"You were able to achieve this level of fusion... it turns out it's fundamentally due to the unique nature of your souls..."
The voice of the Mother of the Stars echoed slowly through the shattered Void.
The shock and disorientation in his golden-brown eyes quickly faded, replaced by a look of realization.
It's like suddenly seeing the path ahead after groping in the Mist for a long time, or finding the only correct answer after repeatedly considering countless possibilities in the dark.
He gazed upon the Lord of Truth, his eyes piercing through appearances to reveal the essence.
In His perception, within the core structure of the Trinity of the Lord of Truth, the flow of information at the soul level presents an extremely peculiar form.
It wasn't three independent souls sharing one body, nor was it a dominant soul controlling two auxiliary souls. Rather, the three souls had fundamentally become different branches of the same "information state."
They are no longer three independent entities, but three different ways of expressing the same set of information—like the same code being compiled into three different executable programs. Although they appear differently at runtime, the underlying logic and data are completely consistent.
This ability of "Soul Informatization" is the fundamental reason why Logo, Logo, and the others were able to achieve such a perfect fusion. Only by fundamentally transforming the essence of the soul from "entity" to "information" can the fusion process avoid mutual exclusion, conflict, and rejection. It's like three originally independent databases being unified under a single data structure; all information is shared, synchronized, and consistent, naturally eliminating the question of "who controls whom."
"But that's alright," the Mother of the Stars continued, her voice gradually regaining its steady, earthy rhythm, "At least I know one of your trump cards."
"The Mother Goddess has quite the composure," said the Body of Truth under Lancelot's control. His voice carried a hint of genuine admiration—to be able to recover so quickly and calmly after being severely injured was truly admirable.
The Mother of the Stars did not respond further.
He simply held the Hammer of Earth and walked forward again, step by step. His steps were heavier and more resolute than before, and each step he took left a deep crater in the Void that would never heal.
The three penetrating wounds on His chest were slowly healing as He walked. Although the process was slow, it indicated that His regenerative abilities were still functioning normally. The brown starlight blood had stopped flowing, and in its place, a thin layer of brown crystalline film covered the surface of the wounds, as thick and resilient as the scars on the earth.
Boom!!
The Hammer of Earth was suddenly raised by the Mother of the Stars, and two beams of starlight materialized from her golden-brown eyes before she brought it down!
This strike was unlike any of the previous attacks.
The moment the hammer fell, the boundless River of Space-Time in the entire Astral Realm Void was as if severed by an invisible giant blade—the river water splashed everywhere, and fragments flew in all directions! Large fragments of Space-Time flew up from the broken end of the river, each carrying a complete historical segment, an independent parallel Space-Time, and a closed causal chain. Those fragments tumbled and swirled in the Void like shattered glass, refracting halos of countless colors.
As the waters of the River of Space-Time dispersed, they transformed into silvery-blue smoke. The smoke took on a light and ethereal appearance, like the stardust mist spreading in a distant nebula, propelled forward by some unseen force.
The silvery-blue smoke gathered thicker and wider, like a sea of stars stretching between the Mother of the Stars and the Lord of Truth.
And the next moment—under the shaping of that ceaseless material force, all the silvery-blue smoke simultaneously solidified, crystallized, and sharpened!
Countless Space-Time spikes condensed from the smoke! Each one was tens of thousands of feet long, with a translucent silver-blue texture and intricate patterns of Space-Time Power flowing across its surface.
Some spikes are in the shape of straight swords, some are in the shape of curved claws, and some are in the shape of spiral drills. They are all different in shape, but they all have the same characteristic - a terrifying sharpness that can pierce through the Eternal!
"Stars Fall!"
The moment the Mother of the Stars uttered her low roar, countless Space-Time spikes fell simultaneously, like billions of meteors crashing down on the earth, overwhelming and inescapable!
The Lord of Truth's pupils contracted slightly as He swiftly dodged through the Void. However, the number of those Space-Time spikes was too vast, and each one carried the ability to lock onto space and track time. No matter how He teleported, how He distorted space, or how He interfered with causality, those spikes remained firmly locked onto His position, following him like a shadow, leaving him no way to avoid them.
What concerned the Lord of Truth even more was that He sensed an extremely familiar aura rising from behind the Mother of the Stars.
He looked up—behind the Mother of the Stars, a magnificent and unparalleled God Tomb was slowly emerging.
The God Tomb was incredibly grand, constructed from countless enormous pieces of star jade, each inscribed with the names of ancient gods.
The tomb door was tightly shut, and above the lintel was a line of large characters—an inscription written in the oldest script in the Astral Realm, recording the glory and fall of the supreme being who was once crowned King of the Gods here.
That's God Tomb.
The God Tomb where Lancelot was crowned King of the Gods.
This God Tomb bears witness to Lancelot's most glorious period of history, when Lancelot ascended the throne of the King of Gods Lord of Endless.
But now, this God Tomb, which once crowned Lancelot, stands in opposition to Him at the call of the Mother of the Stars.
The God Tomb emanated a heavy brown light, resonating perfectly with the earthly essence of the Mother of the Stars, as if it had always belonged to the Mother of the Stars, and Lancelot seemed to have been merely a temporary lucky one.
The Lord of Truth attempted to establish a connection with the God Tomb —using Lancelot's soul imprint to touch the remaining authority of the King of God Tomb, trying to awaken that slumbering power for his own use. But the God Tomb remained unmoved, the authority undisturbed, and all the imprints He was familiar with lay dormant under the suppression of the Mother of the Stars ' power.
This is normal.
Because in the entire Astral Realm, if there is a single king of the gods, it is only the Mother of the Stars. Compared to her, even the Sun God seems somewhat like a clown.
The reason why the Sun God was able to sit firmly on the throne of the God King for so many years was not because he was really so powerful or unshakeable, but because the Mother of the Stars did not take him seriously at all.
In the eyes of the Mother of the Stars, the so-called "God King" position is nothing more than a facade to attract attention. Her true adversary has always been the Astral Realm Will, and the unimaginably vast primal resistance.
The glory and power that the Sun God enjoyed while sitting on the throne of Mother of the Stars God King was nothing more than a junior performing on a stage, while the true ruler simply smiled quietly behind the scenes.
"How ironic..." the Lord of Truth sighed softly, his gaze lingering for a moment on the God Tomb before settling back on the Mother of the Stars. "I never imagined that my former glory would become your weapon today."
The Mother of the Stars did not respond. She simply manipulated the Space-Time spikes to continue the pursuit, determined to trap the Lord of Truth completely within the web of Space-Time.
