Even though Jiraiya had never witnessed the power of Nuclear Peace, he knew perfectly well that Uchiha Chisen absolutely could not be allowed to descend from the sky into Konoha like that. He would destroy the village!

Although Shine Release was not a complete Six Paths-level power, Uchiha Chisen had already experienced the God's Robe state formed when Six Paths-level chakra covered his body. Reproducing that state with Shine Release did not seem particularly difficult.

As the power of Shine Release spread over Uchiha Chisen's skin, a layer of golden-red chakra transformed into a special energy that enveloped his body. This chakra mode, however, was more like Naruto's Sage Mode.
Once he entered Shine Release Chakra Mode, Uchiha Chisen instinctively flew toward the sky. He wanted to get closer to the sun, closer still, and learn a more complete form of Shine Release from it!
Yes, Uchiha Chisen could sense that his Shine Release was not truly complete. Guided by the instincts of his kekkei mōra power, he felt that he should add the power of Wind Style to his Shine Release.
Or perhaps he needed the power of another kekkei tōta to elevate Shine Release into a higher-level bloodline ability?
