Mending the Heavens

In the void, all light had been utterly extinguished. The immortal realms and divine realms of the Dao-attainers had been completely swept away.

In the vast universe, only an Origin Star that had been gnawed away by more than half remained, along with scattered star systems strewn across the fringes of the cosmos.

Now, more than half of the nine layers of crust had been swallowed by darkness, exposing the Origin Land, awash in endless spiritual radiance, before the pitch-black Great Mother Goddess.

"Now!"

A sudden shout rang through the void.

Boundless light dispelled the darkness, and a towering deity stood in the void.

"Roar—"

The goddess let out a shrill scream, instinctively sensing the appearance of her natural enemy.

Her three thousand arms wildly brandished forbidden objects and the divine weapons of the Nine-Netherworld Demon Gods.

That deity, too, possessed three thousand arms, likewise holding forbidden objects, as well as the divine weapons and supreme treasures of the various Dao-attainers.

Behind every arm, an Eternal Life Gate, everlasting and indestructible, gleamed.

The three thousand Eternal Life Gates merged into an even vaster divine portal.

Within that divine portal lay a complete universe!

With but one shine of divine light and one sweep of auspicious radiance, one could live forever without dying and attain the Dao to become immortal.

Creation, fate, stars, wisdom...

All manner of Great Daos fused together.

This was the Creation God-King.

Or perhaps he could be called the Origin God-King, the Primordial God-King, or the Universe God-King.

His authority was likewise the "universe."
