the center of "the Silence of Hell," the Lord of Hell sits cross-legged.
His body was no longer a body of flesh and blood, nor even a body of energy.
It was a form forged from the pure Law of Original Sin, its body as black as an Abyss with seven different colored patterns flowing across it: the gold of pride, the green of envy, the red of wrath, the gray of sloth, the dark gold of greed, the purple of gluttony, and the pink of lust. The seven colors moved across its surface like living things, devouring and multiplying one another, forming an ever-changing, dazzling pattern.
In His chest cavity, a fist-sized mass of dark golden fluid was pulsating violently.
That is Aggregate of Evil Karma, the Cancer of the Gods, the Gangrene of Faith.
The Lord of Hell has been devouring it for three days and three nights.
Initially, everything went according to plan. When He absorbed the Aggregate of Evil Karma into His body, the power originating from the greed of the gods tried to backfire like a hungry beast, but the Lord of Hell suppressed it with his supreme will and refined it inch by inch, integrating it into His own Law of Original Sin.
He could feel his power rising at a speed that astonished even himself. The seven Law of Original Sin resonated within him, like seven tamed dragons, swirling, merging, and sublimating around his soul.
If all goes well, when the Aggregate of Evil Karma is completely refined, it will condense into the "Eternity Original Sin Body" and step into the level of Second-Step Eternity.
Everything went smoothly at first.
The Aggregate of Evil Karma did not disappoint the Lord of Hell's painstaking planning; its inherent power and material structure were extremely suitable for constructing the Eternity body of original sin.
However, just as the breakthrough was about to end, something unexpected happened.
The Lord of Hell's brow furrowed sharply.
An unprecedented resistance erupted from the depths of His body, like an iceberg hidden beneath the sea, suddenly tearing apart the hull just when He thought He had finished sailing.
What is that?
He roared deep within his consciousness, and the power of his soul surged toward that obstacle like a tidal wave.
Then He "saw" it.
It was a barrier. Not physical, not energetic, not even a law—it was a barrier that existed within the "realm" itself.
Second-Step Eternity.
He had imagined what this barrier would look like countless times, but only now, when He truly touched its texture, did He realize that He had underestimated it.
This barrier is not a wall, but an abyss deeper than the Nine Hells and Abyss than the starry sea. It lies between the Lord of Hell and "Eternity," offering no leverage, no shortcuts. To cross it, one must use the purest strength and the most unwavering will, taking a single step forward.
Then you either reach the other shore or fall into eternal damnation.
"The depth of knowledge required to go from First-Step Eternity, to Second-Step Eternity, and then to a breakthrough, has increased dramatically."
The Lord of Hell took a deep breath, and the seven Law of Original Sin within him erupted simultaneously, like a giant seven-colored sword, slashing fiercely at the barrier.
The barrier trembled.
It developed cracks, tiny, almost invisible cracks.
The Lord of Hell was overjoyed and once again activated his power.
However, at that moment, the backlash came.
The Aggregate of Evil Karma within Him suddenly Berserk. The long-suppressed calamity, like an enraged serpent, burst forth from His chest and spread wildly along the pathways of the seven Law of Original Sin.
"Well--!"
A trickle of dark golden blood spilled from the corner of the Lord of Hell's mouth.
The drops of blood fell to the ground and burned seven bottomless holes in the void of "Silence of Hell".
The Lord of Hell could sense that the Aggregate of Evil Karma was using the power of the barrier to turn against him. This Aggregate of Evil Karma was far more cunning than He had anticipated—it had been waiting for this moment from the very beginning, waiting for the moment when He and the barrier would both be severely damaged, and then devouring both at the same time.
The Lord of Hell's consciousness began to fade.
The monstrous collective was far more troublesome than He had imagined.
Did the Sun God know this?
In a daze, the Lord of Hell pondered.
That guy may seem domineering and rough, but he's actually incredibly meticulous; he might be deceiving himself.
Lost in thought, another sharp pain struck.
In theory, pain no longer exists in the realm of Eternity.
But this excruciating pain came just like that.
The resistance of the barrier and the backlash from the Aggregate of Evil Karma erupted simultaneously, forming a terrifying force capable of crushing the will of a god. Cracks began to appear in the Eternity Original Sin Body of the Lord of Hell, and the seven Law of Original Sin ran rampant within him, clashing and devouring each other, like seven ferocious beasts trapped in a cage, tearing at each other and at the cage itself.
Is it going to fail?
The thought flashed through His consciousness like lightning.
The Lord of Hell was unwilling to accept this.
He was once the Morning Star, the King of Archangels, and now the lord of the Nine Hells, Eternity existing. He fell from the Subordinate God into the Abyss, transformed from Angel into a demon, and along the way, he has never lost. He has slaughtered gods, destroyed worlds, devoured countless planes, and refined billions of souls.
How could He possibly lose here?
However, reality does not change according to will. The barrier grows Sturdiness and stronger, and the backlash becomes more and more violent. He can feel his soul being torn apart, half being swallowed by the barrier and half being corroded by the Aggregate of Evil Karma.
If things continue like this, there is a certain chance that He will be Eternity silenced. This is an extremely serious consequence.
The Lord of Hell closed his eyes.
Just as they were preparing to fight to the death, even if it meant going down in a desperate gamble.
Just then, a voice rang out from the deepest part of the Nine Hells.
"My King."
The voice was like a thousand swords drawn simultaneously, carrying an undeniable majesty, yet also containing a profound sorrow.
The Lord of Hell suddenly opened his eyes.
He "saw" it.
At the edge of the deepest part of the Nine Hells, seven figures stood side by side.
These are the Seven Demon Gods of Original Sin.
Behind them, the once pure white wings of Angel are now a dark purple.
"You..." The Lord of Hell's voice was low and hoarse, "Step back. This is not a place for you."
"We know," the Pride Demon God's voice was as calm as stating a fact, "But we will not back down."
"This is an order," the Lord of Hell said in a low voice. He seemed to have guessed something, but found it hard to accept.
The Lord of Hell never believed that the Seven Demon Gods would betray him; their bond had withstood the ravages and trials of time and was already Sturdiness Immortal.
"Yes, it is an order." The King of Pride lowered his head slightly, the crown symbolizing supreme authority tilting slightly atop his head—a gesture he had never shown before anyone. "But please allow us to disobey you one last time."
An ominous premonition welled up in the Lord of Hell's heart. This premonition had never been so strong before.
What do you want to do?
The Pride Demon God did not answer, but simply turned his head to look at his six companions behind him.
The gazes of the seven demon gods met, like seven stars colliding in the night sky.
Then, they both laughed.
That smile contained memories, resolve, relief, and a warmth that had been buried for centuries and never extinguished.
"My King," the Envy Demons God stepped forward, and for the first time, a fixed expression appeared on her ever-changing face—a smile, "Do you remember? In the Heavenly Realm, you were the Morning Star, and we were the Angel."
"I remember," the Lord of Hell's voice lowered.
"During that conquest of the Demons of the Abyss, we were corrupted by their blood, falling from Angel to devils," the Wrath Demons God's voice boomed like thunder. "It was you who led us to establish the Nine Hells, giving us a place to dwell."
"You said that even if we fall into the Abyss, we will still be your brothers and sisters." The Sloth Demon God opened his eyes for the first time, and in those gray eyes there was an emotion that transcended "stillness".
"We have followed you for countless years." The Greed Demons God shed all his mercenary and calculating ways, his voice filled with an unprecedented sincerity. "Your throne is our destiny."
"And now, you need our help." The Demon God of Gluttony's insatiable maw slowly closed, revealing an almost smiling arc. This smile could terrify countless people, but to the Lord of Hell at this moment, it appeared exceptionally radiant.
"We will not leave you to face this barrier alone." The voice of the Lust Demons God was like a Heavenly Realm hymn, so pure it didn't seem to belong to a Original Sin Demon Gods. "Never."
The Lord of Hell's heart tightened suddenly.
"No." His voice suddenly turned sharp, "You cannot—I will not allow it—"
"You won't allow it?" The Pride Demon God interrupted, straightening the crown once more, his Pride Demon God reaching its zenith. "My King..."
He took a step forward.
"We fell because of you, we became demons because of you, we possess this Hell because of you." The Pride Demon God's voice echoed in the Silence of Hell, shattering the surrounding space. "Without you, the position of Lord of Hell is meaningless to us."
"Therefore," he raised his hand, removed the crown from his head, and gently placed it in Void, "Please allow us to offer you our final loyalty."
"No--!" The Lord of Hell's roar shook the Nine Hells, and the entire Void trembled.
But it was too late.
The seven Original Sin Demon Gods moved simultaneously.
"Original Sin of Pride, return to your rightful place." The Pride Demon God began to burn, transforming into a golden flame, like the rising sun, carrying boundless pride and glory, charging towards the Lord of Hell.
"Original Sin of Envy, return to your rightful place." The body of the Envy Demons God transformed into a stream of green light, shattering like billions of mirrors simultaneously, each fragment reflecting the same figure.
"Original Sin of Wrath, return to your rightful place." The body of the Wrath Demon God exploded into red lightning, carrying a world-destroying rage, yet containing a certain indescribable tenderness.
"Original Sin of Sloth, return to your rightful place." The body of the Sloth Demon God turned into gray mist, not stagnation, but Eternity protection, like the strongest shield.
"Original Sin of Greed, return to your rightful place." The body of the Greed Demons God transformed into a torrent of dark gold, not for the possession of wealth, but for the dedication to the king, giving everything without leaving a trace.
"Original Sin of Gluttony, return to your rightful place." The body of the Demon God of Gluttony transformed into a purple vortex. It was not devouring, but merging, a unification of all power into one.
"Original Sin of Lust, return to its rightful place." The body of the Lust Demons God transformed into a pink nebula, which was the most primal Power of Creation, the initial throbbing of life, and the one among the seven original sins closest to "love."
Seven colors, seven rays of light, and seven Original Sin Demon Gods exploded in the "Silence of Hell".
That was not death.
That's a return to normalcy.
Countless ages ago, when they were the Angel of the Heavenly Realm, their power originated from the King of Archangels. They were His brothers and sisters, His most loyal comrades, extensions of His divinity, and manifestations of His will.
At this moment, they are simply doing something that was already destined to happen—
go home.
Something was burning in the eye sockets of the Lord of Hell.
Those were tears.
Tears of a Lord of Hell, tears he had never shed, tears he thought he had long since lost.
He could sense that the seven Law of Original Sin were reintegrating into His body, but this time, it was not about devouring and refining, but rather—embracing.
The will of the seven Original Sin Demon Gods, the last thoughts of His brothers and sisters, are like seven warm stars, embedded deep within His soul.
"My King," those were the last voices of the Pride Demon God, calm and proud, "Show us the scenery of the Land of Origin."
Seven beams of light simultaneously entered the Lord of Hell.
In that instant, the Lord of Hell's body exploded.
It's not Destruction, but rather—transformation.
The seven Law of Original Sin merged perfectly within Him, no longer conflicting with each other, but like the seven roots of a great tree, deeply embedded in the origin of the Astral Realm. The power of evil was simultaneously suppressed, refined, and absorbed by these seven forces. The Cancer of the Gods trembled before the will of the seven Original Sin Demon Gods, ultimately transforming into the purest nourishment, which merged into the new body that was being born.
"The Eternity Original Sin Body" -- is complete.
