Ch. 1The "Plague God" of the Konoha Military Police Force

Ch. 3The shinobi world was riddled with wounds from evil

Uchiha Chisen forced Izumi to drag a murderer through the streets, insisting that justice required uncompromising punishment. After the man died from blood loss, Chisen declared that even the Hokage could be an enemy of justice, while his golden finger rewarded him for killing a red-name evildoer.

  • Izumi questioned the short man about where he lived, and Uchiha Chisen told her to drag him there instead of taking him to Konoha Hospital.
  • Izumi dragged the wounded man behind Chisen through the streets until the man died from blood loss.
  • Chisen regretted that the man had died too easily and said he had planned to execute him before his daughter's body and let Izumi try it herself.

  • Chisen's golden finger notified him that killing the red-name evildoer had increased his chakra and awarded him two Gambling Skill Experience Books.

Ch. 4The One Who Hurt Her Was the Father She Loved

Sarutobi Hiruzen dismissed a complaint about Uchiha Chisen’s violent enforcement, trusting that Chisen had his reasons. The next morning, Izumi overslept, but Chisen gave her a chance to pass her assessment and took her to work with a reminder that her lateness had delayed justice.

  • Fugaku told Izumi she was Itachi’s only remaining friend and offered to assign her a different examiner, but Izumi chose to keep training under Chisen.
  • Izumi awoke at nine after a night of nightmares and rushed outside in her pajamas, where she found Chisen waiting with her mother, Hazuki.
  • Chisen ordered Izumi to change and report within thirty seconds, warning that she would fail her assessment if she was late again.
  • Izumi leaped out of a second-floor window in her hastily donned uniform and landed in front of Chisen before the deadline.
  • Chisen gave Izumi the ramen he had brought and told her to apologize for delaying justice rather than for disappointing him.

Ch. 8Rusty justice is a betrayal of justice (please keep reading)

Sarutobi Hiruzen arrived with three Anbu squads and confronted Danzo, who accused Chisen of trying to control the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki and destroy Konoha.
