As evening fell, dusk slowly descended near Homonculus Academy. Students in Homonculus Academy uniforms left the campus in small groups.

Rin Tohsaka waved goodbye to Ayako Mitsuzuri, then glanced back at the school behind her.

As Rin Tohsaka looked at Homonculus Academy, a trace of doubt flashed through her eyes.

"Rin, did you feel it too? That faint magical fluctuation here today." At that moment, Emiya's voice sounded beside Rin Tohsaka.

Yu Feng pushed open the door and entered. The air that hit him carried a strong smell of blood. Mordred followed behind him with a carefree look, completely lacking any apparent vigilance, though she had secretly prepared to arm herself fully at any moment.

"Honestly, I have no idea why you came to a place like this." Mordred spoke with displeasure while continuously surveying their surroundings.

"What's so surprising? She's only barely held on this long with magical energy. If emergency measures aren't taken, she probably won't survive another hour." Yu Feng walked over to the person and examined her carefully. That was right—she was the person he had been looking for.

Bazett Fraga McRemitz, commonly known as Sister Baz, had been recommended by Kirei Kotomine to participate in this Holy Grail War, only to be backstabbed by Kirei Kotomine afterward.

It looked like Kirei Kotomine had acted either today or yesterday. Otherwise, even if Bazett had relied on some kind of magecraft, she could not possibly have held out this long in her condition.

The moment he stepped out, he saw Emiya leaning against the wall nearby, while Mordred glared at him resentfully, apparently quite unhappy that he had made her carry Bazett back.
