"Uncle Zhang, your technique is amazing; it can't be mastered in a short time."

Su Ziyang sat on the stool and gave Zhang Rongyi a thumbs up.

Zhang Rongyi chuckled, "Practice makes perfect! The more you practice, the more skilled you'll become. There's no other way than practice makes perfect!"

After a few casual words, Zhang Rongyi began to explain the next technique.

Then, massage slowly using the techniques taught.

from head to foot.

This is a very complex and difficult matter.

Therefore, it cannot be described in words; everyone understands and should know this.

So after Zhang Rongyi gave Su Ziyang a massage, Su Ziyang felt very comfortable.

After the whole session, Su Ziyang was almost asleep.

He seemed very relaxed.

We just relaxed here.

Fairy Li supported Su Ziyang, Zhang Rongyi grabbed Su Ziyang's severed tendon and, with a skillful, sudden twist, gave Su Ziyang a sharp pain...

Because Su Ziyang trains his body every day and has practiced Golden Bell Shield and Iron Cloth Shirt techniques, the flesh on his stomach is taut and firm, making it difficult to pinch.

Seeing Su Ziyang wince in pain, Fairy Li covered her mouth and chuckled to herself.

As the saying goes, "Give a stick and then a sweet date."

Zhang Rongyi Su Ziyang grin, Zhang Rongyi chuckled and began the next step.

This step made Su Ziyang quite embarrassed, because this technique had to be performed on the feet.

Su Ziyang was barefoot, Zhang Rongyi held Su Ziyang's feet and massaged them, Su Ziyang very uncomfortable.

This method massages the three Yang and three Yin meridians of the foot.

The right thumb basically follows the pathway of the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian.

The location is on the front of the thigh, from the inner side of the groin to the popliteal fossa.

The Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang runs from the popliteal fossa to the ankle.

The middle finger follows the route of the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming, from the thigh to the ankle, pressing down firmly and slowly pulling it down.

This technique is very comfortable, and the effects are indescribable. You all know what I mean.

The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon states. "When the spleen is affected by pathogenic factors, its qi stagnates in the thighs. This technique can remove these pathogenic factors from the spleen."

The Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon states. "When there is evil in the kidneys, the qi stagnates in the popliteal fossa. This technique can remove the evil from the kidneys."

The next technique involves shaking the toes.

The practitioner first uses their left hand to pinch and lift the patient's left (right) middle toe (third toe), then shakes it three times. Next, they shake the toe in sequence: index toe, ring toe, big toe, and little toe. This is to activate the foot joints and vibrate the meridians in the foot.

This technique can make all the joints in your legs and toes move and feels very comfortable.

After teaching all of the above, Zhang Rongyi also passed on a mnemonic rhyme to Su Ziyang:

Pushing open the Heavenly Gate calms the mind, and all the internal organs can be unblocked.

The second push Separate Yin and Yang, a skillful rescue ensures health and well-being.

The three pushes of the Heart Sutra will open the mind; in the Jinqiu, go to sea and return to the gate.

To master the four-step method of pushing the well south, one must first understand how to unblock the blood flow on the left and the qi flow on the right.

Five pushes to achieve mastery and the Qi gate; after mastery, one's movements become as precise as a divine being.

Six pushes later, it becomes a tight vest; the Eight Trigrams of the pandanus must be clearly distinguished.

The seventh push will bring forth the qi, and if the injury causes a cough, it should be addressed immediately.

This is a technique used to promote the flow of qi and blood, and to unblock meridians and collaterals.

Of course, it is not a panacea and has its contraindications. It is contraindicated in cases where the patient has an open mouth and closed eyes, cold hands and limbs, delirium and cold sweats, incontinence of urine and feces, a weak and almost imperceptible pulse, extreme deficiency of vital energy, typhoid fever, or shock after poisoning or massive bleeding.

The teaching and demonstration took two hours in total. Zhang Rongyi's forehead was also covered in sweat.

"Uncle Zhang, how about this? Please sit down, and I'll give you a massage. If anything is wrong, please point it out immediately, and I'll fix it right away!"

"OK!"
