As a seasoned Legendary dark Mage, Foluoduo was extremely knowledgeable and recognized Gustavo's race at a glance.

"They're the infamous Void Predator from the Astral Realm! How could such creatures appear in the Elven Plane? According to the records, aren't they supposed to be active in the vast Void?" Many questions raced through Frodo's mind.

Although Frodo recognized Gustavo's identity Dragon-Hunting Spider, he only had a superficial understanding of the Dragon-Hunting Spider Clan.

I only have some general information.

"Judging from the situation, this Dragon-Hunting Spider should have just entered its youth stage. It probably needs a sufficiently pure bloodline to fight against opponents of higher levels. If we can capture it and extract its bloodline, we might be able to create another family of bloodline sorcerers..."

It's no wonder that they were teacher and student; after seeing Gustavo, Frodo and Wight had remarkably similar thoughts.

"I just don't know if his parents are still around. Adult Dragon-Hunting Spider are usually Epic- level creatures, but Planet Pandora doesn't seem to have any Epic- level Dragon-Hunting Spider, does it?"

Even if it exists, as long as I act quickly enough and then use a spatial scroll to teleport back, it's no problem.

Luckily, I still have a teleportation scroll left.

Once I succeed, I'll immediately return to the City of Freedom. There, under the protection of the city lord, even the Epic can't harm me..."

The thought flashed through Frodo's mind like lightning, and he quickly made up his mind, looking at Wight.

Are you confident you can sense the location of that Dragon-Hunting Spider?

"Dragon-Hunting Spider?" Wight paused for a moment, then quickly realized that his teacher was referring to the spider monster.

"Yes!" Wight nodded. "Even if I die, I won't forget this guy's scent. But if he deliberately hides it, it'll be difficult..."

"That's not a problem. I have a way to increase your perception a hundredfold."

"Then there's no problem."

"There's no time to lose, let's go now."

Having said that, Frodo grabbed Wight and soared into the sky, speeding towards the direction of the Jilong Highlands.

at the same time.

Another settlement located approximately two thousand kilometers from Jilong Highlands.

A dimly lit hall.

"Reporting to the Elder, something has happened to our last branch in the Jilong Highlands, Silver Light."

According to intelligence, a Legendary assassin broke into the Silver Light stronghold and killed all core members, including two Tier Nine leaders.

Only two high-ranking officials escaped the disaster because they happened to be out of the area.

A short dwarf, prostrate on the ground, spoke respectfully.

On the high platform in front of the main hall, a colossal creature lay coiled up, its dense, metallic scales covering every inch of its body like armor, making it appear as if it were cast from a single piece of metal.

This is a Keleite Beast, commonly known as Golden-Scaled Beast. It is an intelligent species, and its adult form is Legendary life form. However, its numbers are extremely rare. It can strengthen its flesh, bones, and golden scales by consuming metal, and it is especially good at close combat.

"Jilong Highlands again? Two branches have been wiped out in just one month. Who is targeting us, Ashes?" Golden-Scaled Beast Wotu spoke, his ring-shaped eyes flashing with cold light, his tone chilling.

"According to intelligence, a Tier Seven warrior named Arthur is highly suspicious. He was once a high-ranking officer of Storm Claw. After Storm Claw was destroyed, he joined Silver Light. Not long after, Silver Light was also destroyed..." The dwarf said no more.

"Arthur? How dare a mere Seventh-Tier Transcendent attack us Ashes? There must be someone behind him." Wotu said coldly, and the dwarf nodded in agreement.

"It seems I need to go there myself to investigate the situation. You stay here and report this matter to Najin."

"Yes!"

Nodding to the dwarf, Wotu spread his wings and flew straight into the sky. A huge exit opened above the hall, letting in sunlight, before quickly closing again and disappearing from sight.

The Silver Light stronghold was a scene of utter devastation, with bloodstains still wet everywhere and houses that had been split in two.

Jiaba, the Legendary being from the Demon Eye, surveyed the scene before him, a hint of rage surfacing in his Lava- like eyes.

"Have you figured it out yet?" Jiaba turned around and looked at the group of people who were examining the crime scene.

One of the middle-aged men, wearing a monocle, stood up and approached Jiaba. Even when facing this Legendary creature raging with fury, he showed no fear, his eyes calm and collected.

This person is named Tuoyida, a Ninth-Rank Transcendent who controls mental power. He is exceptionally intelligent and belongs to the upper echelons of the Demon Eye. Although his status is not as high as Jiaba's, it is not far off.

"Based on the battlefield survey, the shape of the victims' wounds, and the residual scents and energy particles from the battlefield, we have basically deduced the identity of the murderer."

"Who?"

"Renfeng, the Gold Assassin of the Dark Council!"

Upon hearing this, Jiaba frowned. "Renfeng? Wasn't he active near the Woerkaba Settlement? Why is he suddenly here in our Jilong Highlands?"

Tuoyida slowly shook his head. "I don't know about that, but the fact that the Dark Council is involved most likely means someone has put a high bounty on the Silver Light, so we can basically rule out the possibility that it's targeting our Demon Eye."

"Damn it, even so, this is too much! The Silver Light Silver Light was under the protection of our Demon Eye, and you destroyed it without even a word. You're showing us Demon Eye no respect at all!" Jiaba roared angrily.

"So what? As one of the most powerful forces on Planet Pandora, the Dark Council has the confidence to disregard our Demon Eye," Tuoyida said coldly.

Jiaba was taken aback; he opened his mouth, but didn't know how to answer.

While the Demon Eye reigns supreme in the Jilong Highlands, it falls short on the scale of the entire Central Continent, let alone the entire Planet Pandora.

The Dark Council has even successfully assassinated Demigod, and more than one at that. It is a very famous assassin organization throughout the entire Elven Plane.

Even if we don't send out veteran-level assassins, just sending out meritorious assassins would be enough to wipe out the Demon Eye.

"Alright, now that we've figured it out, let's leave." Jiaba waved his hand irritably and prepared to leave.

Tuoyida called out to him, asking, "What about the remaining fixed assets of Silver Light?"

"Same as always, leave 30% to the remaining members, and confiscate 70% to be auctioned off!" Jiaba said without turning his head.

Tuoyida fell silent, turned around, and began to make arrangements for his funeral.
