Each with Their Own Hidden Agenda
Looking at the mission report Temari sent, along with the quantities of 100 grams of each of the three types of metals, Charlotte thought of Wakanda, a secluded village in Africa, living its own quiet life.
Vibranium is scarce elsewhere, with the five permanent members of the UN P5 all receiving only a tiny share each year, and that's only from what they sell. But there, Vibranium is so plentiful that it's used to make cloaks, spears, and other weapons—it's a complete waste!
When Wakanda emerges, or when he can conjure meteorites by hand and play with ' Shinra Tensei ', that will be the time for him to find Black Panther and the Wakanda Panther God. At that time, he will want both Vibranium and Heart-Shaped Herb.
If you can recharge your account with Heart-Shaped Grass, use them all. If you can't recharge them, use them on your subordinates to strengthen their bodies.
As for the Panther God of Wakanda who hasn't shown up yet, if he dares to have any objections, just feed the God Tree with the Panther God Realm and see if it can bear different fruits.
As for the organization that traded metal for a Werewolf corpse, the only ones with that kind of power in New York are Hydra. and S.H.I.E.L.D., so there's no need to delve into it further.
Having made her plan, Charlotte replied to Temari, instructing her to collect more metal materials, without needing to investigate Temari's identity.
After handing the letter to the Ninja Dog, Charlotte lay down on the bed to rest, waiting for the System Store to update tomorrow to see if she could assemble the Sound Five.
If successful, he planned to have Kimimaro four companions establish a Sound Ninja base to continue extracting resources from S.H.I.E.L.D.. for their own use.
Ideally, we could recruit Yakushi Kabuto or the walking witch Nonō, and have them infiltrate S.H.I.E.L.D.. and Hydra to gain control of their bases where Item 804 are stored, then let the Akatsuki raid them.
Without thinking further, Charlotte lay down on the bed and drifted off to sleep.

the next day.
Barton returned to S.H.I.E.L.D..
Upon returning to S.H.I.E.L.D.., Barton went straight to Director Nick Fury's office without lingering.
"Sir, we have failed."
Seeing the somewhat dejected Barton, Nick Fury pondered for a moment before asking, "What's your opinion on Hidan's strength?"
"They are no match for mere brute force; perhaps only a ninja can defeat a ninja."
"Or perhaps only someone like Thor or the Hulk could contend with it."
"Ordinary weapons cannot cause him any harm, and large-scale nuclear bombs are even more impossible to deploy."
"He's clever; he's only slaughtering Africans from Tier 3 countries. The other P5 members of the UN Security Council won't allow us to use nuclear weapons on a large scale."
"Director, should we hire ninjas and let them kill each other?"
Nick Fury had considered Barton's suggestion yesterday, but after a moment's thought, he asked, "Let's not even talk about whether they'd accept such a mission."
Where is the body?
"Whether Hidan is alive or Hidan, will they hand him over to us?"
"And what price are we willing to pay to deal with a ninja of this caliber?"
Barton was momentarily speechless, unsure what to say. After a moment, he finally spoke up, "Perhaps we could ask them and let them give us their own quotes."
Nick Fury poked at the table with his finger for a moment, thought for a while, and finally picked up the phone on the table.
"Summon Agent Coulson to my office."
A few minutes later, Coulson pushed open the Room Door to Nick Fury's office and walked in.
"Director, you wanted to see me?"
Nick Fury pulled up the mission report that Barton had submitted directly, then placed the tablet on the table and said:
"Take a look at these things first."
Coulson picked up Barton's mission report and began reading, flipping through its contents and watching some combat videos.
"We failed?"
Nick Fury began, "It's just a temporary setback."
Coulson put down his tablet and said seriously, "Director, is there anything I can do?"
"Go to Charlotte's base and see if he's returned."
"Ask them if they accept the mission: capture Hidan or kill him and bring back his body."
"If things don't work out with Charlotte, ask the Sunagakure Puppet Shop if they're willing to take on this mission."
"As for the compensation, that can be determined by them."
Hearing the Director's instruction, Coulson looked up and asked, "What if they refuse?"
Nick Fury's face darkened. "Then come back first, and we'll discuss a plan."
"Yes, Director!"
After receiving the order, Coulson left the Director's office. Nick Fury looked at Barton beside him and said, "Take a break for now, and do some full-body conditioning and some psychological counseling."
"Yes, sir."
Shortly after the two men left, the phone rang in Nick Fury's office.
"Nick Fury, I've heard that S.H.I.E.L.D..'s recent casualty figures are a bit unusual; over two hundred people have died or been injured in a short period."
"I never imagined that things happening within the bureau would even have alarmed you, someone at the World Security Council."
Pierce said in a deep voice, "After all, I was the previous Director, and there are still many soldiers I led among them. How can so many people die unnaturally without alerting me?"
"Is there anything I can do to help you?"
Nick Fury paused for a moment, then said, "Not for now. If it really comes to the point, I hope you can get our military aircraft where they can be."
Don't worry, Fury, I'll support you.
"Thank you, Pierce."
As soon as the call ended, Pierce on the other end smiled, lit a cigar, and started smoking.
At this point, the agents lost by S.H.I.E.L.D.. were basically those whose recruitment efforts, as analyzed by the think tank, Var Hydra agents. Pierce wasn't bothered by the significant losses.
The appearance of the missing-nin Hidan actually caught Pierce's attention. Pierce also had a copy of the intelligence and mission report obtained by Nick Fury.
However, Pierce and Nick Fury had completely different ideas. He didn't want Hidan to die; instead, he wanted to recruit him into Hydra, since a missing-nin would be easier to join another organization.
Pierce then contacted the Hydra Base and issued a mission.
Find Hidan, find out his demands, and try to Var him into Hydra.

On the other side.
Charlotte woke up in the room.
The first thing I did upon opening my eyes was to check in through the system.
Ding! Check-in successful! You've received 50 servings of Delicious Ramen!
After getting out of bed and quickly washing up, Charlotte entered the System Space and went straight to the System Store to check if Kidomaru was among the ninjas that had been refreshed today.
Upon opening the Ninja interface in the System Store, the portraits of four ninjas come into view.
