Unable to sleep
Dear Reviewer: All the main characters are adults. Amitabha.
The whispered murmurs of Koki and Izuna still lingered in the air, but to Madara, those delicate sounds seemed to come from a distant, unreachable shore; his entire being was captivated by the intimate figures on the bed.
Ban's eyes widened, his thoughts shrouded in a thick fog. Before he could fully awaken, the words "I want to sleep here too" involuntarily escaped his lips, shattering the previous tranquility like a bolt from the blue.
With a deafening roar, the thunderclap stirred up towering waves in the Koki Lake. Izuna was also taken aback, and the two of them simultaneously turned their astonished gazes toward Madara.
Ban's face felt as if it were being scorched by fire. His heart was in turmoil. He tried his best to calm himself down and walked somewhat awkwardly Earth Flow the other side of the bed.
He hurriedly removed his shoes, then lay down, his body tense, his back to the two men, concealing his inner turmoil in the darkness.
Fortunately, Koki's bed was spacious enough to accommodate these three hearts filled with different emotions.
Night gently fell, enveloping the entire room in silence.
Madara remained with his back to Koki and Izuna, his eyes closed, breathing deeply as if he were truly immersed in a dream.
In the dim light, Izuna gazed silently into Koki's eyes, his gaze filled with deep love and endless longing.
Then, he gently placed a tender kiss on Koki's cheek.
This action was as natural to them as breathing. Since childhood, Izuna had often used this method to express his affection and intimacy to Koki.
Koki was already used to this, and he thought this time would be the same; after Izuna's kiss, he would fall asleep peacefully like a docile child.
However, this time, everything was different.
After kissing Koki's cheek, Izuna didn't immediately pull away. His lips lingered on her delicate skin for a moment, as if savoring the wonderful touch.
Then, as if gathering all his courage, he gently turned his head, his lips, still tender and immature like morning dew, lightly touching the delicate corner of Koki's lips.
The kiss was cautious, with a touch of clumsy innocence. He was afraid that Koki's rejection would instantly dissipate this warmth, so he dared not indulge in the slightest bit, but only touched her gently, very lightly, with an almost devout tenderness.
For a moment, Koki was stunned. Her thoughts were as if struck by a sudden electric current, leaving her in a state of chaos, completely bewildered by this gentle invasion.
Then, a strange sensation, like an electric current, spread throughout his body, and a look of astonishment was clearly reflected in his pupils.
A kiss on the cheek has always been a symbol of their deep affection, a pure expression of emotion.
However, this area at the corner of the lips carries a completely different, deeper meaning; it is so sensitive and precious that it should not be touched lightly...
Koki's heart pounded like a rapid drumbeat; he seemed to stand at a crossroads of fate, surrounded by a thick fog that left him disoriented.
Izuna closed his eyes tightly, as if savoring the sweetest and purest taste of life, each moment stretching into eternity. After a long while, he slowly withdrew with a satisfied smile.
Then, he naturally pulled Koki into his arms, his voice filled with deep affection as he whispered in Koki ear, "I love you the most."
In the past, Izuna often said similar things, but he would just smile indifferently and never take them to heart.
This time, however, Koki frowned, her mind a jumble of thoughts, and then, as if avoiding something indescribable, she shook her head abruptly.
He secretly warned himself: Izuna has always been such a simple child. His feelings for him are just the most basic affection, without any other complicated intentions. That must be it.
"Okay, go to sleep." Koki tried her best to keep her voice calm.
"Hmm." Izuna nodded, but unlike usual, she didn't immediately fall asleep.
His gaze passed through Cheng hope, fixed on Ban's retreating figure. After a long silence, he finally couldn't suppress the inexplicable pang of sadness in his heart and softly asked, "What were you and my brother talking about tonight?"
Upon hearing this, Koki stiffened slightly, hesitated for a moment, and then asked, "Why are you asking this?"
Actually, he wasn't worried about Izuna finding out what they were talking about; these were things he was going to share with Izuna anyway, but the timing was just too bad.
Ban was right there, and he was obviously pretending to be asleep. He didn't want to start an argument in the middle of the night over this issue; just thinking about it gave him a headache.
Izuna's voice was even lower, tinged with grievance and displeasure, "You spent more time with Madara-nii today than with me."
As he spoke, a faint tooth mark appeared at the corner of his lips. "I'm not happy."
Like a cherished treasure suddenly feeling its affection being taken away, one's heart is filled with displeasure and loss.
Koki sighed helplessly and gently stroked Izuna's hair. "Alright, don't wake him up. Go to sleep."
Upon hearing this, Izuna could only reluctantly remain silent, and the room fell silent once more.
After this long silence, Ban, who had his back to them, suddenly opened his eyes.
His eyes were deep and unfathomable, his mind in turmoil, making it difficult for him to sleep.
