Arc 1Absolute Justice

Uchiha Chisen imposed his brutal idea of justice on Konoha, clashing with the Hokage, Danzo, and the Uchiha elders while training Izumi. The arc left Chisen and Izumi outside Konoha, heading toward a secret experimental base for an unauthorized execution mission.

  • Uchiha Chisen forced Uchiha Izumi to confront the cruelty of Akiyama Jiro’s murder of his daughter and taught her to follow his orders in pursuing justice.
  • Chisen investigated his mother’s murder, killed Gekko Seisui and two Gekko Clan shinobi, and defended his actions to Sarutobi Hiruzen.

Arc 2Absolute Justice

Arc 3The Judgment of Danzō

Uchiha Chisen exposed the coming Uchiha massacre and hunted Shimura Danzō after uncovering his crimes. The arc left Danzō trapped in Chisen’s soul-burning flames as Hiruzen and the gathered clans faced the consequences of Chisen’s idea of justice.

  • Uchiha Chisen revealed to Uchiha Itachi and Uchiha Izumi that Itachi would massacre the Uchiha Clan, prompting Itachi to accept that he would choose Konoha over his clan and Izumi to end their friendship.
  • Rumors about Itachi’s future spread through Konoha, while Uchiha Sasuke learned from Izumi that Chisen’s prediction was believed by both Itachi and Uchiha Fugaku.
  • Chisen exposed Root operative Aburame Keiya and killed him, then confronted Danzō over the Root operatives spreading rumors against Itachi.
  • Chisen fought Danzō and Root at the Yamanaka Clan compound, killing the Dream Tapir and repeatedly striking Danzō until Danzō’s implanted Sharingan and use of Izanagi were revealed.

Chisen’s pursuit of absolute justice brought him into conflict with Konoha’s leaders as he punished the Daimyo’s son and a family’s murderer, while Naruto chose to learn justice from him. After Izumi helped Chisen kill Danzo, she gained a new ability and faced Itachi’s question about whether she would stand against Konoha.

  • After Danzo’s Izanagi ran out, the Shinigami seized his soul, and Anbu took custody of him while Hiruzen thanked Fugaku for his support.
  • Chisen confronted Obito at Rin’s grave, exposed his identity and connection to the Nine-Tails attack, and left Kakashi shaken by the revelation.
