The grand finale [Part 2]
After wandering for a long time in the vortex of emotional fog, Koki finally found a ray of dawn in the chaos and darkness after connecting with Madara, Izuna, Tobirama, and others.
After much agonizing and struggle, Koki finally gritted her teeth and resolutely summoned the system.
The silvery sunlight bathed the ground, creating a tranquil scene like still water. This open space on the edge of the village, however, was neglected, appearing lonely and dark.
Surrounded by lush forests and rarely visited by people, this tranquility carries a touch of unsettling loneliness.
Under the cover of night, Koki's figure instantly arrived in the center of the open space. As soon as he stopped, his legs seemed to lose their support, and his whole body slumped forward helplessly.
He struggled to steady himself by supporting himself with one hand, but his weakness far exceeded his expectations. His face was so pale it was almost transparent, and fine beads of cold sweat instantly gathered on his forehead. The sweat slid down his cheeks, lightly hitting the ground and stirring up dust.
He clenched his teeth, and as he struggled to hold on and his consciousness began to fade, a powerful electric current seemed to surge through his body, causing his body to tremble violently involuntarily.
Immediately afterwards, Koki's eyes suddenly opened, and her pupils, which had been dim, contracted sharply, reflecting an extremely terrifying or even mind-blowing phenomenon.
Instantly, a power awakened within him, surging and erupting like a tsunami.
As the force reached its destination, the surrounding air seemed to be swept up in a raging torrent, twisting, pulling, and trembling, emitting a piercing shriek, like the air's own lament and struggle.
At the same time, the earth began to shake violently, the soil loosened and cracked, emitting a dull and heart-pounding tremor.
Amidst the swirling dust, it seemed that some enormous and terrifying being was slowly awakening underground, about to break free from its constraints and descend upon this world.
Koki felt as if thousands of hot needles were piercing his body, causing him excruciating pain. Yet, his gaze remained resolute, showing no fear or hesitation.
After the surge of power was released, the air fell into an eerie and sudden silence amidst a deafening roar.
After a brief silence, a dazzling, boundless pillar of light, accompanied by a thunderous roar, shot straight into the sky from the array in the center of the open space.
The energy contained in the beam of light was boundless. Wherever the light reached, space seemed to be torn apart like fragile glass, leaving behind breathtaking cracks.
The purple light surged forward relentlessly, soaring straight into the heavens, as if it wanted to break through the sky and explore the endless mysteries of the universe.
However, in the still of the night, with no one around this forgotten clearing, no one witnessed this extraordinary spectacle.
After expanding to its maximum, the beam of light suddenly stopped, then contracted at an astonishing speed, like a giant funnel, absorbing and reclaiming all the light.
Finally, the magnificent purple beam of light transformed into a thin thread and silently disappeared into the formation.
When everything returned to calm, and the night sky regained its original tranquility and peace, the clearing land that had once been ravaged by the storm of power was no longer a trace of Koki.
Only emptiness and desolation remained, as if no one had ever lived here, leaving no trace and no sign of life.
A strange unease quietly spread through the air. At first, it was just a barely perceptible ripple of energy, lingering and entwining in the void.
However, this slight fluctuation instantly triggered a chain reaction, causing the earth's surface to tremble violently and a muffled roar to erupt from the depths of the earth's crust.
Within this chaotic vortex, a massive purple pillar of light pierced the sky, soaring upwards with a power that shook the heavens and earth.
The power contained within the beam of light seemed to solidify, pressing down on the surrounding air to the point of near stagnation, and time and space seemed to distort at that moment.
Then, under the rampage of violent energy, space became as fragile as glass, mercilessly torn apart. Lightning flashed in the cracks, emitting a hissing sound like thunder splitting the sky. Each sound was like the cruel laugh of death, chilling people to the bone.
Beside that awe-inspiring purple pillar of light, a figure slowly emerged in the dazzling light, both mysterious and eerie, like a dream.
After releasing earth-shattering energy, the power within the purple beam of light seemed to be gathered by mysterious magic, instantly condensing into an unfathomable focal point.
The pillar of light, which was originally as thick as a pillar and soared into the sky, suddenly lost its source of power, contracted rapidly, and disappeared without a trace.
In the end, that power that destroyed heaven and earth completely dissipated in this world.
The figure beside the pillar of light now resembled a withered leaf, helplessly drifting down from the sky.
At the same time, a figure slowly emerged from a dark corner of the ruins.
He wore a loose robe that completely covered him, his face hidden under a low-hanging hood, leaving only a deep shadow that made it impossible to see his true appearance, adding to his mystery and eeriness.
In this mysterious scene, a white snake, seemingly an extension of his body, slowly crawled out from under his robe.
The white snake's gaze was icy cold, fixed on the person lying on the ground not far away. Its blood-red tongue flickered in and out of its mouth, as if searching for some secret, or perhaps issuing a silent warning.
"Another intruder?" The voice beneath the hood was deep and cold, revealing a dangerous aura like a snake's eyes.
The unique purple lines at the corners of his eyes, like a brand from hell, added to the chilling aura.
He slowly raised his head, and in the instant the light pierced the darkness, his face was revealed without reservation.
Kabuto Yakushi wore a sinister smile, his glasses reflecting a cold, eerie light. His skin was deathly pale, like a demon crawling out of the depths of hell.
Upon closer inspection, one can see that his face is covered with fine lines resembling snake scales, as if a repulsive snakeskin has been pasted onto his skin.
"What a hassle, another round of cleaning." He muttered to himself.
He slowly removed his hood, revealing a face as ferocious and terrifying as a snake. His smile now appeared even more eerie, sending chills down one's spine.
Having said that, Kabuto Yakushi a step forward and then slowly raised his hand.
The moment his hand touched Koki, Kabuto Yakushi's eyes widened, and his heart pounded as if it would burst out of his chest.
His body trembled uncontrollably. When he finally saw the person's face clearly, he excitedly grabbed Koki tightly, his voice trembling, "You're back, you're finally back..."
The sound echoed through the silent ruins, lingering for a long time.
