Background and History
The time-traveling Urashiki
A future Hinata severely injures Urashiki, but he escapes into another time-space using the treasured tool Plough. She sends Future Sasuke and Himawari after him 251. They join the younger Hinata and prepare to fight him away from Konoha, intending to seal him or, if that fails, use Plough to take him back to the future 256 257.
Urashiki arrives while the three are waiting for him and targets Hinata’s eyes 259. During the fight, he wounds her with his chakra-draining hook. Her sealing jutsu prevents him from taking her chakra, leaving him distracted long enough for Himawari to pin him with Truth-Seeking Orbs and Sasuke to seal him with Planetary Devastation 261. His chakra is subsequently divided for others to absorb, including Hinata and the younger Sasuke 262 338 368. Urashiki is later described as dead; Hinata eventually retrieves his remains for Orochimaru to study 391 464.
The later arrival
Another Urashiki arrives outside the Ninja World to investigate Kaguya’s betrayal and recover the Chakra Fruit 546 547. When Sasuke recognizes his name and possesses chakra of the same origin, Urashiki deduces that a version of himself from another timeline was defeated here 547 548.
Urashiki drains Sasuke’s chakra in battle, but Hinata intervenes and confines him with Truth-Seeking Orbs. He escapes through a Space Gate and goes to Mount Myōboku, where he tries to take the Nine-Tails’ chakra from Naruto. After fighting Jiraiya and the toad sages, he retreats to gather chakra and learn the shinobi world’s techniques 549 553.
He later appears at Kumogakure. Hoping to divert Hinata’s attention, he calls himself “Hyuga Urashiki” when confronted by Anbu, but using his Rinnegan causes other shinobi to mistake him for Akatsuki’s leader instead 561. Hinata subsequently observes him collecting shinobi chakra and seals his chakra 562.

Urashiki is a pale-skinned man with blue-white hair and white Byakugan pupils 259 546.

His power exceeds his combat experience, allowing skilled shinobi to catch him with techniques he does not anticipate 548 551 552.

- His ordinary Rinnegan is blue; his Six-Tomoe form is red and activates dojutsu faster, but is not fully developed and grants no new technique of its own 270 552.
