Tsunade looked up at him.
" You even thought of that?"
Kakashi smiled with his eyes. "Because I thought this idea sounded a little dangerous too, but it does seem useful."
Utatane Koharu immediately snapped, "You two are getting bolder by the minute. What do you mean, 'a little dangerous'? If you actually make something like this and lose control even once, who knows whether you'll blow up the enemy or yourselves!"
Chisen looked at her.
"That's why we test it outside the village, not inside."
"Even so-"
"And we won't mass-produce it," Chisen interrupted her. "At least not in the early stages. We'll make a small number of miniature versions. Enough to verify the idea."
Mitokado Homura asked gravely, "Where do you intend to use it?"

Tsunade studied those locations, her brow furrowing more deeply with each one.
"You're planning more than disrupting supplies."
"That was never the only goal." Chisen looked up. "Blowing up their granary only buys us time. The Allied Forces won't fall apart because they lose one warehouse. They'll just stop for a while, then regroup."
For a moment, no one in the office spoke.
His words were too blunt-and too accurate.
Shizune pressed her lips together. "Then what you did last night-"
"Was to buy time," Chisen said. "Delay them for a month, or even half a month, and Konoha can accomplish plenty."
Tsunade stared at him. "You've already figured they'll come again?"
"They will." Chisen did not hesitate. "And they won't wait long. The Three Daimyo have already made a public show of this. They can't just back down. What happened last night will only make them lose more face-and make them more determined to reclaim
