"Madara Uchiha!" Tobirama Senju could only think of that one person.

But the silhouette within the darkness did not resemble Madara Uchiha.

So who was it?

He no longer had time to think.

The sphere of darkness before them had already descended, rapidly expanding outward in midair.

Two furious roars came from within the darkness.

"Summoning Technique! Five-Layer Rashomon!"

"Water Release! Water Wall!"

The darkness devoured everything.

It swiftly engulfed everyone within it.

Even the barrier sealing them in did not last a single second.

The ninja outside faced the expanding darkness.

"What is that?!" The ninja surrounding the area watched as the darkness rapidly expanded.

They wanted to flee, but they could not escape at all.

The dark sphere expanded far too quickly. Before they could react, it was already right before them.

By the time they reacted, the darkness was rapidly swallowing them.

Terror began to spread across their faces.

A massive sphere of darkness appeared within Konoha.

Everyone who had been fighting stopped.

"W-What is that?!" someone cried in terror as they stared at the enormous red sphere.

An entire building had been swallowed by the darkness.

Only then did the sphere of darkness slowly stop and gradually dissipate.

The darkness soon scattered, revealing the scene inside.

The barrier and the countless people had all vanished, along with the building that had served as the battlefield. Not even wreckage remained.

A massive crater had appeared in the ground.

Sasuke stood to one side, supporting Naruto.

That attack had not come without a cost. Naruto had expended too much power at once and had temporarily lost the ability to fight.
