Du Bai brought Mr. Big Yellow Dog and his pack to Clear Wind Manor, then used a Beast Language Book to learn the dogs’ speech with Bibi Dong. After questioning Romor and Thousand-Faced Marquis, he learned the locations of several places and the secret entrance to the City of Slaughter.

• Xue Qinghe forced Marquis Mao to apologize and hand Chengren and Heqi Medical Halls over to Zheng Banqiao, who also took Xu Hongshan with him.
• Mr. Big Yellow Dog evolved, defeated Taizheng and Shangguan Ju, then joined Du Bai at Clear Wind Manor with its pack.
• Du Bai and Bibi Dong used the Beast Language Book to learn dog language, then confronted Mr. Big Yellow Dog over its lewd remarks and schemes.
• Du Bai took Mr. Big Yellow Dog to the prison, where Romor and Thousand-Faced Marquis revealed Dream Treasure Cave’s location and gave him a command plaque for their gang.
• Romor told Du Bai about Daughter Village and explained that a bar code phrase and a cup of Bloody Mary opened the way to the City of Slaughter.

Du Bai established the first Teleportation Array and began planning Sweet Home with Bibi Dong, while gaining a powerful new physique. The arc ended with Du Bai discovering that Prosperity Shop’s suspicious deposits had ensnared his disciple Xue Qinghe.

• Du Bai inspected the Four Great Families’ hidden underground chamber and installed a Teleportation Array there.
• Du Bai chose Luohun Village near Dream Treasure Cave as a possible site for Sweet Home and discussed the plan with Bibi Dong.

• Du Bai sent Chen Jianwu to warn the Four Great Families about Prosperity Shop and recruited Romor and Li Shan as loyal spies, giving them funds to begin their work.
• Ye Mingnan attacked Clear Wind Manor, but Du Bai and Bibi Dong stopped him, and Du Bai nearly killed him with his Barrett Destroyer before taking him back to the manor.
