The power scaling in this novel is illogical. The author gives the MC a system cheat of 100 million Dou Qi levels, yet he’s portrayed as a weak. Even in the early chapters, his power is comparable to a standard Dou Master, and by chapter 63, he’s still struggling against Dou Emperors. The system claims he’d be a Dou Di instantly with Origin Qi, but with 100 million levels, he should be effortlessly shattering space-time regardless of his rank. His strength isn’t based on logic or the system’s numbers—it’s arbitrary and shifts based on the author’s mood. It’s hard to take the story seriously when the MC is supposedly a god on paper but a weakling in practice just to prolong the plot.
I skip to chapter 201, where he fights Gu Yuan with the same 100 million Dou Qi, rendering the initial chapters meaningless as he struggles with the same power fighting dou king or dou emperor but now using same power he is fighting Gu Yuan
