Chen Fan used his artifact-refining power to take command of a convoy, survive supernatural threats, and form an alliance with Nie Shufeng’s Fairness Convoy. After breaking through and gaining new abilities, he set out with a growing group of survivors and learned that a hostile convoy lay ahead.

• Chen Fan awakened as the Immortal Master of the Artifact Dao, refined the Ten Thousand Souls Banner, and used it to defeat Sister Liangzi and seize control of the convoy.
• Chen Fan recruited Yan Kuan, Sun Hong, and Qian Lei, then led the convoy through the Living Fog and a swarm of giant insects with help from Li Yuanyuan.
• Chen Fan joined forces with Nie Shufeng’s Fairness Convoy, introduced his artifact-refining power, and refined a shield and the Nightmare Battle Cloud.
• Chen Fan killed the Butcher Convoy’s captain and attacking members, gathered their supplies, and accepted the surviving members into his convoy in exchange for a share of their supplies.
• Chen Fan and the other leaders fought and killed Killer Jisen, then continued traveling and set watches for the night.
• Chen Fan broke through, gained telekinesis, refined a Water Purification Bottle and Storage Bag, and upgraded his Spirit Refining Sword to mid-grade.
• Chen Fan flew before the survivors, who hailed him as an Immortal Master, then set out with his enlarged convoy after Wang Bing and Qian Lei sensed danger ahead.

Chen Fan and Nie Shufeng formed the Dawn Alliance, survived Huishi’s attack, and brought Han Tai’s convoy into their group. After crossing the Dead Fog, Zhao Xing awakened his ability and joined Chen Fan’s Mortal Convoy as a new convoy approached.

• Chen Fan and Zheng Alin killed Jiang Yanming, then recruited most of his convoy’s survivors into the Fairness Convoy and formed the Dawn Alliance with Chen Fan’s Mortal Convoy.
• The alliance traveled through Nanwushan Village, where Chen Fan gathered supplies, Zhao Xing defended Zhao Xin, and Li Yuanyuan returned pursued by monsters.
• Huishi abducted Wang Bing and attacked the alliance, but Chen Fan and the others overwhelmed him with coordinated attacks and killed him with the Annihilation Death Nail.
• The alliance picked up stragglers and met Han Tai’s convoy, whose members split over whether to join the alliance or pursue a plan to grow stronger by hunting monsters.
• Han Tai joined the Dawn Alliance, and the combined convoy chose to enter the Dead Fog after Wang Bing’s divination warned that the other routes were dangerous.
• The alliance crossed the fog past an enormous monster, while Zhao Xing suffered a severe mental attack after seeing it and collapsed in the Wuling van.
• Zhao Xing awakened [Flash Spear] after recovering, accepted Chen Fan’s invitation to join the Mortal Convoy, and saw a new convoy of heavy trucks approach.
