Nangong Li then began making arrangements.

The Nascent Soul Cultivators present naturally had no objections to his arrangements.

They had come to the Outer Sea to plunder, and they followed Nangong Li for the name he lent them.

A short while later, the fleet of dharma boats anchored at the exit of the Storm Sea Region began to disperse.

After the group scattered, less than a day passed before many factions in the Boundary Sea Region were the first to suffer.

The Yin Ghost Sect was responsible for the Boundary Sea Region. Though it had only a little over a hundred people, twenty-three of them were Golden Core cultivators, and another three were Nascent Soul Cultivators.
