Slaughtering the Last Branch Clan
Hidan, with a blade of grass dangling from his mouth, gazed at a village ahead.
He had a plan in mind: to carry out a grand sacrifice on this Africa land, and to do so, he followed the path of the sacrificial pattern to purify it.
Hidan believed that once his plan was implemented, the rewards from the sacrifice would definitely allow him to break through to the Kage Level level in one fell swoop. Combined with his immortality and other advantages, he would be even stronger than an average Kage Level powerhouse.
Looking at the village before him, Hidan needed to determine if it was a tribe of black people. If so, he would slaughter them all; if not, he would simply pass through the village and follow the route to find the next node.
However, when Hidan was performing the purification, he encountered the Eastern Kingdom Company, which was providing assistance in the area. Looking at their black hair, black eyes, and yellow skin, Hidan chatted with them for a while before leaving.
Since the other party was not the black demon he wanted to purify, he had no interest in attacking without a reason. After all, the Jashin's guidance to him was to purify the black demons of this world, not to indiscriminately slaughter and sacrifice them.
However, Hidan didn't know was that if Charlotte had randomly assigned him to a country where life was good, Hidan would have discovered that not only black people, but even the people of that place could receive gifts from the Jashin when they made sacrifices.
After all, the Jashin of this world is Hidan himself, and all the sacrifices will ultimately fall on Hidan. All of this is just something that Hidan, who is blind to the truth, is temporarily unaware of.
Carrying the Triple-Bladed Scythe, Hidan strode arrogantly to the entrance of the village. Unlike the village he had previously sacrificed in, where he was attacked before he even got close, the entrance to the village was unguarded.
Upon entering the village, Hidan noticed something strange about it: every house had its doors and windows tightly locked, as if it were nighttime and everyone was asleep, creating an unusually quiet atmosphere.
Hidan walked along the village streets, looking at the surrounding houses. Each house was built very sturdily, and not a single ray of sunlight could penetrate them; even the windows were completely blocked.
Looking at this strange village, Hidan became intrigued, wondering to himself what secrets this village held.
Hidan didn't destroy the houses in the village or break down doors. Instead, he circled the village and finally stopped in the square in the middle of the village.
Hidan sat in the square in the middle of the village, his Triple-Bladed Scythe stuck directly into the ground, and began to rest.
Sunset and moonrise.
Soon the day passed, and night began to fall.
As night fell, the houses in the village seemed to come alive, with lights being turned on and the villagers appearing to be getting up.
One by one, people opened the Room Door and came out.
Hidan stretched, stood up, picked up his Triple-Bladed Scythe, and muttered, "Time to get to work."
However, all the villagers who came out of the room were black, the very people Hidan needed to purify. As for why they worked from sunrise to sunset, Hidan had no interest in investigating.
In the most luxurious house in the village, a dark-skinned man spoke up, "Chief, a stranger has come to the village. He's been staying in the square since he entered during the day."
The man addressed as the clan chief turned to the burly man before him and said, "Drive him away. Make him leave the village."
"Do you want it or not?"
The burly man who was speaking made a throat-slitting gesture.
"Don't cause any unnecessary trouble, just get rid of him."
"We finally managed to escape to this place, so we can't reveal our identities. If someone goes missing and their family reports it to us, it won't be good."
The burly man angrily said, "It's all because of that traitor Selene that our Vampire clan was wiped out, leaving only our branch."
The man called the chief also had a pained expression on his face. After the other branches were slaughtered one after another, the old chief of the Africa branch divided the entire branch in two. One half of the Vampire remained in the tribe's territory, while the other half was appointed as the chief and sent here.
However, the larger group of Vampire who remained in their clan's territory still could not escape their fate of extermination, and were wiped out by Kakashi and the Genin of Team 7.
"Get rid of him. I believe he'll leave on his own."
"Yes, Chieftain!"
A group of Nightwalker dressed in leather jackets and carrying submachine guns emerged from the building and headed directly towards the center of the square.
Hidan had just stood up when he saw a group of men in black carrying weapons walking towards him.
"Leave here. Outsiders are not welcome here."
Seeing Hidan's strange attire and the huge scythe in his hand, the man leading the group once again tried to drive Hidan away.
Hidan's lips curled into a slight smile as he chuckled, "Haha, you've come at the perfect time."
"Brush!"
Hidan hurled his Triple-Bladed Scythe forward, the blade transforming into a spinning giant wheel that slashed directly at the man in front of him.
The man who had spoken first had no chance to dodge and was sliced in two by the spinning Triple-Bladed Scythe. The tail of the Triple-Bladed Scythe, however, was chained and flew back into Hidan's hand after the attack.
His body was cut in two, and even though he was Vampire, he died instantly because he had no ability to heal.
The other Nightwalker behind them watched in horror at the scene before them, and without the slightest hesitation, immediately pulled the triggers of their submachine guns.
"Da-da-da-da!"
Countless bullets formed Metal Storm, hurtling towards Hidan, as if determined to riddle him with bullets.
"Accept my judgment!"
Hidan excitedly swung his Triple-Bladed Scythe in front of him, slashing away all the incoming bullets.
The submachine gun ran out of bullets without causing Hidan any harm. As the gunshots rang out, everyone in the village rushed forward with their weapons under the cover of night.
"Your attack is over, now it's my turn!"
Hidan, wielding the Triple-Bladed Scythe, moved like a ghost as he charged directly at the Nightwalker before him. With a few deft swings of the Triple-Bladed Scythe, all six Nightwalker were instantly decapitated.
Hidan's actions, which were as easy as cutting melons and vegetables, were nothing more than a fleeting moment in the eyes of other Vampire; the Nightwalker, responsible for security within the clan, were instantly killed.
Some Vampire charged at Hidan, while others screamed and ran outside.
"Behave yourselves and become the sacrifices I offer to the Jashin god, you bunch of black devils!"
The Riot in the village was noticed by the clan chief in his house, who looked on in despair and said, "So they found us after all?"
