After the war, Richard refined the Radiation Rule and joined a Military Department selection in Star River World, where he fought alongside other wizards against the Star River Mayflies. Richard’s nightmare attack helped break the swarm, and he and Delis left with suspicions that the Mayflies were tied to another civilization.

• Jimmy and Richard combined their forces against the World Tree Sapling swarm, and Jimmy used the Dean’s Three-Strike Power to erase more than half the treants.
• Great Wizard Kanon defeated the World Tree’s defenses and pulled up its surviving sapling, then arranged repairs and rewards as Richard negotiated for materials and a Hand of Equilibrium Staff.
• Richard spent years gathering materials and performed a ritual with seven Third-Ring Wizards to send a dimensional space bubble into the Interdimensional Gap.
• Richard spent ten years extracting and absorbing the Fuel Ring’s complete Radiation Rule, then developed Rule Magic Equipment and stronger Radiation spells.
• Richard attended the Military Department’s selection in Star River World, where he defeated Golin and helped Steo drive Sun Giant Belt out of the competition.
• Richard and Steo joined Delis, Anthony, Aure, and Susanna to investigate a Star River Mayfly nest, while Richard captured a patrol and identified signs of a connected civilization.
• The Mayfly General led the swarm into battle, and Richard used the Nightmare Mask to spread nightmare erosion through its Mind Network as Delis and the others defended him.
• The Mayflies detonated in a compressed formation, but Richard escaped through a Secret Realm Rift, earned second place behind Delis, and discussed the possible Civilization War with him.

Richard developed the Small Floating City, new armor, and upgraded Fire Lizards as the Wizard World prepared for war with the Star River Mayfly Civilization. He joined the fighting, where his squad routed mayfly swarms, but Ulysses discovered signs that mayflies had parasitized the White Wizards at Fortress No. 192.

• Richard qualified for the Sky Garden and learned that war with the Star River Mayfly Civilization was approaching, then proposed expanding the Wizard World’s population and restoring its ecology.
• Richard designed a Nightmare Power Core with Great Wizard Kanon, and he and Toshio launched their Small Floating City before the Tesla Merchant Guild took over the project.
• Richard developed the Thunder Giant Battle Body, completed the Radiant Giant form, and helped create new equipment and modifications for his Fire Lizard Regiment.
• After the war began, Richard joined the military and reassured his fellow wizards about their disadvantage before leading a Black Wizard squad equipped with Dragon Beasts.
• Richard transformed into a giant to save Fortress No. 9 from a Sun Mayfly swarm, then used his summons and Alchemy Puppets to annihilate another swarm near Fortress No. 192.
• Richard helped Commander Rico attack five hundred thousand mayflies, and Ulysses warned him that the White Wizards had been parasitized after finding an insect egg on Richard’s collar.

Richard fought the Star River Mayflies as they invaded the Third War Zone, helped the White Wizards survive by developing a way to communicate through the Mayflies’ interference, and witnessed Great Wizard Twilight’s sacrifice. With the Command Department destroyed, Richard took command of the nearby forces and prepared to lead them through the Kolodo Mountain Range toward the First War Zone.

• Richard exposed and crushed the mayfly infestation at Fortress No. 192, then was reassigned to defend Fortress No. 394, where he worked with Mira and the Fire Lizard Warriors to repel repeated attacks.
• Richard evacuated Fortress No. 394 as the mayflies launched a massive offensive, joined Delis’s retreating force, and led the White Wizard Legion through Shadow Mayflies while three Mayfly Kings emerged from a spatial rift.
• Richard and Ulysses helped the legion resist the Mayflies’ mental interference and reach Fortress No. 194, where Richard and the Alchemist Wizards built a communication device that bypassed the Mayflies’ blocking field.
• Great Wizard Twilight and the other Great Wizards fought the Mayfly Kings, and Twilight opened the Gate of the Underworld before using Equivalent Exchange to trade his life for a Mayfly King’s death.
• Richard ordered the Third War Zone’s wizards to break out as the Mayflies’ Mind Network faltered, and Ulysses retrieved the dead King’s Mayfly Heart after removing its resurrection method.
• After the Expedition Nest destroyed the Teleportation Gate and Richard learned that the Acting Commander-in-Chief was dead, he claimed command, gathered forces near the First War Zone, and directed them toward Fortress Number Twelve.
• Richard joined Frank’s forces at Fortress Number Twelve, then proposed using his Mist Barrier spell to hide the wizards as they split up through the Kolodo Mountain Range and regrouped near the First War Zone.

Richard broke through the limits of a Third-level creature, then joined a Wizard expedition into the Barbaric World and took control of the Mountain-Moving Sect. After uncovering a sealed Astral Dominator, he warned the Floating City and returned to find the sect struggling to govern the city.

• Richard led the wizard legion through the Kolodo Mountain Range and returned to the First War Zone after driving back the Star River Mayflies.
• Richard was assigned to lead the Great Wizarding Initiative, studied Mayfly Essence, and eventually cultivated a cell that surpassed the Third-level limit.
• Ulysses helped Reinhardt absorb the Mother Worm God’s soul fragments, then gave Richard the Mother Worm’s Rules for Rule Smelting.
• Richard joined the expedition to the Barbaric World, disguised himself as Gu Lie, and began working with the Mountain-Moving Sect.
• At the Upholding Mountain Martial Gathering, Richard defeated the rival sect masters and led the Mountain-Moving Sect’s attack on the Grand Peak Sect.
• Richard dismantled Yue Feng’s formation and defeated Mr. Wu, learning that the Devil Master was sealed beneath nodes controlled by major sects.
• Ulysses identified Mr. Wu’s mask as containing a God King’s thought, and Richard warned the Floating City about the sealed Astral Dominator.
