I Won't Lick Your Cheek!

"You little rascal, I didn't realize you had such a erratic mind. You haven't even figured out her real identity yet, and you're already talking about starting a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship."

After saying that, Qian Renxue walked closer to Lin Luo, raised her slender white finger and poked Lin Luo's forehead. "What exactly is in your head?"

During dinner, Hong Chen really didn't treat the others like outsiders, eating whatever was given to her. Throughout the meal, Lin Luo and the other two were only focused on watching her eat heartily.

After finishing their meal, Lin Luo pulled Hong Chen outside, intending to have a private talk with her.

She was laughing heartily to the side, almost rolling around on the ground.

Lin Luo turned her head and glanced at her, her eyes darting around. Then, she pretended to faint and lunged forward. Hong Chen was startled and quickly lay down, using her body to cushion Lin Luo's fall.

Contrary to expectations, Lin Luo's cheek didn't fall to the ground; instead, he felt something soft beneath him.

He opened his eyes, Hong Chen, who was turning her beautiful profile to look at him, asked worriedly, "Are you alright? I thought you were knocked out by pollen."

Lin Luo shook his head. "I'm fine."

Hong Chen breathed a sigh of relief. She gently swayed her delicate body and even crossed her fair legs beneath her skirt, asking curiously, "If you're alright, why don't you get up?"

Lin Luo admitted that his current posture was somewhat lewd, and if Qian Renxue saw it, he probably wouldn't survive the night.

But he still had something to say.

"Hong Chen, let me tell you a story."

"OK!"

She readily agreed, supporting her upper body slightly with her hands, her waist seemingly incredibly supple.

Lin Luo noticed this slight change, but continued without changing his expression, "The little boy is very ambitious. For a while, he was learning to walk, but every time he stood up, he fell down. Every time he stood up, he fell down."

"That little fox that always follows its master around is getting anxious. Every time its little master falls, it pounces on him, acting as a soft cushion for him. Hong Chen, this little fox is really good at understanding human nature and very obedient, isn't it?"

Hong Chen paused for a moment, then slowly nodded. "I think so..."

Lin Luo turned slightly to the side, propped himself up on his elbow, and observed the girl's face.

The girl silently turned her face to the other side, not daring to look at the boy.

"You're lying to me... you didn't faint at all," Hong Chen replied, puffing out his cheeks.

Lin Luo almost laughed at this response.

He continued, "There's one more thing. Every time the little fox finishes acting as a paw pad, it immediately turns its head and licks its little master's cheek, as if it wants to get praise from its master. It's really funny."

Hong Chen frowned. "I will not lick your cheek!"

Lin Luo scrutinized the girl's angry face and asked, "What if I order you to do that?"

Hong Chen was stunned.

She quickly made a strange move, turning her head to look around, as if searching for anyone watching her.

Then, she covered her mouth and whispered cautiously to Lin Luo, "Then I can only lick it quickly, without anyone noticing."

Lin Luo stared at her blankly.

Hong Chen stared at him blankly for a long while before finally speaking, "Why haven't you given the order yet?"

Lin Luo's eyes suddenly welled up with tears. "I told you, that little fox is very obedient..."

Hong Chen blinked at him, not understanding what he meant.

Lin Luo then added, "You're very obedient too."

Hong Chen, as if praised, chuckled and replied, "Yes, I'm very obedient."

Lin Luo slowly stood up.

Hong Chen looked at him strangely, and slowly stood up as well, but the next moment Lin Luo opened his arms and hugged her.

"Hmm--"

The girl stood on tiptoe, tilting her head back, somewhat bewildered. "What's wrong?"

Lin Luo said sternly, "Stupid fox! If a man hugs you, you should push him away immediately."

Hong Chen replied naively, "But it's you holding me, I can't push you away."

Lin Luo sighed, then suddenly heard Hong Chen retort emotionally, "I'm not a fox! I'm Soul Master! My Martial Soul is a fox!"

Lin Luo: "Okay, Soul Master, will you be my girlfriend?"

Hong Chen: "Is this an order?"

Lin Luo: "That's the problem."

Hong Chen smiled and said, "Then I'm willing!"
