Young Master, Run!
For the sake of harmony, Ye Fu conscientiously blocked off his five senses. After quite a while, he opened them again and spread out his Divine Sense. He saw the servant fiddling with the roof tiles, his face full of despair, while Zhou Ruosheng glowed with pride and smugly said something in a petulant manner about how the servant should have believed him.
That night, Ye Fu never did find out what the servant had seen, or why Zhou Ruosheng was so happy.
Ye Fu really did think Zhou Ruosheng seemed a little cute in this state. At least he was less overbearing, so Ye Fu decided not to remove his effeminate state.
But after he heard the next sentence, he no longer thought the fellow was cute.
"Quick, pour this bucket of piss in there. Let that bastard brat get a taste of the stink that's been marinating all day."
Ye Fu's eyes widened, his face full of astonishment.
Chapter 24: Young Master, Run!
With a thought, Ye Fu looked beside Zhou Ruosheng and his servant and clearly saw a yellow-brown wooden bucket sitting there, covered with a lid. Even so, Ye Fu could distinctly smell the stench of piss.
"That's downright vicious! They actually want to pour piss over me!"
Ye Fu moved a finger slightly, and a trace of Qi quietly flowed over and settled entirely on the bucket full of piss. Then, in the darkness, his lips curved into a smile.
On the roof.
"Are you done yet?"
"Done. I've lifted the last tile."
"Move over and let this young master do it. I'm going to drench him in piss, that damned brat!"
Zhou Ruosheng stepped over and casually tried to lift the bucket by its handle with one hand, but it didn't budge. He pulled harder, but it still didn't move an inch.
He tried both hands, but the result was the same: it didn't move at all.
"You idiot, how much piss did you put in there? I can't even lift it!"
"Young master, it's not my fault. Even a full bucket wouldn't be heavy. Could it be your strength..."
"Bullshit! How could I possibly be unable to lift a bucket of piss?"
"Then... this..."
"You do it! It's not that I can't lift it. I just wanted to give you a chance to show what you can do. It's not that I'm weak! Hmph!"
The servant grunted, a chill of revulsion running through him, but he still obeyed and went to lift the bucket of piss.
Ye Fu gently moved his finger again, and the Qi attached to the bucket dissipated.
The servant lifted it with ease, leaving Zhou Ruosheng questioning his very existence.
"Young master, see? It really isn't heavy."
"Wh-what are you blathering about? Hurry up and pour it!"
The servant picked up the bucket of piss and prepared to pour it through the hole in the roof, but the next moment, he suddenly discovered that he couldn't control his body. He could only watch as he stiffly turned around with the bucket in his hands to face Zhou Ruosheng.
Zhou Ruosheng gave a petulant snort. "Idiot, what are you doing? Hurry up!"
The servant's eyes widened in terror. Not only could he not control his body, he couldn't even speak. He watched as his arms slowly bent and the bucket in his hands tipped down bit by bit. Then he roared in despair in his heart, Young master, run!
But his body would not obey.
At that moment, Zhou Ruosheng froze. In a daze, he thought he saw a great river reflected in the sky. The bright moon shining from the nine heavens and the river set each other off, then overlapped and wound together, flashing with a faint seven-colored light.
His pupils narrowed little by little, then widened little by little. He saw that seven-colored light rushing toward him with a fermented smell. All of it came rushing at him and made intimate contact with him.
"Young master, run!"
The servant finally used every trick he had to shout the words he had been wanting to roar all along, but the young master before him had already been mixed with that "great river."
Master and servant stared at each other, both wide-eyed.
After standing stunned for a long time, Zhou Ruosheng finally came out of his daze. He drew a deep breath, opened his throat, and screamed with all his might, "Ah-"
Fortunately, Ye Fu had set up a soundproof barrier in advance, preventing the scream from disturbing Qin Sanyue, who was sleeping next door.
"Young master, don't open your mouth! It's dripping in!" The servant's words were the last straw that broke Zhou Ruosheng.
Zhou Ruosheng broke down. He had always loved cleanliness, and had become even more fastidious after turning effeminate. Now, though, he had been drenched in a whole bucket of piss. He felt he was about to die and retched desperately. No longer caring about revenge, he ran off like a madman, his steps so heavy that he crushed who knew how many roof tiles. Then he leaped with all his might, jumping straight off the roof and landing heavily on the ground. He ran off again, crying and shouting as he dragged a sprained leg behind him.
The servant was terrified. He thought he might have run into a ghost; otherwise, there was no way he could have lost control of his own body. Not daring to stay there another moment, he hurried after Zhou Ruosheng.
All that remained were the stinking bucket and shards of broken tiles.
"Sigh, young people really do hold a grudge."
In any case, Ye Fu had no intention of removing Zhou Ruosheng's negative status now. He would let him keep that effeminate personality. Their plan to pour piss on him had truly annoyed him somewhat. He thought that if he didn't have his current strength, being drenched in piss in the middle of the night might well have left him traumatized.
"I just hope they know what's good for them and don't come bothering me again."
Twice was the limit of Ye Fu's patience with a person. If they came a third time, he would no longer deal with them so gently; he would take firm measures directly.
"Great Restoration Technique."
Ye Fu cast the Great Restoration Technique over the entire house. A faint light enveloped it, and the broken tiles were moved back into place bit by bit, then fitted back together one after another. The smell of piss was cleaned away as well. As for the bucket that had held the piss, he simply flicked it away into the remote mountains and ancient forests.
What Ye Fu hadn't expected was that, with that casual toss, the bucket would knock a sword immortal flying on his sword toward Black Stone City straight down into the Dragon-Rearing Mountain Range. When the sword immortal discovered that he had been struck down by a piss bucket, the mortal world gained a sword immortal who would spend his life seeking revenge on "the person who sent a piss bucket flying three thousand li."
