Meeting and Conflict
Hidan laughed wildly as he wielded his Triple-Bladed Scythe, relentlessly reaping lives. As he continued his attack, he realized that these black men were different from those he had seen before.
Whether it's strength, speed, or recovery, it's far superior to the mindless monsters I've slaughtered before, but unfortunately, even so, the improvement is only limited.
However, this only made Hidan more excited. It seemed that he might gain even more from today's sacrifice. Soon, Hidan slaughtered all the Vampire in the village, and even those Vampire tried to run away when things got bad were caught by Hidan.
Looking at the pile of corpses in front of him, Hidan revealed a satisfied expression. Then he used his blood to draw a circle at his feet, inside which was a triangle. The black and white marks from the sacrificial curse appeared on his entire body.
Soon the sacrificial ceremony began, and more than a hundred Vampire were sacrificed by Hidan to the Jashin (himself). As expected, the feedback he received was even more powerful; the sacrifice of just a hundred people was more than the sacrifice of three thousand.
Feeling his body strengthened once again and the extra Chakra, Hidan lay down and fell asleep in the talisman he had drawn.
······
The Moon Fall rises.
As the sun rose, Hidan slowly opened his eyes.
However, the sight before him startled Hidan: all the corpses he had piled up last night had vanished, leaving only a layer of ashes on the ground.
Hidan, who was lying on the ground, frowned slightly, then sprang to his feet like a fish out of water. He picked up the Triple-Bladed Scythe beside him and looked at the empty square with a puzzled expression.
"Could it be that someone stole the offerings that Hidan was making to the Jashin?"
"Impossible. If someone really came, there's no way I wouldn't have noticed."
Hidan touched his chin and muttered to himself.
Hidan was unaware that the group of Mo he Hunt the previous night were the last Vampire of the African Clan, and these unevolved Vampire all shared the characteristic of fearing sunlight.
When the sun rose, the body melted away completely under its rays, leaving only ashes.
Hidan looked at the layer of ashes left on the plaza, and with a gentle swipe of his scythe, he saw a tiny red Blood Core, no bigger than a grain of rice, buried inside.
Looking at the more than one hundred Blood Core, Hidan didn't know what they were, nor what the layer of ash on them was, but he felt that they should be of some value, so he collected them and put them in his pocket.
······
On the other side.
Following the route on the map, Hawkeye and his team flew for a while before using vehicles to conduct a follow-up investigation, and soon arrived at the Vampire village.
Hidan, who had just finished collecting the Blood Core, heard the commotion outside the village and a hint of joy appeared on his face.
"Could it be that there are still some survivors in this village?"
Six SUVs pulled up at the village entrance. The S.H.I.E.L.D.. agents, seeing the unusually quiet and deserted village, reported, "Sir, we haven't seen a single person in this village. Should we go in and investigate?"
"Let's go in and take a look!"
Barton gave the order, and the car drove into the village.
As the car drove along the village roads, all the houses had their doors open. There were gun casings and traces of grenades on the ground, and the air still smelled of gunpowder, but there were no corpses or bloodstains in sight.
The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on the vehicles, witnessing this bizarre scene, all perked up and prepared to attack at any moment. The vehicle that entered the village first also transmitted what it saw back to the vehicles behind it.
"An anomaly detected! An anomaly detected!"
"Sir, we saw a strangely dressed man in the square in the middle of the village. He was half-naked and carrying a huge scythe."
It was the agent in the first car that saw Hidan sitting in the square.
At that moment, S.H.I.E.L.D.. agents spotted Hidan, Hidan also saw them.
Hidan frowned slightly as he looked at the cars that appeared in front of him, because he realized that the people in the cars were not his targets, not the group of Mo that needed to be purified.
As the lead car passed by, Barton immediately noticed the Headband around Hidan's neck and exclaimed in surprise:
"Ninja?"
Looking at the different markings on the Headband, he asked in confusion, "Headband from outside Konoha and Sand Ninja?"
He then instructed the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. driving the vehicle, "Drive up ahead."
Barton's vehicle, which had been in the middle of the convoy, moved to the front at his command and stopped in the village square.
As soon as the car came to a stop, Barton opened the door and jumped out.
Barton narrowed his eyes as he looked at the man in front of him. He wore Black Cloak with Red Clouds and a ninja Headband around his neck. However, the symbols on the Headband were completely different from those of Konoha and Sunagakure, and there was a scratch on it. He also noticed the strange and huge scythe in the other man's hand.
Barton guessed that the man in front of him was most likely a ninja from a ninja village, but he didn't know which village he was from.
Barton walked up to Hidan, trying to soften his voice as much as possible, and smiled slightly.
"Hello sir, I'm Agent Barton from S.H.I.E.L.D.."
Are you a ninja?
Hidan, who hadn't intended to pay any Hidan these people, asked with some curiosity after hearing Barton's words, "You actually know about ninjas?"
However, throughout Hidan's journey, apart from Mo who was sacrificed by him, no one from the Eastern Kingdom he had communicated with had ever uttered the word "ninja."
Could it be that these people know Lord Charlotte, or have had contact with other ninjas brought to this world by Lord Charlotte?
Although Hidan had never been to the base or met any other ninjas, he was able to use all the common Summoned Beast. He had previously used Summoned Beast to communicate with Lord Charlotte and report on the purification mission, so he knew that some other ninjas besides himself had been brought to this world.
Having received Hidan's answer, Barton was now certain that the man before him was a ninja.
Barton smiled and said gently, "Yes, sir ninja."
"We at S.H.I.E.L.D.. have cooperative relationships with Sand Ninja and Konoha, and we also know some ninjas from both sides."
"May I ask your name?"
Hidan glanced at the man in front of him and said indifferently, "Hidan!"
Hidan, who was sitting on the steps, stood up and slung the scythe over his shoulder.
Hidan, however, was not prepared to waste any more time with these guys. He was going to fulfill his great mission: to purify the silence of this world.
However, Hidan's action of getting up made the S.H.I.E.L.D.. agents tense up, and many agents even opened the car doors and jumped out of the car.
Hearing the commotion behind him, Barton quickly gestured for his agents to be quiet.
Although it's still uncertain which ninja village the person in front of them belongs to, he is an adult ninja. According to S.H.I.E.L.D..'s internal intelligence, even a Genin graduated from the Ninja Academy would be no match for a child, let alone this person.
However, while Barton kept his men quiet, he was also quite pleased. Although they hadn't obtained any useful information or captured anyone regarding the evil sacrifice, if they could get some information about other ninja villages, this trip wouldn't be a complete loss.
"Mr. Hidan, what business do you have after leaving the ninja village? Is there anything we can do to help you?"
"We at S.H.I.E.L.D.. have always been happy to help others and are friends with all the ninjas from the various ninja villages that have emerged so far."
At this moment, apart from the driver, most of the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. had gotten out of the car. Hidan's previously indifferent expression revealed a barely perceptible hint of disgust.
Hidan pointed to the three dark-skinned Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. behind Barton and said, "Since you're so kind, why don't you leave those three Mobs behind you?"
As Hidan finished speaking, the three Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. behind Barton were filled with rage. They had been discriminated against, called "Black Dog," and even threatened with being detained.
This was utterly unforgivable. The three of them instantly drew their pistols and pointed them at Hidan.
The three men's movements immediately triggered a chain reaction, and all the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. who got out of the car drew their weapons from their waists.
Barton immediately turned around and glanced at the three people Hidan was pointing at. His face turned ugly, and he looked at Hidan with wariness.
He didn't know if the ninja named Hidan in front of him was N-word Killer like Charlotte and therefore hated Mo, or if the person who had performed the evil ritual before was the one in front of him.
However, Barton still spoke up to explain:
"They are not African American."
However, in Hidan's eyes, he doesn't care whether you are African American or not. He doesn't even know what African Americans are. As long as you look like that, you are an object that needs to be purified.
This being is far more ruthless than the barbarians of the Land of Lightning, and even more in need of his purification; this task is a blessing from the Jashin.
"Brush!"
Hidan ignored Hawkeye and vanished from Hawkeye sight in a flash. Then, he swung the chain on his scythe, stringing the three dark-skinned Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. together.
All of this happened in the blink of an eye. The S.H.I.E.L.D.. agents had no time to react. The three men, strung together, looked at the chains binding their chests and belatedly began to wail in pain.
Ah~
Hearing his teammates' cries of pain, all the other agents aimed their guns at Hidan, but Hidan paid no attention to the weapons and leisurely dragged the three of them forward.
Barton, who had been communicating with Hidan, did not turn around. Instead, he looked at the sacrificial pattern that had been revealed in the plaza after Hidan disappeared.
Recalling the information that all the murdered people were African Americans, Barton immediately understood that these were all atrocities committed by Hidan.
A Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. whispered in Barton's ear, "Attack?"
Without the slightest hesitation, Barton immediately said, "Don't attack!"
Barton knew his own strength and was even more aware of the terror of ninjas like Hidan. A direct attack would be tantamount to suicide, so this matter needed to be considered carefully.
As for the three dark-skinned Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Barton could only offer limited assistance, since these were the types of people Nick had only begun recruiting in large numbers after he became Director.
At this moment, Hidan had dragged the three of them out of the agents' midst. One of the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., who was aiming at Hidan, was filled with anguish upon hearing his comrade's painful cries. He disobeyed Barton's orders and pulled the trigger.
"Smack!"
With a single gunshot, as if a fuse had been lit, all the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. around who were aiming at Hidan pulled their triggers.
"Da... da... da..."
The bullet was fired directly from the pistol and flew towards Hidan, who was walking slowly. Only Barton and the agent who had just questioned him at the exit did not pull the trigger.
A barrage of bullets pierced Hidan's body and shot towards the ground in the distance. Hidan, who had been walking slowly just moments before, vanished from everyone's sight in a blur.
Hidan vanished right in front of the agents, his speed so great that he left only a blur behind him.
Hidan appeared beside Barton, and the agents moved from behind him to in front of him. With a Hidan of his foot, Hidan sent countless grains of sand flying, killing all the agents who had just attacked.
"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"
"Ah... ah... ah... ah!"
After a scream, the agents who had carried out the attack all collapsed to the ground, quickly losing their breath.
Hawkeye's face contorted with pain upon witnessing this scene; all his teammates had been wiped out, and he was about to die as well.
Hidan patted Barton on the shoulder and said nonchalantly, "Your men seem to be quite disobedient. I'll take care of them for you. You're welcome."
After saying Hidan, Hidan looked up and laughed twice, "Ha ha ha!"
Hidan ignored Barton's reaction, dragging the three chained together as he continued forward, completely disregarding the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on the ground.
If it weren't for the Jashin's request to purify him, Hidan wouldn't have bothered to hold a sacrificial ceremony for them.
Hidan walked forward step by step, while Barton and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. beside him trembled with anger, their hands clenched tightly.
After walking a short distance, Hidan turned around, pointed to his Headband around his neck, and said:
"If you see a ninja like us with a horizontal bar on their Headband, run as far away as you can."
"I'm in a good mood today, so you're lucky!"
"Thank goodness I'm not a moron, Barton kid."
"Hahaha!"
After speaking, Hidan carried the three Moku and continued walking forward. He was going to take these three guys to the next place where they could be sacrificed to the Jashin.
Watching Hidan's departing figure, Barton's tightly clenched fist bled, because his nails had pierced his palm from gripping it so tightly.
At that moment, Barton understood why Director Nick Fury was so eager to take control of these Superhuman.
