A Comeback with Extreme Plays

"The black and blue teams' beds have been destroyed. Death mode has begun!"

"The two teams are already clashing and have no attention to spare for Mai Senpai, the lone wolf."

"They've started fighting on the wool bridge between the islands. Mai Senpai is watching the situation."

"She pulls out her bow and aims at the black team, then fires."

"A black team member is knocked flying by his arrow, but he has a Rescue Platform and uses a Bridge Egg to get back onto the wool bridge."

[Rescue Platform]: Creates a slime ball platform beneath your feet in midair.

[Bridge Egg]: Throws an egg that creates a wool bridge along its flight path.

(There are plenty of other items I haven't written about. Some are rather useless and the like, but I'll write about them later if I get the chance.)

Mai Senpai narrowed her eyes at the sight.

She was still under a lot of pressure. Although neither team could respawn without a bed, there was a good chance that two players from the winning team would come after her together.

So she had to maintain the balance between the two sides. Ideally, only one player would be left on the winning team. Only then would she have a chance.

On the blue team's side.

Xiao Dingdang noticed the remaining red team player on the center island, but he couldn't spare attention for anything else right now. He could only fight the black team head-on.

Fortunately, Jiahao Shaonian was indeed skilled, which took a great deal of pressure off him.

With help from Mai Senpai of the red team as well, their team gained the upper hand.

Just then, an arrow flew over and struck him.

The arrow knocked Xiao Dingdang flying, but his reactions and hand speed were quick. As he flew, he rapidly clicked to place wool blocks along the bridge in the direction he was being knocked.

By the time he descended, the wool he had placed was already beneath his feet.

His feelings were complicated, though, because he had figured out Mai Senpai's plan: keep the two sides balanced and reduce their numbers.

He quickly typed in team chat, "Focus the one who used his items earlier. That guy on the center island is interfering."

Hearing that, Jiahao Shaonian typed back dismissively, "Hah, just some underhanded tricks."

"Watch my diamond sword attack!"

With that, he threw an Ender Pearl and appeared behind the black team, targeting the member who had just returned to the team from the void.

Seeing this, Xiao Dingdang followed with an Ender Pearl of his own. They focused their attacks on the player and knocked him into the void.

With his Rescue Platform still on cooldown, the black team member could only fall into the void, with no chance of survival.

After the black team lost a teammate, the fight became one-sided.

The three blue team members pressed their attack against the two black team players, while arrows continued to fly at them from the center island.

In the end, one of their teammates was also eliminated in the void, leaving only Xiao Dingdang, Jiahao Shaonian, and the remaining red team player.

Xiao Dingdang immediately took a bite of a Golden Apple and threw an Ender Pearl toward the center island.

Seeing this, Mai Senpai decisively threw an Ender Pearl, targeting Jiahao Shaonian.

That was right. He intended to split them up and take advantage of the time difference.

Jiahao Shaonian had charged ahead just now, so he definitely didn't have much health left. That meant she had a chance to kill him first.

Seeing Mai Senpai's move, Xiao Dingdang thought, This is bad. The instant he landed, he quickly threw an Ender Pearl back to follow her.

By then, Mai Senpai had already reached Jiahao Shaonian.

She pulled out her Sharpness V diamond sword and unleashed a flurry of attacks on him.

Jiahao Shaonian hadn't reacted yet. He was organizing his inventory when someone started slashing him.

His expression changed when he saw it was Mai Senpai.

What a scoundrel, launching a sneak attack!

He glanced at his health and saw that he had less than five hearts left. He promptly threw an Ender Pearl, preparing to escape.

Unfortunately, Mai Senpai had long since seen through his intentions. When she saw him throw the Ender Pearl, she threw one to follow him.

The two of them arrived on the blue team's island, while Xiao Dingdang landed just in time to see them leave.

This is bad!

Xiao Dingdang's heart tightened as he realized something was wrong.

If Jiahao Shaonian couldn't hold out, Xiao Dingdang would have to face Mai Senpai one-on-one, and their advantage would vanish completely.

He quickly threw an Ender Pearl after them, ready to provide support, but it was too late.

On the blue team's island, Mai Senpai eliminated Jiahao Shaonian with two sword strikes.

The instant Xiao Dingdang landed, Mai Senpai's sword was already slashing toward him.

Xiao Dingdang's expression was grim. He knew it really was going to be a one-on-one fight now.

Although he thought his own skills were decent, he also knew that his opponent's skills and movement were just as strong. That meant neither of them could afford to make a mistake; whoever slipped up first would be eliminated.

He swiftly drew his sword and launched a jumping slash at Mai Senpai.

Having just eaten a Golden Apple, his health was still rising, and Mai Senpai soon found herself at a disadvantage.

Noticing this, Mai Senpai stepped back twice, slashed Xiao Dingdang once, and decisively threw an Ender Pearl.

At the same time, a Golden Apple appeared in her hand, and she began eating it.

How could Xiao Dingdang let Mai Senpai get away? He threw an Ender Pearl to follow her, continuing to eat a Golden Apple to restore his health.

The two chased each other, eating Golden Apples one after another. Now it came down to whose items ran out first.

After nearly two minutes, Xiao Dingdang stopped chasing and teleported to the orange team's island, intending to exchange for supplies.

He had just finished fighting the black team, and he really didn't have as many items on hand as Mai Senpai.

Mai Senpai realized this and followed closely on Xiao Dingdang's heels, refusing to let him get away.

Seeing this, Xiao Dingdang's heart suddenly beat faster. He threw his last Ender Pearl; he had to shake Mai Senpai off.

But the pearl went beneath the red team's island, and when he teleported, he appeared in the void.

At that moment, he thought, This is bad. He quickly used a Rescue Platform, and wool blocks appeared in his hand as he kept building upward.

When Mai Senpai saw Xiao Dingdang make a mistake, a fishing rod appeared in her hand. She went above him and cast it repeatedly.

After several casts, the fishing hook caught Xiao Dingdang and pulled him straight into the void.

At that moment, no matter how fast Xiao Dingdang's hands were, there was nothing he could do to turn things around.

Fireworks sounded in the sky.

The next second, everyone appeared in the lobby. The red team had won.

Chen Ze shouted excitedly in his livestream, "Holy crap! Mai Senpai, you really did it!"

"You're amazing, bro. You actually managed to turn that around."
