The Panbosaier Restriction Belt was a technological weapon that the Black Sea Star Pirate Group accidentally obtained during an adventure. Due to its extremely precise and complex mechanical structure, even though the armored man Kelaio, had tried his best, he could only utilize part of its functions.

Winston arrived at a cabin on the lower level of the spaceship. After entering a complex password, the surface metal cracked, revealing a blue handprint. Then, a terrifying scene unfolded. Space-Time seemed to freeze beneath the ripples, and all beings, whether Legendary or Tier Nine, were frozen within the blue amber like mosquitoes.
This scene was very similar to the scene after the Air-Stasis Corridor was activated, but Gustavo was certain that the blue ripples did not involve too many gravitational properties. Instead, they were closer to space, and even had a hint of time, but it was too faint for him to be sure.
Under the influence of the ripples, not only the body, but also the soul and even the mind became sluggish. Gustavo was no exception, but his symptoms were much milder than others, after all, his soul strength was high enough.

A beam of dark blue energy traversed the dark space and struck a Ninth-Rank Transcendent of the magical beast species directly. Due to its body being restrained, the creature had no power to resist and was reduced to cosmic dust.

Kelaio asked again, exasperated, "Still haven't found those two guys?"
"No!" Winston frowned, adding, "Their disguise techniques are extremely sophisticated; it must be some kind of high-level equipment. My psychic fluctuations couldn't detect their presence."
