Uchiha Jin asked Aizen with complete sincerity.
As if he were asking a friend an everyday question.
Aizen looked at Uchiha Jin before him, the smile on his face unchanged.
"Why not save it for next time? I think I can put on plenty of wonderful performances for you, sir."
Hearing Aizen say something so shameless, Uchiha Jin could not help but smile.
"Can hatred be saved up for next time too?"
Aizen nodded. "Hatred can also accumulate into despair, as long as you are willing."
"Let me work my way to the top, then push me down from there, all the way to the bottom. Isn't that the best revenge?"
Aizen spoke with complete sincerity.
Yet Yahiko could not help but glance at Aizen several more times. This man had actually cast aside all his arrogance and dignity.
They had never imagined Aizen had such a side to him.
"Your proposal is quite tempting."
Jin turned to Yahiko. "Long time no see, Yahiko."
"What do you think of Aizen's suggestion?"
It was completely unacceptable.
Yahiko's face did not change, but his heart was in turmoil.
Why was Uchiha Jin so easily sparing Aizen?
Yet he absolutely could not voice any objection. The moment he did, it would become an excuse for the Navy to attack them.
Yahiko's mind raced, but he could not find a good way to break this deadlock.
"Look at Yahiko. He seems to disagree with you quite strongly."
Jin and Aizen watched Yahiko with great interest.
Yahiko tried to probe Uchiha Jin's true thoughts, but all he could sense from him was a deep black hole.
No method of probing worked.
"I think it's very good!" Yahiko hurriedly said.
He absolutely could not be the one to say no.
"Then we'll do as you suggested."
