The next morning, the Hogwarts Great Hall was as noisy as ever. At the Gryffindor table, Harry Potter looked in surprise at a long package in front of him, with Ron and Hermione curiously gathered around.

Silas, holding his plate, casually drifted back to the Gryffindor table (under the guise of "the bacon is tastier over here"). He glanced at the package and whistled, "Wow~ A Nimbus 2000. Nice."

Harry looked up, his face full of disbelief. "Is this a flying broomstick?" He picked up the card attached to the package and read, "'Professor McGonagall... bought it for me???'" He was completely bewildered, not understanding why Professor McGonagall would give him such a precious gift, and even breaking school rules.

Silas took a bite of bread and mumbled, "Professor McGonagall is indeed very kind, though a bit strict. She also promised to teach me Animagus when I'm older and more mature." His tone carried a hint of pride.

Harry asked curiously, "Animagus? What's that?"

"A very advanced form of Transfiguration Magic," Silas explained. "It's being able to turn yourself into an animal and back again. It's very difficult to learn, and you need to register with the Ministry of Magic..."

Their conversation was interrupted by a detestable voice. Draco Malfoy had appeared out of nowhere, a mocking smirk on his face, and in his elongated drawl, he said, "Oh, look what we have here? A brand new broomstick? Potter, didn't you know first-years aren't allowed to have their own broomsticks? You're just asking for detention, maybe even expulsion!" He looked at Harry with schadenfreude.

Silas didn't even look up, poking the beans on his plate with his fork, and coldly threw out two words: "Get lost, Malfoy."

Malfoy was enraged by Silas's attitude. He turned his attention to Silas, his face contorted with malice, and with his most insulting vocabulary, he clearly cursed, "Shut up, you damned Mudblood!"

The word exploded like thunder in the noisy hall! The surroundings instantly fell silent, and many people gasped. Hermione's face turned instantly pale, Ron angrily stood up, and Harry clenched his fists.

Silas's hand, holding the fork, froze.

He slowly, extremely slowly, raised his head. The usual laziness and mockery on his face vanished without a trace, replaced by an extreme coldness and calmness. But in the depths of his eyes, golden flames seemed to burn.

He put down his fork and even elegantly wiped his mouth with a napkin.

Then, he stood up and faced Malfoy.

"Wow..." Silas let out a soft exclamation, not loud, but it seemed to freeze the air around them.

Without any spells, without any wand movements, in an instant, a sword made of pure, blazing golden light, ancient and majestic in appearance, appeared out of thin air in his hand! The sword pulsed with powerful magic, emitting heart-stopping energy fluctuations.

The Vishanti Holy Sword!

The next second, a flash of golden light! The tip of the sword precisely and coldly rested on Draco Malfoy's throat! The scorching energy even made Malfoy's neck skin tingle!

Silas's voice was not loud, but like the Siberian wind, it carried a chilling calm and murderous intent, as he spoke word by word:

"You little [bleep], say that again?"

The entire Great Hall was silent. Even the professors at the staff table stood up in shock. Malfoy's face instantly lost all color. He froze in place, not daring to move, cold sweat beading on his forehead. He could feel that if Silas's wrist moved slightly, the terrifying light sword could easily slice open his throat.

The Vishanti Sword, made of pure light energy, in Silas's hand, exuded a scorching and dangerous aura, pressed tightly against Draco Malfoy's throat. Malfoy was terrified, his body stiff, his breathing almost stopped. He could clearly feel death was imminent.

At this critical moment, a red light shot from the direction of the staff table!

"Expelliarmus!"

The red light accurately struck the light sword in Silas's hand. Although the Vishanti Sword was made of magic, the powerful force of the Disarming Charm still interfered with its stability. The light sword hummed, flew out of Silas's hand, flickered a few times in the air, and dissipated into specks of golden light.

The deadly threat to his throat disappeared. Draco Malfoy's tense nerves instantly relaxed. Overwhelmed by fear and relief, his legs gave out, and with a "thump," he collapsed onto the ground. Even worse, people clearly saw a dark, irregular wet stain quickly spread across the crotch of his light-colored trousers.

He... he had wet himself.

A faint smell of urine wafted into the air.

The surrounding students let out suppressed gasps and whispers, looking at Malfoy with contempt and ridicule, and at Silas with fear.

In the dead silence, black robes billowed as Severus Snape glided silently and swiftly to the scene like a black ghost. His sallow face was expressionless, but his dark eyes were like the deepest cold abyss. He first glanced at Malfoy, who was sprawled on the ground in a pathetic state, and then his icy gaze locked onto Silas Kirill.

"Kirill," Snape's voice was deep, smooth, yet carried immense pressure.

Silas moved his wrist, which had gone numb from the spell. There was no fear on his face; instead, he raised his head and calmly, even provocatively, met Snape's gaze:

"Problem?" he asked as if inquiring about the weather.

Everyone expected Snape to punish Silas without hesitation, in the most severe way – using dangerous magic in the Great Hall (that light sword looked lethal), threatening a classmate, that was enough for expulsion!

However, Snape didn't erupt immediately. He remained silent, his all-knowing dark eyes lingering on Silas's face for a full ten seconds. No one knew that when he heard the word "Mudblood" come out of Malfoy's mouth, Snape's heart felt as if it were clutched by an icy hand! That word, like a rusty blunt knife, reopened the most painful, most unhealable scar in his heart. The angry and hurt face of the red-haired, green-eyed girl seemed to reappear before his eyes.

He could never forgive himself for the mistakes he had made.

Finally, Snape turned his gaze to Draco Malfoy, who was still slumped on the ground, trembling, his pants soaked. His voice remained cold, but what he said made everyone's jaw drop:

"Malfoy, for publicly using extremely insulting language to abuse another student, you have seriously violated school rules. You will have detention, starting tonight, for one week. Now, get back to your hole immediately and clean yourself up."

Malfoy suddenly looked up, his face full of disbelief and humiliation. "Pro... Professor?! He! He was going to kill me with that thing!" he shrieked, pointing at Silas.

Snape shot him an icy glare, silencing Malfoy instantly. "Do I need to repeat myself, Mr. Malfoy?"

Malfoy's face turned ashen. With the help of Crabbe and Goyle, he fled the Great Hall in utter disarray, stumbling. As he passed, students parted, their faces showing undisguised disgust.

After dealing with Malfoy, Snape's gaze returned to Silas. Everyone held their breath, wondering how he would deal with Silas.

Snape stared at Silas and slowly, almost through gritted teeth, said, "As for you, Mr. Kirill... for publicly using unauthorized, highly aggressive magic in the Great Hall... Ravenclaw, fifty points deducted."

This punishment, compared to Silas's actions, was incredibly light! Not even detention!

After speaking, Snape no longer looked at Silas, flicked his black robes sharply, turned, and strode out of the Great Hall, leaving behind a hall full of shocked students and whispers.

Silas watched Snape's retreating back, raised an eyebrow, seeming somewhat surprised by the outcome. He shrugged, sat back down, picked up his fork, and continued eating his unfinished breakfast as if nothing had happened.

Hermione, Harry, and Ron stared at him, then at the direction Snape had disappeared, completely unable to comprehend what had just happened. Only a very few insiders might have vaguely guessed what unspeakable past and pain lay hidden behind Snape's unusual "justice." And the word "Mudblood" had undoubtedly touched a nerve that he absolutely would not allow anyone to touch.
