After Lancelot's attitude was confirmed, the atmosphere became more harmonious, and the two women's attitudes towards him underwent a subtle change. However, this change was so subtle that, apart from Mona, the other two carefree individuals did not notice anything amiss.
Adjusting her posture, Zyra crossed her legs and said, "To deal with the Second Blood Ancestor, we can only rely on the power of the Alliance's human side."
"Recently, the friction between humans and Blood Clan has intensified, and I think a large-scale armed conflict will break out soon."
Lancelot asked, "How is the Second Blood Ancestor in his current condition?"
Mona said softly, "He is currently in a deep slumber. When he awakens, his overall strength will increase further."
A fierce glint flashed in Lancelot's eyes. "When Blood Clan is in slumber, he is at his weakest. Could we take advantage of this opportunity to concentrate our forces and eliminate him?"
Zyra shook her head. "Don't even think about it, it's impossible. Not to mention that the Blood Clan haven't officially broken away from the Alliance yet, even if the two sides were to break apart, to kill the Second Blood Ancestor, you would have to enter the Blood Clan ' headquarters, which is another planet completely under the Blood Clan control. The only way is to launch a direct attack."
Lancelot sighed, "So, it seems there's a long and arduous road ahead to free Mona from the influence of the Second Blood Ancestor."
Zyra glanced at him. "Yeah, if it were easy, I would have already saved the Champion in distress. There wouldn't be a chance for a little brat like you."
Lancelot had no interest in arguing with this woman and turned to Mona, "Has Mo Li's connection with the Second Blood Ancestor been severed? Can you use this opportunity to break through to Demigod? Perhaps, after you become Demigod, you can use your own abilities to sever the connection with the Second Blood Ancestor."
Mona gently shook her head. "It's impossible. As long as Mo Li exists, I can't break through the Demigod bottleneck unless I erase Mo Li or completely separate her from me, turning her into two people."
Erasing it is impossible; Mona will not agree to it.
Moreover, no one knows whether erasing Mo Li will affect Mona herself, since the two of them are currently sharing a single soul.
Moreover, Mo Li's very existence also helps Mona bear the pain and murderous intent, so it's not all bad.
As for completely separating the two personalities...
Lancelot stroked his chin; he was out of options, but his other clone did.
The key to dissecting the personalities lies in clarifying the intricate connections between them.
To give an analogy, it's like untying a knot.
The prerequisite is to understand the structure of the knot.
And this is Logo's forte.
With Eye of Insight, one can even see the rules, let alone the soul.
However, Logo's current skill level is still somewhat lacking when it comes to performing "surgery" on Mona.
I reckon it'll be about time when Logo reaches the Legendary stage.
"Hmm... it seems it won't take too long." Lancelot's eyes flickered.
Logo's growth rate is extremely fast; it will only be a few years before he becomes Legendary.
Mona has persevered for so many years, there's no reason she couldn't last a few more, right?
Lancelot's deep thought caught the attention of Mona and Zyra.
Zyra asked impatiently, "So? Have you come up with a solution?"
Although she felt it was unlikely, Zyra still asked, "What if there really is a way?"
Mona also looked over expectantly, harboring an inexplicable and extraordinary trust in Lancelot, who was always capable of creating Miracle.
"Hmm... I have a friend!" Lancelot looked up. "He's very skilled at performing surgeries on the soul and consciousness level. If he were to do it, he could most likely separate Mona and Mo Li."
"Friends?" Zyra asked suspiciously. "Which friend don't I know?"
Zyra was certain she knew everything about Lancelot; she even knew when he was weaned, let alone this obviously close friend.
However, Mona was different.
Mona knew that Lancelot was a reincarnated being.
"Perhaps Lancelot was referring to a friend from a past life," Mona thought.
This speculation is reasonable.
An Epic Peak martial artist who possesses the ability to regenerate would undoubtedly have a vast network of connections, so it's not surprising that they would make friends with some incredibly powerful individuals.
"Where are your friends now?" Mona asked, her beautiful eyes sparkling like two gems.
Seeing how much Mona trusted Lancelot, Zyra was puzzled but didn't ask any questions. She simply looked at the young man in front of her with her best friend.
"My friend isn't in this plane for the time being, but he'll definitely be back within five years," Lancelot assured him, patting his chest.
"Not in the Elven Plane? He's gone quite far," Zyra muttered. "Are you sure he'll be back within five years?"
"Of course! My friend would never lie to me," Lancelot assured him.
"Has your friend ever had surgery similar to Mona's before?" Zyra asked again. It has to be said that this is definitely a super best friend; she cares more about Mona's affairs than her own.
"Don't worry, have I ever done anything unreliable?"
"That's true. You're always incredibly cautious, and there aren't many things you can guarantee you'll do well." Zyra recalled Lancelot's past behavior and realized it was indeed the case. Although the kid was cunning beyond his years, he was surprisingly reliable and reassuring.
"However, we can't place all our hopes on me as a friend. There are too many unexpected things in the world, so it's always safest to have a backup plan. Of course, it would be best to unite with more Demigod- level powerhouses around us. With strength, anything is possible."
"Hey, your idea coincides with mine."
Zyra completely agreed with his statement.
"Don't rush to agree. Let me ask you, with your current skill level, when are you planning to take it to the next level?"
"Huh?" Zyra didn't expect that, after all the talk, the final target would be her.
"Me...?"
Zyra counted on her fingers and mumbled, "The threshold of Demigod isn't something built of sand; it's not that easy to break through."
Lancelot found it amusing to look at Zyra, who was behaving like a primary school student facing a teacher.
After thinking for a moment, Lancelot stood up, looked at Zyra, and said, "Wait here, I'll go home and get some things."
With that, Lancelot turned and left.
"What secret weapon is he getting?" Zyra asked Mona, puzzled.
The latter seemed thoughtful, recalling Lancelot's identity as a martial artist. After a moment, he chuckled and said, "Perhaps it's something that will broaden your horizons."
"Tch, him? He's not even a Legendary, what kind of treasure could he possibly have?" Zyra scoffed.
About half an hour later, Lancelot, carrying a metal box, sat down, turned the box upside down so the opening faced Zyra, and then opened it.
Two rows of information crystals came into Zyra's view.
"What are these?" Zyra picked up a crystal casually and examined it in the sunlight. The light shone through the crystal, reflecting colorful bands of light, making it look beautiful.
"The information crystals produced by the Guta Federation, also called storage crystals, can store a large amount of information. By probing them with your Divine Power, you can browse the knowledge within," Lancelot casually replied, then added, "This contains professional knowledge of martial arts practitioners, mostly from different schools of Qigong Style. It should be helpful for your breakthrough to Demigod."
"Hmm?" Zyra raised her beautiful eyebrows high, her first reaction not of surprise, but of doubt.
After all, she was already at the Epic Peak level, so ordinary martial arts experience was useless to her. And given Lancelot's status and strength, it was practically impossible for him to have access to advanced martial arts professional knowledge.
However, this kid has always given off an air of mystery; perhaps there's a real surprise in store.
With a "let's give it a try" attitude, Zyra released her Divine Power and merged it into the information crystal.
Then...
A look of infatuation quickly appeared on that stunningly beautiful face.
Seeing this, Mona and Lancelot exchanged a glance and both laughed.
Half an hour later, Vermila let out a soft moan as she was about to wake up when Lancelot casually chopped her neck with a hand chop, causing the blonde girl to roll her eyes back and fall unconscious again.
Seeing this, Mona glared at him, seemingly blaming him for not knowing how to cherish a woman, but Lancelot just shrugged, completely unconcerned.
Another ten minutes passed before Zyra finally broke free from the allure of the information crystal.
Immediately afterwards, a gaze as intense as the blazing sun was cast upon Lancelot's face.
Unexpectedly, Zyra leaped up, straddling Lancelot's waist, her hands gripping his shoulders, and rocking him wildly. "Tell me, where did you get all this martial arts professional experience?"
Lancelot was surprised that Zyra would suddenly make this move.
The amazing elasticity and indescribable softness emanating from his waist and hips made his eyes slightly glazed over.
Two enormous, malevolent forces swayed before his eyes, constantly testing his sensitive nerves.
Zyra, however, didn't think much of it. Her oblivious nature prevented her from realizing just how alluring her voluptuous figure was to men, not to mention how revealing her attire was.
"Ahem, you... you come down first." Lancelot turned his head slightly, unusually, he dared not look directly at the stunningly beautiful face so close to his, even though they had fought each other more than once and should be very familiar with each other's bodies.
"Hmm?" Zyra frowned, cupped Lancelot's cheeks in her hands, straightened them, and said with a furrowed brow, "I'm asking you a question, don't try to change the subject."
Lancelot looked helpless. While suppressing his body's instinctive reaction, he took matters into his own hands, grabbed Zyra's slender waist, lifted her up, and placed her on the opposite sofa.
At this moment, feeling the burning heat of the large hand around her waist, Zyra seemed to finally react. She gave Lancelot a strange look, awkwardly smoothed the stray strands of hair at her temples, and turned her head away as well, feeling as if a fire was burning inside her.
Mona looked at the two of them, her beautiful, thick eyelashes trembling slightly, as if she realized something unusual, but wasn't sure.
After a moment of silence, Lancelot spoke as if nothing had happened, explaining, "Um... these information crystals store the cultivation experiences of Tier Fifteen and newly-entered Tier Sixteen martial artists. You can refer to them; they should be of great benefit to your breakthrough to Demigod."
"Oh, okay." Zyra nodded absentmindedly. She had originally planned to ask where all this training experience came from, but now she had forgotten everything. All that remained in her mind was the strange sensation of the hot hands on her waist just now.
"Martial artists are combat professionals, and fighting to the death will significantly accelerate your breakthrough. Of course, it's best to prepare sufficient medical supplies beforehand, and having a protector is even better," Lancelot instructed robotically.
"Oh, I see." Zyra's tone was hollow, as if she had lost control.
The usually perceptive Lancelot failed to notice anything amiss. After quickly giving a few instructions, he got up to leave.
For some reason, staying here always makes me feel like I can't breathe.
"Let me take you," Mona said gently, glancing at the silent Zyra.
"No need, I can walk by myself." Lancelot waved his hand, stood up and left. When he reached the door, he almost tripped over a protruding part of the building next to him. For someone who had mastered cellular-level body control, this kind of accident was unbelievable.
Mona followed behind him, looking at him with a complicated expression, without saying a word.
"Alright, you can go back now, I'm leaving!" Lancelot prepared to leave.
Mona nodded slightly and was about to turn and leave when Lancelot called out to her, "Um, do you and Saila have a good relationship?"
Saila the Insect Witch, one of the high-ranking members of the Holy Sword Academy and an insect-type Transcendent, was someone Lancelot suddenly realized that if he wanted to improve the quality of his Molecular Aggregation Insect, consulting this woman would be perfect.
"Professor Saila has been quite kind to me," Mona said, pursing her lips. "I can introduce you to her."
"Thanks, Vermila is all yours now."
After leaving those words, Lancelot stepped onto the summoned floating platform and slowly departed.
Mona watched his figure recede into the distance, then sighed softly.
"Hey, if you like someone, just confess! Don't you find it ridiculous to be all sentimental here all by yourself?" A clear, mocking voice rang out deep within Mona's soul, and a slender red figure flashed in her clear pupils.
It was Mo Li speaking.
Mona didn't answer her sister; instead, she turned around and closed the door.
Back in the living room, the two best friends' eyes met, and an awkward atmosphere quietly spread.
Just as they were wondering what to do, Vermila slowly woke up.
Mona: "Phew..." she breathed a sigh of relief.
Zyra: "You woke up just in time, no wonder you're my fan!"
Back at the villa, Lancelot rushed into the bathroom and turned the water to the lowest setting.
Ice water streamed down his shoulders, washing over his hot body along the grooves of his muscles.
After a long while, Lancelot suppressed his inexplicable anger and walked out of the bathroom. He wasn't very good at dealing with emotions.
I had no choice but to put it aside for now and do something I'm good at.
All the supplies ordered on the spaceship have been delivered to the academy's exchange office.
Shortly after Lancelot made a phone call, the deliveryman rang the doorbell.
A large pile of supplies was stacked in the living room, quite conspicuous.
Lancelot first looked at a silver-white box.
Upon opening, a blast of cold air escaped, revealing three vials of bloodline potions of varying colors.
Aside from [Wellspring of Nature] being Immortal quality, [Breath of Vitality] and [Rapid Healing] are both Legend qualities.
Lancelot first picked up the [Wellspring of Nature] in the very center.
Immortal- quality bloodline potions can raise the level cap of the innate abilities contained within, and are easier to absorb. Although they are several times more expensive, they are definitely worth the price.
Under the soft light, the bloodline potion appeared golden-green, and from this color alone, one could feel the surging natural energy contained within.
