As Sima Ruiming seized control of Great Qi and Cangxuan’s hidden plans brought down Wind Abyss’s rulers, Ye Jinyu prepared South-Pacifying City for war.

• Ouyang Xiong and Ouyang Yu staged a rebellion by the six families, then turned in their wealth and evidence to win the Ye Clan’s favor and secure control of Tianlan Ruin Realm.

• Yin Huan rejected calls to seek help until Sima Ruiming’s forces attacked Great Yin, and he begged the Ye Clan for protection after his soldiers were crushed.
• Ye Jinyu accepted Great Yin’s obedience and ordered Yin Huan to muster troops, while Zhang Chen resolved to leave the Great Peace Temple and pursue his plan to unify Zhanlu and Tai'e.
• A spreading mist swallowed the Yuanming Sword-Playing Sect, and Chen Yi led Xie Qingying and others through the illusions toward Mingyang’s mausoleum, where five special immortal foundations were needed to break its layers.
