After all the participants entered the Verdant Courtyard, they were divided into hundreds of different competition zones.
Strangely, the participants were all trapped within translucent bubbles, unable to move more than three meters away from them.
Some spectators were quite puzzled, "Why hasn't the match started yet?"
Someone nearby immediately mocked, "It's obvious you didn't listen to the rules properly. Don't forget, those mechanical Transcendent, alchemists, combat apothecaries, etc., are all allowed a certain amount of time to create combat items."
"Now is the time for them to make the props."
"Oh, I see. Then why not release these images? Are you afraid we'll discover the refining techniques?"
"They're probably taking some kind of camouflage measures. They can't possibly prevent us from seeing, otherwise it would be too boring if we didn't know what weapons they were using."
That makes sense.
"Look, the picture is showing!"
With a gasp, the enormous projection floating in mid-air transformed into a series of different scenes.
One of the projected images showed Logo's figure.
Inside the indigo palace, Qiya's beautiful eyes brightened slightly as she instantly spotted Logo's location. She rested her chin on her hand and watched quietly.
In the unfamiliar laboratory, various materials were laid out on the floor; they were all common materials of the one-star and two-star level.
"With these materials, it's practically impossible to craft a three-star equipment within the allotted time. We'll have to make it to two-star. Hopefully, time will allow it..."
Logo scanned the various raw materials in front of him, his star-studded pupils swirling with countless streams of information that seemed to cascade down his face. In an instant, he had already devised a production plan.
With a narrowing of his eyes, the blazing Fire of Birth appeared on Logo's body, flickering and transforming into hundreds or even thousands of tentacles of varying sizes, lengths, and thicknesses.
These tentacles are like the most sophisticated alchemical instruments, first sorting out the various materials needed, and then starting to work together to create the product.
If you look closely, you'll see that Logo is crafting five pieces of equipment at the same time, and all five are exactly the same.
At first, not many people noticed this, but as the equipment gradually took shape, some viewers finally pointed it out loudly.
"Look, the image numbered 009, isn't that guy crafting five pieces of alchemical equipment at the same time?" A burly orc stood up, pointing with his thick, carrot-like finger to a particular image projected in the sky.
Upon hearing this, the audience around him immediately looked up.
This sight immediately sparked a commotion.
"Really? Making five pieces of equipment at the same time, multitasking like that, isn't he afraid of failing?"
"This isn't just multitasking; look closely, this guy is multitasking a thousand times over! It's terrifying!"
"Yes, that's truly terrifying. Look, these five pieces of equipment were made almost flawlessly, and they will definitely be completed before the deadline."
What is he going to make?
"It looks like a rifle?"
"No, it's a sniper rifle. The barrel is noticeably long and slender, and its structure is far more complex than that of a normal sniper rifle."
"They're still inscribing runes! Good heavens, how confident are they to inscribe runes on five guns at the same time?"
What's this person's name?
"Let me see, Logo Campbell, a pure-blooded Gendaya People, a professional alchemist, and even an honorary earl, someone of such status is participating in the Martial Arts Tournament?"
"Heh, so what if he's an earl? I heard even the princes of the Dawn Empire are participating in this Martial Arts Tournament."
There was a lot of discussion in the audience, but they were destined not to be able to disturb Logo.
With about 31% of the deadline remaining, Logo completed the production of five sniper rifles.
"Let me see, is it of Legend quality?"
Logo's eyes held a hint of anticipation as his gaze swept across the area, extracting key information.
The first one wasn't it, the second one wasn't it, the third one still wasn't it, the fourth one... Legend quality!
The fifth one, still Legend quality.
"Two of them are Legend quality? One of them is the guaranteed one, and the other... could it be that my inspiration just exploded?" Amidst his surprise, Logo had many guesses.
These thoughts appear quickly and disappear just as quickly.
The two two-star Legend sniper rifles were certainly a pleasant surprise, but Logo quickly regained his composure and continued to work diligently.
Time was running out, and they had a gun but no bullets. The gun was practically useless; it could only be used to swing at people.
So Logo spent the rest of his time making various kinds of bullets.
Armor Break, Magic Break, penetration, extreme speed...
There were a total of 1254 bullets, piled together, making the entire backpack bulge.
"It's a pity we didn't have time to set up Matter Folding Technology, otherwise these things would be much easier to carry if folded into a few metal sheets," Logo muttered.
After becoming a high-level alchemist, his Matter Folding Technology advanced further. He could now seal equipment into small metal pieces the size of cards, or transform them into jewelry such as earrings and necklaces, instead of turning equipment into cubes.
It can even be turned into an embroidery needle and placed inside one's ear.
Unfortunately, Matter Folding Technology doesn't come from nothing; it takes time, so Logo had to give up.
As the time for crafting equipment for Logo expired, the surrounding space rippled, like a calm lake being swept by the wind. The resulting ripples shattered Logo's figure, causing him to disappear completely.
"Phew, it's finally starting." The audience sat up straight, their eyes wide as they stared at the enormous screen overhead.
Viewers who were following Logo mostly muttered in disbelief, "This guy actually succeeded! Five sniper rifles, over a thousand rounds of ammunition, how did he do it?"
"Do you think the sniper rifle he made might only be a one-star level, or a two-star ordinary, or even a premium model?"
"No, I'm an alchemist too. I'm absolutely certain that the sniper rifle that guy made is at least a two-star Rare quality, and might even be Legend quality," a bald, burly man immediately retorted.
"Rare quality is believable, but Legend quality? Are you out of your mind? How is that possible! Crafting five two-star guns at the same time, including a Legend one? Are you kidding me? Even a level 30 advanced alchemist couldn't do that, could they?"
"Let alone a high-level alchemist, even a top-level alchemist couldn't do it."
The skepticism and disdainful tone of those around him made the bald, burly man's face flush red. Already prone to outbursts, he instinctively retorted, "You don't believe my judgment? Want to take a gamble?"
Someone responded immediately.
"Alright, let's bet then, who's afraid of who?"
"Count me in."
"Count me in too."
As more and more people joined the betting, the bald, burly man's expression changed, and cold sweat poured down his face.
Seeing his reaction, the first person to respond sneered, "So you're trying to back out?"
"Go back on your word? No way, it's a bet." The bald, burly man stubbornly refused to back down, even if he lost, he wouldn't back down.
And so, a gamble unfolded in a grand and spectacular fashion.
The feeling of weightlessness came and quickly faded. Logo opened his eyes and found himself sitting on a large rock, with a chill emanating from below.
Looking around, large bubbles appeared before my eyes, only to burst moments later.
Hundreds of gazes converged, sparks flying!
