Baishi awakened Nen, developed his Talisman Wheel, and used the Hunter Exam to study its abilities and gather talents. He warned Killua about Illumi’s control and began forming Talismans from Kurapika’s talents.

• Baishi recognized familiar Hunter Exam candidates, activated the Talisman Wheel by colliding with Illumi, and copied Needle-Person Control before enduring a forced Nen awakening.
• Baishi learned Ten, conjured the Talisman Wheel, tested Needle-Person Control, and gained proficiency by using Nen in sword practice.
• Baishi joined Gon, Kurapika, Leorio, and Killua, answered their questions about Hisoka and Nen, and completed tasks that earned him Advent Emulation rewards.
• Baishi used Gon’s hair to form Dynamic Simulation, mastered its basic use by studying Great Stamps, and evolved the Talisman Wheel into a black iron wheel with unsealed slots.

Baishi grew his Nen abilities during the Hunter Exam, learned from Netero, and acquired a golden 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva Talisman. At Trick Tower, he sensed something lost beneath the structure and jumped through a hidden door to find it.

• Baishi completed Menchi’s grape spider egg challenge, passed alongside forty-three other examinees, and boarded the airship for the next test.
• Baishi acquired Killua’s Reflex Nerves talent and joined Gon and Killua in Netero’s ball-stealing game, where he copied techniques and analyzed the chairman.
• Baishi used a strand of Netero’s hair to create a golden 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva Talisman, expanding his Aura capacity to 700.
• Baishi tested the Guanyin’s attacks and learned they consumed Nen Aura rapidly before reaching the third exam site at Trick Tower.
• Baishi sensed a powerful signal beneath the tower, discovered a hidden door in the rocky floor, and jumped through it despite Gon calling for him to wait.
