Chapter Summaries

Qian Renxue and the others battled Zi JI and Xiong Jun in the Star Dou Great Forest, but Bi Ji escaped with Zi JI before they could obtain the ascension materials. The group stayed to await Bi Ji’s return with stronger Soul Beasts, while Shen Luo spent the evening in Spirit City thinking about Furina.

• Qian Renxue used Bennett’s Elemental Burst to destroy Zi JI’s quagmire and heal the civilians, but Zi JI transformed into a dragon and attacked again.
• Gui Mei used Klee’s Elemental Burst to badly injure Zi JI, while Bi Ji healed her from the shadows before carrying her away.
• Qian Renxue and Yue Guan demanded Bi Ji’s feathers, but Bi Ji warned them about stronger beings in the forest and escaped with Zi JI.

Bibi Dong recalled that the Sky Azure Bull Python lived in a lake in the Star Dou Great Forest’s Core Circle, so Qian Daoliu led the group deeper to find it. There, Yan fought the Titan Giant Ape and discovered that Ushi could redirect its charge.

• Bibi Dong remembered the Sky Azure Bull Python’s location, and Qian Daoliu chose to seek it out rather than wait for Bi Ji.
• Di Tian and Bi Ji discussed the humans’ strength and decided to send more Soul Beasts to watch them instead of asking their lord to intervene.

• Qian Renxue speculated that the space behind the curtain led to another dimension and climbed onto the stage to investigate.
• Furina shoved Qian Renxue away from the curtain and warned her that divine punishment would follow any intrusion.
• Qian Daoliu apologized for Qian Renxue, and the two hurried back to Spirit Hall after Furina let them go.

• Qian Renxue learned that Bibi Dong’s Keqing had reached level 20 and Hu Liena’s Yae Miko had reached level 15 by fighting the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan.
• Shen Luo woke Furina by tickling her feet, and she reluctantly got out of bed.

• Shen Luo discovered Gu Yuena's portrait and learned she could drop all types of Artifacts, then told everyone about the update that evening.
• Bibi Dong urged Shen Luo to lead them to the forest, and the group set out after a short break while Furina stayed behind to rest.
