"So, you intend to incorporate the New Navy into the Akatsuki?"
Yahiko looked at Dragon and Sengoku with a smile.
"That's right. You need to make up for your lack of fighting strength too," Sengoku said in a deep voice.
This was the result of a month of discussions.
Since they could not bargain with them, they would use this method to give the navy room to develop.
"I'd say you want to replace the Akatsuki."
Yahiko looked at Sengoku, his face full of smiles.
"That's right," Sengoku said directly.
"We do have that intention. Whether we can pull it off depends on you."
They had no intention of concealing it. Both sides already knew about it, and hiding it would benefit no one.
"I imagine you have plenty of confidence in your own abilities."
Sengoku spoke up.
This was a choice made specifically to exploit Yahiko's weakness.
Yahiko fell silent in thought.
Sengoku's proposal was undeniably tempting, but the Akatsuki and the navy were entirely different things.
The Akatsuki was primarily made up of powerful individuals who operated in pairs.
At best, it was an organization of strong people.
The navy was different. It was involved in every aspect of society.
They could not merely be called an organization. They were a true force.
If the Akatsuki absorbed the navy, it would be like a small fish trying to swallow a whale.
It was inherently difficult.
That alone left Yahiko hesitant.
Though he was indeed confident, he was no fool.
Absorbing the navy was not something he could manage through cleverness alone.
