"Our planet's guardian knight has been devoured!"
On a certain planet, the Reno People, their faces pale and blank, stared at the empty sky, muttering to themselves, as if Dharma Form that what had just happened was real.
Such scenes appeared in every corner of Reno Mother Plane.
People were filled with anxiety, as if they had lost their souls.
Buzz~!!
Space distorted, and Lancelot's figure descended. This was not his true form, but an avatar.
Lancelot's true form is currently in the Golden Divine Kingdom, working with Logo to upgrade the Steel Feather Cloak's level and quality.
Frowning, Lancelot casually grabbed something, and a Demigod dressed in Mage's robe appeared before him.
The man was initially startled, thinking he was about to be eaten like the other unfortunate knights.
But when he saw the imposing figure before him, he immediately felt relieved, a look of respect flashing in his eyes, and he bowed, saying, "Your Holiness the Holy Light!"
"Hmm." Lancelot nodded slightly. "What happened?"
The Demigod Mage gave a wry smile. "I don't know the reason either. Just now, a giant mouth suddenly appeared and devoured all the Sanctuary- level knights. Now, all the remaining knights in this plane are at the Transcendent level."
"To devour all the Sanctuary Knights?!" Lancelot's eyes narrowed as he realized the gravity of the situation.
If it were just the Reno Mother Plane, it would be fine, but if the other planes of the Reynolds Civilization were in the same situation, the balance of power in the entire civilization's Transcendent world would be broken.
Without the support of powerful high-level knights, the knight profession in the Reynolds Civilization even faces the risk of extinction.
Of course, the current ruler of the Reynolds Civilization is the Golden Divine Kingdom.
Without Logo and Lancelot's permission, the Mage wouldn't dare to do it; at most, they could sabotage it in secret, but it wouldn't affect the overall situation.
"The key now is to determine the situation in other dimensions."
Lancelot murmured to himself, raised his right index finger, pressed it against his brow, and let his senses spread.
Long ago, he dispersed his Endless Particles throughout the Prado Universe System for the purpose of facilitating perception and serving as anchor points for spatial teleportation.
Now, using these Endless Particles as a fulcrum for deep perception, Lancelot quickly figured out the situation of the other planes of the Reynolds Civilization.
Just like in the mother plane, all the knights of the Sanctuary Realm were devoured.
Perception continues to expand.
Until it permeated the entire Prado Universe System.
We examined each plane of existence one by one.
Lancelot's expression grew increasingly solemn.
He discovered that the Sanctuary Knights had vanished from all planes, whether they were under the control of the Astral Realm civilizations, or under the command of various armed organizations or from the Void. It was as if they had been completely devoured.
That's not all.
The Transcendent professions of the Reynolds Civilization were mainly knights and Mage, so you could only see knights being devoured.
Other civilizations were different.
Martial artist, swordsman, warrior...
Apart from the Sanctuary Knights.
Many other Sanctuary experts from other professions were also swallowed up by the suddenly appearing maw of the Abyss.
After reviewing the footage, Lancelot discovered...
Those sudden, gigantic maws of the Abyss were not all the same in shape; they had many differences.
"Does this mean that there is an unknown powerful figure behind this...?" Lancelot pondered to himself.
"Many Sanctuary powerhouses in the Prado Universe System have met with misfortune. What about the other universe systems in the Alpha Universe Cluster? Could the Heavenly River Universe Domain have also suffered this calamity, or even... the entire Astral Realm!"
A sharp glint flashed in his eyes.
Lancelot looked up at the sky, as if he could feel a hurricane sweeping in, violently blowing across the entire Astral Realm.
A storm is brewing!
The Divine Realm.
The Hall of Fate.
Deep within, golden mist swirled and rose.
On the throne, the Goddess of Fate sat serenely, with the Miracle Creation [the Sovereign of Fate], shaped like a golden revolver, floating before her.
On the gun, countless intricate and profound patterns, so complex they would dazzle even the Main God, writhe and shift, seemingly symbolizing the capriciousness of Fate.
A faint golden light filled the air, and the Goddess of Fate slowly opened her eyes, which were dazzling and captivating.
She seemed to sense something, smiled slightly, and stretched out her flawless palm to grasp a wisp of chaotic energy.
"These so-called Pathfinder, have they finally lost their patience? Heh, let them cause trouble. The Astral Realm has been stuck in the order phase for too long; it needs a real period of chaos!"
The Nine Hells.
The deepest part.
A handsome man with long, pointed horns on his head stood quietly on the bank of the River Styx, gazing at the tranquilly flowing water, speechless.
A flash of energy appeared, and the figure of the Primordial Heaven's God of Battle materialized.
"Your Majesty of Hell!"
"You've come to ask about the situation of those Pathfinder, haven't you?" The Lord of Hell said, his hands behind his back, without turning his Earth Dao. His voice was cold and aloof, like that of a proud scholar, quite different from the ferocious appearance in Legend.
"They can no longer be called Pathfinder." A hint of contempt flashed across the God of Battle's face. "They're more like Dao Devourer! They've completely thrown the entire Astral Realm into chaos!"
"Heh, what's the difference between clearing the way and devouring the way?" The Lord of Hell sneered. "Only the power you obtain is real!"
The God of Battle shook his head and said, "The problem is that they can only devour those below the level of Main God. Those above the Main God, having opened up new paths, already have the power to resist. As far as I know, Emperor Augustus of the Knight Empire has already begun to take this opportunity to gather the Main God of the knight profession, preparing to launch a counterattack against the ' Ancestor of Knights '!"
"Augustus... well, that's certainly a fine little fellow." The Lord of Hell seemed to recall something, a sinister smile appearing in his eyes.
The God of Battle, however, didn't see the smile on his face. Instead, he nodded in agreement, "He is indeed quite good, very powerful, his strength is almost on par with mine!"
Upon hearing this, the Lord of Hell remained noncommittal, then changed the subject, saying, "After this incident, countless professionals who were threatened will inevitably seek the protection of the Main God. The Divine Realm will certainly not let this opportunity pass, and will most likely expand its influence. Perhaps the Sun God was even involved in this matter. Oh, and by the way, the Goddess of Fate is very likely to be involved as well, since she is most enthusiastic about this kind of thing!"
"The Divine Realm! The Sun God! The Goddess of Fate!" A sharp glint flashed in the God of Battle's eyes, mixed with a hint of hatred.
After a moment, the God of Battle's expression returned to calm. He bowed slightly and said, "Please advise us, what should we do?"
"It's simple. Continue to disperse the power of the Divine Realm. That King of All Gods is too hasty. The power of the Divine Realm is too strong, and he has lost his way. He has forgotten the simple principle that 'the nail that sticks out gets hammered down'!"
"I see!"
The God of Battle's eyes brightened slightly, then he withdrew and left Hell.
The Lord of Hell gazed at the flowing River Styx, reached out and grabbed, and a white light flew out of the river, landing in his hand and transforming into a crystal-clear white bone claw.
Gently stroking the bone claws, pale flames rose in the dark eyes of the Lord of Hell.
"The evil of the gods, the source of all demons..."
