Miracle Trait [Replication], in short, ever-changing.

The Steel Feather Cloak can Replication all the properties and abilities of other equipment and store them.

It can perfectly Replication not only objects, but also the Steel Feather Cloak of living beings.

It can be said that possessing this piece of equipment is equivalent to possessing an armory.

"As expected, the characteristics of the Guardian Blade are closely related to its master's wishes. When I first crafted the Steel Feather Cloak, I was aiming for it to be multi-functional, and now my wish has been fulfilled. Moreover, the Steel Feather Cloak perfectly inherits the abilities of the Molecular Aggregation Insect, combining the strengths of both, making it simply perfect, truly a dream weapon!!"

Lancelot thought to himself with a smug satisfaction.

Of course, while the ability to Replication is extraordinary, it is not without its limits.

First, the Steel Feather Cloak cannot Replication the abilities derived from the [Miracle Trait]. In addition, if the equipment levels are too different, it will also be impossible to Replication successfully.

It's like trying to Replication the effects of a powerful artifact with the Steel Feather Cloak; the outcome is obvious—it's impossible.

However, as the Steel Feather Cloak's level continues to increase, more and more equipment can be Replication. Until one day, this Guardian Blade will be able to evolve into a [Miracle Creation] of ten stars or higher as Lancelot grows, Replication the artifact a piece of cake.

After storing the Steel Feather Cloak inside his body and feeling his power increase significantly once again, Lancelot took a deep breath and prepared to leave the Luolunsi Secret Realm.

Speaking of which, this secret planet formed after the fall of the God Level powerhouse Tibeici is far more valuable than the demiplane that Logo obtained from Planet Pandora. Both its potential and the resources it contains far surpass those of that demiplane.

Unfortunately, although Lancelot had mastered the planet's origin, he couldn't make full use of it and could only use it as a temporary stronghold. If he encountered danger in the Elven Plane, he could hide here directly, and even Demigod couldn't do anything to him.

The downside is that it goes back to where it came from, so if the opponent chooses to block the entrance, it can be dangerous, although the probability is low.

"Once Logo's alchemy skills are high enough, we can ask him to transform the Luolunsi Secret Realm into the Astral Realm spaceship to serve as his vehicle. This is something many Earth Guardian do, but it's limited to our lineage of Earth Guardian. If any other life form dares to desecrate it in this way, it will be hunted down by all the Guardians."

Taking out the remaining eighty-eight Primeval Stone, Lancelot hesitated for a moment, his eyes turning slightly solemn. Adhering to his good habit of using resources as soon as they were available, he kept only ten Primeval Stone for backup, and threw the remaining seventy-eight Primeval Stone into the World Furnace.

The golden flames, which had already weakened, suddenly burst into flames again.

With a slight twitch at the corner of his mouth, Lancelot muttered as he looked at the flames that seemed capable of melting planets, "Now, he really is like Sun Wukong..."

First came the Seventy-Two Transformations, then the Eight Trigrams Furnace...

That being said, when it comes to being ruthless, Lancelot doesn't hesitate.

He leaped directly into the World Furnace.

Immediately afterwards, excruciating pain surged forth like a tidal wave.

First the body, then the soul; it was an experience of pure bliss.

Even with Lancelot's Tenacious Will, he eventually fell into a daze, his soul and body in danger of collapsing simultaneously.

At that moment, a surge of golden energy emerged, acting like a pillar to save him.

[The Power of Adaptation]

The Cornerstone of the Earth Guardian.

Lancelot finally understood completely why [Power of Adaptation] was ranked first on the stat sheet; it was a lifesaver!

Without this ability, I would have died eight hundred times over.

Time passed indefinitely, and the World Furnace slowly dissipated, replaced by Lancelot clad in armor.

"My Spellbreaking Star is level 8. Do I need ten Primeval Stone to level it up?" Lancelot wondered to himself as he looked at the panel.

That's right, he used all seventy-eight Primeval Stone on the [Spellbreaking Star] skill this time.

With each level up, the strength of the Spellbreaking Star increases, with its attack range and lethality increasing simultaneously. However, while its power becomes more terrifying, the burden on the user also increases.

Therefore, the duration of the level 8 Spellbreaking Star actually decreases, lasting approximately 2.5 seconds.

It should only be used as a special move; it's best not to use it in regular combat.

With the upgrades complete, this journey through the secret realm has come to a perfect end.

"Now, it's time for those guys to pay the price!" Lancelot's eyes suddenly sharpened, revealing his ruthless nature.

During his seclusion to improve himself, he never lost contact with Logo. From the latter's memories, he learned that the Crimson Alliance had suffered a great upheaval, especially the Holy Sword Academy, which was almost reduced to ruins. Zyra was severely injured, and Mona even took the initiative to contact Logo for help, which shows how dire the situation was.

Unfortunately, Logo couldn't save Zyra either.

Logo isn't omnipotent, at least not now. He certainly knows many ways to save Zyra, but those methods all require extremely strict conditions that can't be met right now.

Therefore, Logo only instructed Mona to preserve Zyra's soul, saying that there would definitely be a way to save it later.

With his fist clenched, Lancelot activated the secret realm's essence, transforming it into a spatial teleportation force that enveloped him.

The next second, Lancelot vanished from the spot.

Meanwhile, at the Crimson Alliance, Holy Sword Academy, and Sea Lake Villa.

Amidst the ruins, a heroic figure suddenly appeared, seemingly emanating his own force field, instantly becoming the center of heaven and earth the moment he appeared.

This is the influence of "Haki".

As Lancelot surveyed the scene before him—a scene both strange and familiar—his expression grew increasingly icy.

"Blood Clan, Ashes, Dragon Clan, Sea Clan..."

A voice, seemingly emanating from the Nether Realm, was uttered by Lancelot. Instantly, a thin layer of black ice covered the ground within a kilometer radius of him. At his level, every move he made could affect the environment of heaven and earth; the saying "the world changes when he is angry" was not just a figure of speech.

Quietly, the petals bloomed, and a stunningly beautiful woman with a hint of sorrow on her pretty face emerged from among them. It was Mona, who had been watching this place the whole time.

Although everyone in the Crimson Alliance, including Dean Urta, believed Lancelot was dead, she refused to believe it and waited nearby for that figure to return.

Her thick eyelashes trembled slightly, and her crystal-clear gem-like eyes were veiled in mist. Mona bit her lower lip, and the stinging sensation made her certain that this was not a dream.

A pair of strong hands pulled her into their arms, and at this moment, Lancelot did not suppress or avoid his emotions.

"I'm back..."

The man's deep, magnetic voice penetrated her heart like a gentle rain, brightening Mona previously gloomy soul. Her slender, fair wrists involuntarily wrapped around his strong, upright waist, and she nodded slightly, but did not utter a word.

After embracing for a long time, Lancelot released Mona, kissed her forehead, and asked softly, "How is Zyra?"

The mood, which had been brightened by the return of her loved one, was once again dampened by those words.

It wasn't out of jealousy or envy; Mona wasn't that narrow-minded. Besides, her feelings for Zyra were no less than her feelings for Lancelot.

My bad mood stems entirely from Zyra's current precarious situation.

Mona's sorrowful expression made Lancelot's heart sink, but he still gently comforted her, "Don't worry, I already have a way to save her."

"Really?" Mona looked up abruptly, her jewel-like eyes sparkling as if they were glowing.

"Would I joke about Zyra's life?" Lancelot feigned displeasure, his face falling.

This tactic, if used on Zyra, would have made her turn and leave immediately, but it worked remarkably well on Mona, who quickly and gently reassured her, "That's not what I meant, don't overthink it."

As she spoke, she hugged Lancelot's arm tightly.

"That's more like it." Lancelot immediately seized the opportunity to back down, and the storm subsided.

"What method?" Mona asked, tilting her pretty face up.

"It's a secret for now. By the way, hasn't the Alliance tried anything to save Zyra?"

As Lancelot spoke, he pulled Mona's hand and led her forward.

"Of course we'll try," Mona replied. "Actually, there's a way to completely save Zyra, but unfortunately..."

What method?

"The essence of the Mother Tree of Life!"

"Uh... those stubborn elves won't agree."

"Yes, no matter how we negotiate or what price we offer, they refuse."

"I understand. After all, that's the foundation of the Elf Race. Putting ourselves in their shoes, if we were in a high-ranking position among the Elves, we wouldn't agree either. Besides, the Alliance wouldn't pay such a high price for Zyra."

Hearing this, Mona fell silent, but unconsciously tightened her grip on Lancelot's hand.

In silence, the two arrived at a mysterious space built underground.

"Where is this...?" Lancelot looked around in surprise. The dark red metal walls looked like they had been stained with countless drops of Blood Qi.

"Consider this my retreat!" Mona said softly.

Lancelot immediately understood, "Mo Li is here, right?"

Mona glanced at him in surprise, then revealed a breathtaking smile, tinged with pride, as if to say, "My man is indeed intelligent."

"Yes, Star Vein Eusius has set up a magic array here to isolate everything, and with the support of the Alliance's highest technology, even the Second Blood Ancestor wouldn't be able to detect Mo Li's presence," Mona explained softly.

"It seems that although the Alliance has not completely escaped its predicament, it is already planning for the future," Lancelot remarked. "That makes sense. The Crimson Alliance has developed to its current state because its leaders are undoubtedly a group of extremely capable people. They wouldn't just stand by and do nothing after being attacked."

Mona said, "After Mo Li was separated, he has been in seclusion here, secretly stealing the power of the Second Blood Ancestor's Dao of Slaughter. He has now reached the peak of the Peak Epic level and will soon break through to the Demigod."

"Once she breaks through to Demigod, she'll be able to compete with the Second Blood Ancestor for the right to the Dao of Slaughter," Lancelot exclaimed. "And all of this, thanks to the isolation provided by the mysterious space, the Second Blood Ancestor is completely unaware of. What a brilliant plan!"

Upon hearing this, Mona finally smiled. "We have to thank your friend. If he hadn't successfully separated me from Mo Li, I wouldn't have been able to break free from the Second Blood Ancestor's control and break through to Demigod status. The Alliance also wouldn't have been able to formulate this targeted plan."

"He truly is a rare and exceptional genius!" Lancelot praised Logo without batting an eye.

As they chatted, the two arrived at the deepest part of the mysterious space.

The Blood Qi here is extremely concentrated, almost forming a hurricane. Ordinary people without protective measures would turn into mindless blood beasts within seconds.

But for both Mona and Lancelot, this Blood Qi was like a gentle spring breeze, utterly insignificant.

In the center of the Blood Qi vortex, Mo Li, who appeared as a young girl, was meditating cross-legged. After sensing the arrival of Mona, she opened her eyes, and then her gaze sharpened as she stared at Mona and Lancelot's arms linked together.

"Tch, so you're not dead after all."

The little girl's mouth was as sweet as honey; her tone was sharp, tinged with a hint of jealousy, and the target of her jealousy was obvious.

"Mo Li!" Mona stared with her beautiful eyes, but her gentle gaze was destined to have zero harm.

Mo Li turned her head away, but her eyes still looked at Lancelot with a defiant glint in them.

Lancelot had a clever way of dealing with this brat. He simply scooped her up and pulled Mona into his arms. Before she could even react, a hot kiss landed on her red lips.

Both pairs of beautiful eyes widened at the same time.

One couple was extremely shy, while the other was furious.

After enjoying the sweet and delicious snacks, Lancelot glanced at the little girl with a nonchalant air. The provocation of a victor was like a critical hit plus real damage, causing Mo Li's anger to soar.

"Tsk tsk tsk, quite angry, keep it up!"

Seeing the rapidly increasing "anger" emanating from Mouth of Gluttony, Lancelot's eyes lit up, and he even encouraged Mo Li.

The little girl was even angrier and wanted to beat this despicable man to a pulp, but she knew that her older sister Mona would never allow her to do so, so she went berserk.

I teased Mo Li a bit, which was a way of relaxing beforehand.

After taking a deep breath, Lancelot pushed open a high-strength alloy door covered with Magic Runes.

On the device that resembles an octagonal well, Zyra's soul is sleeping quietly, devoid of its former liveliness, like a tranquil statue.

After standing beside Zyra for an unknown amount of time, Lancelot closed the door and left, immediately activating one of his newly acquired class talents.

"Listening to the World’s Voice".

A wondrous wave emanated, quickly connecting with some grand, unseen will.

"Please tell me, where can I find a way to save Zyra?" Lancelot asked directly.

That's right, that's his method.

The Earth Guardian can communicate with the World Will, and their most important role is to gather intelligence.

No organization in the world understands what is happening around the world better than the world itself.

Upon receiving Lancelot's question, the World Will seemed to be pondering it, and soon, an image was transmitted.

It was a colossal tree, tens of thousands of meters tall, towering into the clouds, with countless adorable little sprites playing and frolicking among its leaves. Below them stood a group of leisurely-looking Elf Race, each with extraordinary appearances, handsome men and beautiful women, any one of them possessing the looks of a major celebrity.

"The Mother Tree of Life..." Lancelot was speechless. "Your World Will isn't very intelligent either. Don't you know this thing is the lifeblood of the Elf Race?"

The so-called Mother Tree of Life, also known as the Elf Mother Tree, is the birthplace of elves and can be considered their mother.

The essence of the Elf Mother Tree is equivalent to the heart's blood of a human. You're asking her to give you her heart's blood? Why don't you just go to heaven?

Absolutely impossible!

"Change it!" Lancelot commanded.

The World Will then spoke in a hazy tone, the meaning of which was simple: each year, the Earth Guardian could ask one question unrelated to the "World's Bounty" for free, but if they wanted to know more, they would need to pay with "Primeval Stone".

Otherwise, wouldn't the World Will become nothing more than a domesticated dog, summoned and dismissed at will?

How could that be!

"So how many Primeval Stone do you need?" Lancelot asked cautiously, as he only had 10 Primeval Stone left and didn't know if that would be enough, or if he could buy them on credit.

"8 Primeval Stone!" the World Will answered.

Different types of information have different prices.

Lancelot wasn't sure whether the price he was asking for was high or low.

Since it concerned Zyra's life, he didn't hesitate at all and made the payment decisively.

The World Will is highly efficient; the scene changes again.

In the pitch-black Starry Sky, floats a massive, shattered star, some parts of which have been completely transformed into lakes of lava.

A cosmic storm of Destruction swept around this star, severing all internal and external connections.

The scene shifts to the interior of a star, in a seemingly primitive city. In a courtyard, stands a maple tree several hundred meters tall. Its leaves are golden yellow, and its trunk is predominantly black but covered with golden stripes, giving it a mysterious and ancient appearance.

"Golden Maple Tree, such a big one? This must be the mother tree, right?" Lancelot's eyes widened in surprise.

I can't believe it! Wasn't it said that Golden Maple Tree were almost extinct?

Even those that survived were half-dead and produced very little.

How can this tree be so enormous and extraordinary?

"Could this be...?"

A bold guess suddenly popped into Lancelot's mind.

The message then transmitted by the World Will answered his question.

That's right, this planet is the "Golden Star" that was once Destruction by a cosmic catastrophe.

As a high-magic planet, Golden Star was once extremely glorious. It was home to a large number of incredibly powerful Transcendent beasts and was also the stronghold of the bloodline sorcerers.

The famous "Serpent Ring Family" of Planet Pandora originated from the Golden Star.

After the Destruction Golden Star, they migrated to Planet Pandora.

However, Lancelot learned something interesting from the intelligence transmitted by the World Will.

That is...

"Golden Star was actually Destruction by the aftermath of the battle between Senior Tibeici and the Primordial Evil God, through the dimensional crystal wall... This is truly... an undeserved disaster!" Lancelot's lips twitched slightly, and at the same time, he gained a deeper understanding of the power of God Level expert.

A high-magic planet that even Demigod couldn't conquer despite their best efforts.

The aftershocks of a God Level battle, or even after being reduced by the dimensional crystal barrier, could directly Destruction a planet.

Although it wasn't blown to pieces, it still destroyed the surface ecosystem. And judging by the vastness of that lava lake, it's likely that even the Earth's core was blasted through.

"But even in such an environment, humans still managed to reproduce and form a primitive civilization 30,000 years later... Humans are indeed the most tenacious race!" Lancelot exclaimed, recording various intelligence information into his mind before severing his contact with the World Will.

Such a large Golden Maple Tree can be considered a mother tree, and the effects of its essence sap should not be weaker than those of the Elf Mother Tree, after all, it has been recognized by the World Will.

Upon learning how to save Zyra, Lancelot breathed a sigh of relief and prepared to set off immediately.

Of course, some preparatory work needs to be done beforehand, such as... Replication some weapons and equipment Steel Feather Cloak.

The thought had barely formed when the communicator, which had been silent for a long time due to the isolation of the Luolunsi Secret Realm, started vibrating.

After the call connected, an aged voice came through, "This is Urta. Come to the Dean's office in the main building of the academy."

"Good!"

Lancelot paused for a moment, then nodded in response.

"What does the dean want with you?" Mona's expression tightened.

"They're just asking about things within the secret realm, but I've forgotten everything, I don't remember anything," Lancelot said with a shrug, seemingly unconcerned.

For the time being, he planned to use this excuse to appease the powerful figures from all sides.

What happens after this period of time?

Are you kidding? Back then, I was on equal footing with you all, and you still dared to ask me questions? I'd smash your head in!

As the saying goes, when I have no power, I am meek and submissive; when I have power, I strike with full force.

"I'll go with you," Mona said, clearly indicating her intention to support Lancelot.

Due to past experiences, Mona still harbors some lingering fear and apprehension towards Urta, and is hesitant to fully trust him.

Lancelot patted the woman's hand and smiled, "I am the role model for the younger generation of the Holy Sword Academy. I used to be, and I certainly am now. The Dean wouldn't make things difficult for me, so don't worry."

With that, Lancelot turned and left.

After the Holy Sword Academy suffered a calamity, 95% of the academy's surface buildings were destroyed. This main building was recently rebuilt.

Although Lancelot was unfamiliar with the building's layout, he easily found the dean's office and knocked on the door.

Come in!

Pushing open the door, behind the mahogany table, Urta, whose injuries had mostly healed, looked Lancelot over, his serious expression softening considerably.

"It seems you gained a lot in the Luolunsi Secret Realm."

"Indeed." Lancelot nodded, then sat down.

He did not deny his gains; after all, he had undergone a complete transformation compared to nine months ago.

"How is it? Do you have any relevant memories? After all, you are the person who has stayed in the Luolunsi Secret Realm the longest in the records!"

"No, after I came out, all my memories of the secret realm disappeared. All that remained was a body and energy many times stronger, and the fact that I had completely entered the Legendary rank."

"Alright, it seems the secrets of the Luolunsi Secret Realm will have to be unearthed later."

Urta sighed, choosing to believe Lancelot.

Changing the subject, Urta asked, "Your strength is already sufficient to shoulder heavy responsibilities. What do you think of my recommendation for you to join the Strategic Support Force?"

"Alright," Lancelot nodded, then added, "However, before that, I need to find something."

"What is that?" Urta frowned.

"The treasure that saved Zyra." Lancelot didn't mention the Golden Star; it would be pointless anyway. Theoretically, only someone with the "Power of Adaptation" could enter this place.

"Zyra..." Urta fell silent. She was someone he considered his daughter, and he longed to save Zyra as well.

He even pleaded with the Elf Race, practically begging on his knees, abandoning his dignity as a powerful being, but the elves still wouldn't budge.

After a long silence, Urta spoke, "I respect your choice, but the Alliance is going through a turbulent period, and every high-level individual is precious, so you must give me some time."

Lancelot pondered for a few seconds, then replied, "One month. Give me one month, and whether this succeeds or fails, I will return."

"Good!"

Urta gave the approval.

With an agreement reached, both fell silent.

Just as Lancelot was about to take his leave, Urta called him back and threw him a metal card.

Lancelot took the card and looked it over. When he saw the dragon head engraved on it, his expression hardened.

"True Dragon Mecha!"

"This is my personal collection. You're one of the few people Zyra truly cherishes. Living well is the best thing you can do for her," Urta sighed.

At this moment, he was no longer the tough and cold Dean of the Holy Sword Academy, but simply an old man who cared about the younger generation.

Lancelot gripped the metal card tightly, his expression softening as he felt a greater sense of kinship with the unfamiliar dean.

He chuckled and said, "Dean, since you've already given me the True Dragon Mecha, wouldn't you mind doing me a few more favors?"

"??"

Urta was stunned; it seemed to be the first time someone had dared to take advantage of him.

Seven hours later.

Holy Sword Academy's weapons depot.

Lancelot walked out satisfied.

With this, he effectively wiped out the entire Holy Sword arsenal.

Lancelot patted the Steel Feather Cloak that had transformed into inner armor and was now wearing it, his delight growing even stronger.

cemetery.

One tombstone after another stands, for even the most powerful and influential figures are reduced to a mere three feet of land in death.

Standing before Master Iron Tiger long time, Lancelot spoke at length. Finally, he smiled nonchalantly and strode away, saying, "Master, let your student see for you the scenery beyond the Demigod!"

The boundless Starry Sky.

Every now and then, a silvery-white glint would flash by.

Aboard the Alliance's most advanced single-person spaceship, Lancelot quickly arrived at the Karen Star System, where the Golden Star was located.

Upon reaching this point, the spaceship could go no further.

Cosmic storms are simply too terrifying.

Given the spaceship's protective capabilities, it wouldn't be long before it was torn apart.

Therefore, Lancelot chose to cross the river in his physical body.

Steel Feather Cloak appeared, unfolding countless intricate structures that, accompanied by flashes of blue light, transformed into an extremely magnificent silver-blue armor, like the armor of a paladin, majestic and dignified, sharp and iron-blooded.

On the shoulders, lightning crackled and exploded, transforming into flowing lightning cloaks that fluttered behind the shoulders like battle flags.

"Tsk, this is how Transcendent should act! Absolutely stunning!"

Lancelot was very satisfied with his outfit. With a thought, his cloak billowed high behind him, and he transformed into a streak of lightning, leaving a dazzling trail of electric light in the dark Starry Sky before disappearing in an instant.

The cosmic storm that Destruction the Golden Star was formed from the aftermath of the battle between Tibeici and the Primordial Evil God.

The key is Tibeici ' ability, "Galaxy Storm".

His swordsmanship was devastating.

As Tibeici ' successor, Lancelot was quite familiar with his swordsmanship, knowing exactly where there was room for survival and where one should not tread.

With the aid of the "Power of Adaptation," Lancelot finally arrived on the Golden Star after overcoming numerous hardships and life-or-death challenges.

Standing above the atmosphere, looking down at this high-magic planet that had endured so many hardships, Lancelot seemed to hear, in a daze, the unwilling roar of an ancient behemoth before its death.

The body descended rapidly, like a meteor streaking across the sky, but without causing much of a commotion, thanks to the Concealment ability of the Steel Feather Cloak.

Lancelot didn't want his arrival to become public knowledge. According to the intelligence provided by the World Will, the human strength of the Golden Star was not weak.

At the top of a lush, wooded mountain, Lancelot appeared.

Looking at the vibrant scene before him, he couldn't help but marvel at the tenacity of life; even after Destruction, life can still bloom again on the ruins, creating a remarkable new life.

"Roar!!"

A ferocious roar reached his ears, followed by a foul-smelling gust of wind. Lancelot remained calm, as if he had expected it. With a casual grab, he snapped the attacker's neck and held it in his hand.

Turning his head to examine it, Lancelot discovered that it was a tiger-like beast with predominantly dark brown fur and its body covered in twisted, evil Demon Pattern. Even though it was dead, its pupils were still wide open, bloodshot, and it lacked any characteristics of a highly intelligent life form.

"As expected, the vast majority of beasts on Golden Star have been corrupted by evil demonic energy, becoming exceptionally brutal and lacking in intelligence..."

If Tibeici ' influence extends beyond the Golden Star, it manifests as a continuous cosmic storm.

The influence of the Primordial Evil God is a terrifyingly corrosive demonic energy. Even after 30,000 years, life here is still accompanied by this demonic energy, which has penetrated deep into the marrow and cannot be removed.

"And communications..." Lancelot took out a communicator, but there was no signal at all, making it impossible to contact the outside world.

"It doesn't matter, as Logo isn't affected anyway. If there's an emergency, just have him relay the message."

With that thought, Lancelot felt relieved. Then, following the glimpse of the humans in the area in the information, he changed his form. The magnificent armor that his Steel Feather Cloak had transformed into rough animal skin clothing. He casually hoisted the suicidal tiger beast onto his shoulder and strode into the forest.

With Lancelot's current strength, he could be considered top-tier combatant on Golden Star, if not invincible. He easily crossed the jungle, killing one evil beast after another that came attracted by the smell of blood. Looking travel-worn and with bloodstains on his animal skin clothes, Lancelot finally found a small town.

The tall walls, built from logs and stones, protect this small town.

A squad of twelve guards stood watch at the entrance. They were vigilant, with fierce eyes, and each had tattoo-like patterns of varying shades on their foreheads—a symbol of a Transcendent system. Lancelot also had them on his head, but he had disguised them.

"Hunter?"

A guard stopped Lancelot, speaking in a fairly polite tone.

Lancelot nodded, trying to decipher the local language.

He could understand what the guard was saying from the mental fluctuations emanating from him, but he knew that speaking would easily give him away, so Lancelot chose to remain silent.

The guard didn't think much of his reaction; hunters often struggled on the brink of life and death, and many of them were eccentric.

"Where's your identification?" the guard asked again.

Lancelot shook his head.

The guard frowned. "Lost?"

Lancelot nodded again.

"We can't let you in, that's the rule."

As the guard spoke, his gaze fell upon the tiger beast that Lancelot was carrying on his back.

Lancelot immediately understood, tore off a tiger paw, and tossed it to the guard. The guard's face lit up with a smile, and his attitude softened considerably. He waved to his companion, signaling them to let them through. "Alright, go in. Remember to get a new identity document at the Hunter's Tavern!"

We have successfully entered the town.

The streets were bustling with people, unexpectedly lively.

Amidst a cacophony of voices, Lancelot quickly learned the language and was at least able to communicate in simple terms.

Following suit, Lancelot sold the remaining body parts of the tiger beast at a stall and received a sum of money, about 13 silver coins.

Based on the purchasing power of this small town, it's enough for an average family to live comfortably for two years.

But for hunters, it's only better than nothing.

After asking a passerby for directions to the Hunter's Tavern, Lancelot headed straight there.

Soon, a tall tavern, far more exquisite than the other buildings, came into view. Upon entering, the noise around us became even more pronounced, and a cacophony of smells assaulted our nostrils.

Lancelot's gaze swept across the area, trying to find where hunter badges were issued, but the next second, his expression froze as he saw a huge wooden sign.

Three large, blood-red characters at the top.

Wanted List!

As luck would have it, Lancelot happened to know the number one most wanted criminal on the list.

Feiyue Yilainuoke, a member of the Ashes Organization.

Lancelot had a bit of a headache.

Damn it, why are there Ashes people everywhere?
